Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 83: Enchantress’s Favor

”This feels like a trap,” Kent muttered, looking at the book.

He doesn’t need a prodigy to tell him this book is a trap, and he shouldn’t dare try to provoke it.

Of course, the book would allow him to know anything about any world he steps into, but the strange favor from the enchantress is not something he can handle.

A god hasn’t returned from this strange world; how much would he fare with his current strength? Daring to form a contract with this book is something he shouldn’t do.

Yet Kent doesn’t want to put it aside. He wants to bind the book with it and accept this strange favor. Who knows, he might just be able to do it.

But then again, what would happen the moment he forms the contract with the book? Would he be required to start the quest right away, or would he be given a grace period to increase his strength?

[Tower buddy, what should I do here?]

Kent asked his friend, the tower. So far, he has had to know the pros and cons, and since the tower is more knowledgeable than him, he can only rely on it.

[So far, the master doesn’t know anything about this world. And because I haven’t even awakened the first tier of my true power, I also lack the capabilities to know everything. This means the master can only trust blindly and hope he doesn’t fall where he is directed.

In that case, the book will come in handy, considering you will be able to learn everything there is to know about this world. The people, the races, the families, the organizations. You would know them all.

However, the cost is this unknown favor. But the question is, if a god was asked this favor, would the master be required to start immediately?]

”That is indeed a good question. The current me is but a bug compared to a god. Who knows what will happen when I bind with it?” Kent smiled.

”You are a genius, tower.”

[I know, master, I am indeed a genius.]

Kent laughed and then decided to go ahead and form the contract.

Why?

Because he realized the favor does not require him to start now, no sane person would ask a kid who has yet to form his spiritual core to venture into an unknown world to complete a favor.

[The master can just drop his blood on the book to form the contract.]

Kent bit his finger and dropped a single drop of blood on the book. Immediately, it burst into a sparkle of golden light and entered his eyes, causing him to close them for a few minutes.

The moment he opened them, a radiant hue burst out of his eyes, sweeping through the entire Alderford mansion.

Everybody felt it, but it came and went like a flash, so nobody paid attention to it. That was especially true for Saintess Selene, who was tempted to go to Kent but stopped herself.

If she had, she would have seen Kent’s purple eyes become even cuter and more radiant than before. Just looking into his eyes would have excited her little sister.

Of course, that, too, lasted for a few moments before his eyes returned to normal. But one could tell something had changed in them.

Kent turn to the messages only to see one shocking thing after another.

”Well, I guess since I am here, it meant I wouldn’t be starting the favor quest just yet.” Kent smiles and then focuses on the rest of the messages.

[You have received the Attention of the Enchantress. Because you have bonded with the Enchanted book of Aether, the Enchantress has noticed you.]

[The Enchantress has deemed you worthy to carry out her unique Favor (Quest)]

[The Enchantress Favour]

[Type: Quest (Prologue)]

[Nature: Chain Quest (You must trigger the chain quest by completing the prologue quest)]

[Quest: Enchantress Favour]

-- Long ago, the Enchantress of Xggrial was attacked by a foe, and her heart was stolen. It was said this heart contains the Key of the Celestial Hidden Library. A library that is said to contain the knowledge of everything there is and is to come.

-- But perhaps knowing her heart would be stolen, she placed a curse on it, making it unusable to anyone. The curse that binds the heart also prevents her from leaving her temple, and no one can venture into her temple.

-- But many years ago, a god who specialized in travels managed to enter her temple and ask for a favor; in return, she also asked for a favor.

-- But alas, the god of travelers couldn’t accomplish his mission...Or maybe he did.

[You have received the Enchantress Favour and now have permission to enter her temple and receive her quest.]

[Because you are not qualified to begin the quest, the enchantress has granted you access to the Infinity Enchanted Quest Pool. You can now receive random quests and gain rewards from the enchantress.

Rewards that will help you grow faster.]

[Enchanted Quest Pool]

-- You can now receive quests whenever you want. Note that this quest will be based on your location and measured based on your cultivation talent, profession, and potential.

[Do you want to receive a Quest]

”Tower, I think we have hit a jackpot,” Kent smiled, reading the messages.

A Mega chain quest and a Quest pool. That is indeed something worthy of having. He can now receive random quests, which, in this case, would reward him with things he can rely on to grow stronger.

[The master has indeed been blessed by the goddess of luck. That said, there is a message attached to the quest pool. The master might want to check that first.]

Kent focused his attention on the message. It was from the enchantress.

[Message from the Enchantress: Thank you for accepting my favor. Because of this, I will grant you three wishes. Just name them, and I will make them happen.] Read exclusive adventures at

A small smile appeared on his lips, which if the Enchantress were to see, her stolen heart would have skipped a bit.

Kent had always been fascinated by one thing: the three wishes of a Genie. He had always wanted to break those three wishes.

Of course, the rules prohibit one from wishing for three more wishes. But Kent, who had been thinking about this for years, knew everything rested in the sentences.

That is why, after today, the enchantress who had never taken an interest in anything would finally take an interest in Kent.

Kent formed his sentence and ensured everything was arranged perfectly before saying his first wish.

”For my first wish...”
