Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 590: Sanguis Dominara, the Crimson Reaper

The Hemalune were a warrior race that dates back to the primordial era. Every last one of them was a terrifying warrior on the battlefield.

They had the means to control blood energy, allowing them to move faster, heal faster, and tire less.

Yara was no different.

From the tender age of seven, she started training with everyone, and when she turned fifteen, she joined her first battle, which lasted for ten days. That battle was the start for Yara.

When she was born, she was told her parents died on a battlefield, saving the lives of their men. Both mother and father were war generals. They died saving their race from near extinction when the Huxian race attacked.

So from a young age, she was loved and cherished by everyone.

However, Yara only desired one thing: to personally see the fall of the Huxian race. She wanted to use her own two hands to ensure that the Huxian race fell, every last one of them.

They had caused so much mayhem that people ran when their names were mentioned. However, Yara was determined to see their fall, so she trained and kept training until the day she slept and woke up differently.

Legends speak of what was hidden in the void—the forbidden knowledge that shouldn’t have existed. Yet somehow, this forbidden knowledge found its way to Yara, and when she stirred, her life changed.

The legends speak of the day a single entity stood before the millions of the Huxian army and drew her sword.

The legend speaks of when she faced them, and when their blood started flowing on the battlefield, her powers began to awaken.

They called her the Blood Mistress, for when she fought, her entire body was drenched in blood. She became crimson during battles, and whenever she saw blood, her reach on death strengthened

Many called her the Blood Demoness because when she was done with the Huxian army, she was bathed in their blood, causing many to start to fear her.

The universe still recognizes that battle to this day as one of the bloodiest and most chilling battles in history.

Legend even spoke of the day the Yama King came from hell just to see if she was indeed real, for the legend speaks of the day hell was filled to the brim due to one person’s carnage.

They called her the Crimson Reaper, for she uses blood both passively and actively in combat.

Years after her battle, she laid down her sword and chose the life of a pacifist, secluding herself in the inner reaches of the Primordial Flower Garden, where the Everlasting Healer resides.

She chose to live a life of peace since she had completed the mission she had given herself.

And for millions of years, she did, she remained in seclusion, not touching her sword.

However, when the 14 Doom Gates opened and chaos spread everywhere, she picked up her sword again, and that was the last time she was heard of.

Those who knew of the accounts from the Great War could bear witness to her prowess. The legend described her last moments as one drenched in blood and carnage.

So the universe named her Sanguis Dominara, the Crimson Reaper.

Velyra was literally drenched in blood from head to toe as she hovered in the air. A bubble of blood surrounded her, showing that her affinity for blood was warranted.

The scene was just too bizarre. However, like her sisters, she was awakening her true name, and the blood bath she was going through was her purification ritual.

Kent remained still, observing this process with keen interest. He didn’t know how or why, but the blood surrounding her made him feel energised.

It felt as if he called it, it would answer. However, he remained still, making no attempt to do that. Who knows what danger he would be putting Velyra in if he listened to her desire?

A day later, the true name appeared in his mind.

”The Mistress of Blood. The Blood Reaper. The Crimson Reaper. The one who harnesses blood. Even the Yama King, the ruler of hell, was impressed by her prowess.

The one who brought down a race of evil and wiped filth from the world.

They called her the Blood Queen, for she has the means to harness blood to do her bidding. When she was needed, she didn’t hesitate, and that was why she was rewarded.

Rise, Sanguis Dominara, the Crimson Reaper, for your destiny awaits.”

The blood exploded, but instead of spraying everywhere, it moved back and entered Velyra’s body or formed around her, creating black and red leather armour.

On her back, red and black angel wings spread, showing their elegance. Her hair was black with strands of silver, and her skin colour matched her affinity for blood.

Her beauty matched her legend, and her aura was suffocating and bloodthirsty. In her grip was a longsword with a red blade and a black hilt.

”Wow, that is the true definition of a warrior princess,” Neomi said with a smile. However, this comment didn’t sit well with her disciple Ingrid, who was also known as Warrior Princess.

”No offence, Ingrid, but look at her. She is the type who doesn’t need an army to dominate the battlefield. I think she takes this one,” Ingrid smirked, though she couldn’t deny it.

Looking at Velyra, who slowly descended into Kent’s arms, she could tell the title Warrior Princess was befitting of her nature.

”At this rate, I can become one of those spoiled princesses and cause trouble everywhere, knowing I have sisters who will back me up,” Val said, showing that despite her new looks and clear signs of being the Moon Goddess, she still had her rude personality.

Her sisters smirked, hearing what she said. They didn’t know if they should gang up on her and beat the rudeness out of her.

But they did know that if she found herself in trouble, they would back her up regardless of whether she was right or wrong.

Kent and Velyra shared a brief kiss before her sisters dragged her away. It turned out she was no longer a Bloodvein but a Hemalune, an upgrade from her previous bloodline, the original Bloodvein bloodline.

Her control over blood had developed to a new level, and right now, even if two level five core formation experts appeared before her, she could solo them within a minute despite still only having undergone three core evolutions

The main reason she had become terrifying was that her Chaos qi was now at the perfect stage, which made her very dangerous.

Kent spent a few minutes checking her new form. Afterwards, it was Elaine’s turn...
