Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 532: Their Secrets [Bonus]

”This is a Mystical-grade treasure, and judging by the aura, it has been refined using thousands of souls. Itʼs very dangerous if care is not taken.”

Kent, who hadnʼt refined a weapon before for some reason, could pick up on the nature of the gauntlet being handed to Prince Ebert.

Though he knew nothing of refining the soul, his deduction was spot on. The gauntlet was indeed refined using thousands of souls.

”Father, what is this?” Ebert asked his father.

”This is one of the two weapons the alliance has produced. Thanks to the Soulshroud tribe, we now have two powerful weapons forged using 4,000 souls.

It has the power to destroy the souls of those it strikes. I tested it inside the Chaos Region, and trust me, itʼs as they said.

I have the left hand; you can have the right hand. Make sure you put it to good use.”

”Okay, Father.” Ebert stored away the gauntlet like it would be stolen by the elders any second. The elders sighed, knowing the good stuff wouldnʼt be given to them.

”Father, with this, do we have a shot at defeating the Bloodvein tribe?” Ebert asked, and his father burst out laughing.

”Of course. Theyʼve already lost half the battle. We just have to show up in four daysʼ time and crush them completely,” Tribe Chief Rokar spoke in a tone that suggested he was confident in their chances to win.

This made Ebert curious, and without even knowing he was being manipulated, he asked a question that made his father smile and tap him on the shoulder.

”I donʼt understand, Father. How did we win half the battle when we havenʼt fought yet?”

”Do you really think weʼve only just started plotting against the Bloodvein tribe? This plan has been in the works for years.

We knew from the start that the Bloodveins are powerful, so we started early, and thankfully, the plan bore fruit. So even if they somehow made us retreat, their race will come to an end in under a decade.”

Ebert wanted to ask more, but his father stopped him.

”I know you want to know more, but know this—win or not, the Bloodvein tribe is done for. They wonʼt be able to live in their domain much longer anyway. So they will one day come begging, even if we choose not to attack them.

However, our chances of winning are very high. I learned recently that the Soulshroud tribe obtained a treasure that can easily bring them to their knees. So chin up—the priestess will be yours and other things you canʼt even begin to imagine.”

Ebert smiled and nodded toward his father.

”In that case, I will go prepare for when we march toward their domain.”

His father nodded, and just like that, the plot thickened for Kent, who heard everything. But he didnʼt leave—he stayed to see if he could overhear something.

However, after spending the entire night there, nothing new was said, so he left and went back to his meditation spot.

”Looks like this will not be as simple as I expected. They seem confident, and judging by how he spoke, the Bloodvein are already doomed.

This makes me wonder what they have done,” Kent started to ponder.

He knew that for them to be this confident, whatever they did must have some serious implications that the Bloodvein tribe canʼt handle, no matter how strong they are.

This made him wonder what that thing could be. He didnʼt want to make any mistakes on this quest, so he most definitely wanted to know.

”Tower, what do you think?” Kent asked the tower, but this time, the tower wasnʼt helpful. Though it did give him something:

⟪The mission parameters suggest the master should do this on his own. In that case, I cannot help you, but I can point you in the right direction: go back to the Bloodvein tribe and investigate.⟫

”I see. I guess Iʼd better wrap things up here first. However, I have another question.” Kent sighed. ”Based on my soul essence, how many Core Formation experts can I kill before losing 70% of it?

⟪You currently have 12,768,650 soul essence, meaning you can kill 5 Core Formation.⟫

”Perfect,” Kent laughed, knowing his chances of evening the odds had just increased. However, what the tower said next shocked him.

⟪Your Progress Meter: 7,000,800 / 45,090,008. It shows the soul essence required to reach the 12th Tier. However, if you were to kill and absorb all five souls of the Core Formation experts, the progress would move to 15 million.

Now, I donʼt know what you plan on doing, but if you go further and kill more from the Soulshroud tribe, you will be drawing closer to the endgame, which, in a way, will push you toward the 12th Tier.

But that is just by the way. The main gain here is that, after killing the Core Formation experts, you can choose to replenish your essence rather than use it to level up.

In this case, your soul essence will be restored, which you can use a second time.⟫

”Damn. I am that awesome, and I didnʼt even know.” Kent smiled, knowing he had indeed reached a level he didnʼt even think was possible.

”Tell me, Tower, why are you telling me this, knowing full well itʼs against the rules?” Kent may be naive sometimes, but he was not stupid. He could sense a conspiracy from a mile away.

He sensed the Tower wasnʼt telling him all this for nothing.

⟪The endgame here, Master, is to get the Blood Heart Stone. And in order to do that, you have to show the Bloodvein tribe what you are capable of. I say this is the best move to get what you want the right way.⟫

”The Blood Heart Stone, huh. Very well, Tower, I will do just that.” Kent stood up and went to see his two friends, not to chat, but to brand all the warriors marching from the Dreadclaw tribe.

He didnʼt know why the Tower and the universe wanted him to get the Blood Heart Stone. However, since they wanted him to save the Bloodvein tribe, he would do that.

He made sure the majority of the warriors were branded, then went back to see the Prince one last time...
