Global Rainstorm: I built a sky city in the doomsday

Chapter 22 Not only did he not help the dying, he even opened a bottle of champagne!Standing at the door of Lin Yang’s house, the community manager Liu Liwu cleared his throat, pointed to the brothers behind him, and said: ”Remember, don’t grab it. We are civilized people. Talk nicely and convince him before carrying the food and drinks away. Do you understand?”

Four or five people behind him nodded and swallowed their saliva to show that they understood.

They haven’t eaten meat for several days. If this kid really has so many delicious foods and drinks at home, then they shouldn’t have a full meal first?

Bang bang bang.

With a slightly uneasy mood, Liu Liwu knocked on the door.

What they didn’t know was that after Lin Yang’s body was improved, his hearing was very good.

What they whispered at the door was heard clearly by Lin Yang.

”Manager Liu, you are finally here. Are you here to bring me food?”

Lin Yang opened the door, looking sickly, and his weak eyes checked back and forth in their hands.

Liu Liwu and others smiled at each other.

Act, you kid, keep acting!

”Ah, it’s like this, Mr. Lin, we heard that you have a lot of survival supplies at home, please stop acting. Now is a special period, special treatment, we just come to ask you if there is anything we can temporarily lend to the property.”

As he said, Liu Liwu led a few people into Lin Yang’s home. These people were like the lackeys of the Imperial Army during the war, scanning Lin Yang’s home with dishonest eyes.

”Mr. Lin, don’t be angry, we didn’t take it for nothing, we took as much as you have, and when the disaster is over, we will return it in full!”

However...

When they saw the situation at Lin Yang’s home, they all looked at each other.

In the house, except for a TV and a set of sofas, there was no other extra things. Even the pot in the kitchen was filled with porridge with clear soup, vegetarian!

When I opened the cupboard, I saw that it was all empty.

The only food was more than a pound of rice, a handful of wilted noodles, and some garlic grains.

Apart from that, there was no other food.

Even the refrigerator in his house is full of ice cubes!

Does this look like a family with good food and drink? I guess even mice would leave in tears.

”You all saw it, right?”

Lin Yang licked his lips and said. ”How about I go to your property management department to have a meal? If I don’t eat, I might starve to death.”

Liu Liwu and his friends smiled at each other, comforted Lin Yang, and said that they would continue to find ways to get food and call him when they got it.

As soon as they left.

Lin Yang’s mouth corners rose, and with a wave of his hand, all kinds of luxurious food and drink resumed in the house.

Soon.

The property management company tagged all members in the group: ”We have already gone to Mr. Lin’s home to ask him about this. He is also in a very difficult situation. There is only one pound of rice left at home, and there is nothing else to eat. If anyone dares to spread rumors about this kind of topic again in the future, we will not share the food with them if we find it!”

”Shuntong, please inform us that there may be a power outage in our community tonight. Everyone, please pay attention to safety and be prepared for the power outage!”

”In addition, our property management department bought some candles at a high price this morning. If you need them, please come and buy them early. Since the purchase price is high, the selling price will not be cheap. Everyone, bring enough money!”

”...”

Hearing that there were candles for sale, some unprepared owners rushed out of the door.

Among them was the old couple on the 30th floor. They went downstairs in a hurry and looked at the rushing water in the community that was knee-deep, and they didn’t care.

Just when the two of them had just walked halfway, the flood suddenly became more urgent. The two stumbled and fell into the water. The old woman tried to grab the old man, and the two were quickly washed away by the water. The few passers-by on the side did not dare to lend a hand to rescue them.

Suddenly!

The two men managed to hold onto a tree stump and shouted for help.

Two sturdy men happened to pass by here and kept watching them.

Then, they walked quickly to the couple, and then watched them fight the flood without any movement.

”Thank you, thank you, please save us!”

”Help us, do you two want to watch us die without any help, be careful or I will sue you!”

”You two bastards, ah!”

”...”

However, no matter how they called or cursed, the two young men were unmoved, but smiled happily.

”Since the sickle of the god of death is here, you can die.”

”Our Mr. Lin will open a bottle of champagne for your death.”

The two men were Lin Yang’s death warriors.

When the rainstorm came and the flood broke out, some of the death warriors were responsible for collecting first-hand information for him at any time in the streets and alleys of Hai City, so that he had enough time to deal with anything that happened.

Because they were worried about the rescue of the two people, the death warriors came to them.

Seeing that they had no chance of being rescued, the two warriors simply did not take action, and let their morale fend for themselves.

The flood was also fighting at this time, and suddenly it became a little bigger.

The old couple also realized at this time that Mr. Lin was the bastard on the 29th floor!

”Lin Yang, that bastard... ah ah ah!”

”Ah!”

Before they finished speaking, the two could no longer hold on and were washed away by the flood. In a few blinks of an eye, they were washed into the road a few meters below, and there was a turbid ocean below.

After a few struggles, the two never emerged from the water again, and died with regret.

”The elderly couple on the 30th floor were washed away by the water, and it is more likely to be bad. Don’t go out easily unless it is absolutely necessary!”

Soon, the property management of the community tagged everyone.

At 7 o’clock in the evening, the power was completely cut off in Xingfu Community, and the surrounding communities were only emitting a few candlelights.

Even people in high places could not see the situation in other parts of Haishi.

The whole world seemed to have fallen into endless darkness.

People did not dare to play with their mobile phones, and only dared to light candles when eating, after all, they did not know when the power would be restored.

However, there was an exception.

The residents of the building opposite saw that there was an enviable bright candlelight near the top floor of Building 1, and they could faintly see a figure sitting by the window, as if eating hot pot?

That’s right, Lin Yang found that after the heavy rain, the temperature dropped sharply and generally maintained at around ten degrees, which was particularly suitable for hot pot.

At noon, he had the old Yanjing style, and at night he took out the Shu-style nine-square hot pot.

The main dishes were thousand-layer tripe and tripe, and the soup bases were spicy and beef bone soup. Various vegetables were also available, and they looked very fresh and crisp, as if they had just been picked.

The drink was a soft-smelling champagne. He had to stay awake at all times. As long as the rainstorm disaster was too severe, he would fly to the Sky City at any time in the Bell 206 helicopter waiting quietly on the roof.

With such a sumptuous dinner, Lin Yang would of course take a photo of his circle of friends.

”I like to eat hot pot these two days. I’m alone, so I’ll have a simple candlelight dinner.”

In just a moment, all kinds of ding-dong ding-dong sounds rang out!

You don’t have to think about it, you know it’s a message from those who are starving and cold, struggling on the edge of life and death.

Lin Yang smiled without saying a word, and only felt that the tripe in his mouth was more fragrant!
