Chapter 155 Dispute

Chapter 155 Dispute
Everyone looked around and found that they were on a grassland.

There are scattered sheep around, and occasionally a wild boar can be seen.

The entire map looked very wide. At least when everyone looked forward, they saw hillside grasslands as far as the eye could see, and no trace of other people could be seen.

I don’t know where the camps that match my camp are now.

[The countdown to the Shire Town Tournament begins, and the treasure chest of building materials resources will be refreshed soon,]

【Countdown: Ten】

……

As the ten-second countdown ended, Zhang Cheng directed the camp members to act separately.

Zhang Cheng divided the more than 60 camp members participating in this hegemony competition into six teams, basically each team has about ten people.

The six teams headed in different directions, trying to find more building material resource boxes.

Competing for building materials is very important. This will not only affect the subsequent construction of fortifications, but it is also a major part of the results of the competition.

So even if the player thinks he can crush all the enemies, it is best to try to collect building material supply boxes.

As Zhang explained, the refresh point of the building material supply box is random. Generally, there must be a supply box every 100 meters or so.

And if Ruo met players from other camps on the way to find building materials and supplies boxes, Zhang Cheng also said that there is no need to be merciful, if everyone has their eyes on the same treasure box, then naturally they have seen the truth.

Zhang Cheng is confident that even if the camp members are divided into groups of more than ten people, they will still have the strength to be unafraid of ordinary camps.

Weapon equipment and combat level are confidence.

Zhang Cheng led his team of troops and rushed eastward quickly.

Along the way, Zhang Cheng and the others also saw a lot of building material boxes. Of course, they opened them easily and put the building materials in their backpacks.

Zhang Cheng’s current five-level backpack, together with the weight-bearing drone King Kong, and the pet Fido who has grown and advanced, can be said to be very capable.

Therefore, Zhang Chengdu, the building material supply box, puts it in his backpack as much as possible first, because these building materials take up a lot of space in the backpack, and each inventory can only stack ten building materials of the same kind.

And these building materials are not all of the same type, but of various kinds, which makes it require more inventory slots.

For example, Zhang Cheng has now opened a building materials box.

【Obtain triangle angle*2】

【Obtain circular window*2】

【Acquire Wooden Floor*1】

[Acquire Building Reinforcement Materials*2]

These strange-shaped building materials also make the subsequent work of building base areas more flexible and operable.

Using different building materials, it can be matched and assembled into different fortifications.

This will also test the players’ construction skills and space conception ability very much.

Zhang Cheng had participated in the Shire Town Competition before. Even if he was not proficient in the construction of the Shire Town camp, he was definitely well-informed.

After all, in Shire Town, he did not miss to ’visit’ the fortifications built by other camps.

The journey of collecting building materials is still going on. The reason why Zhang Cheng chose to go east is because he knows that there is a small town in the east.

—East of Shire Town.

To the east of Shire Town, there are rows of buildings with streets and alleys running through them.

However, in the east of Shire Town, there are a large number of infected people living and entrenched.

In the town area, the probability and density of building material box refreshes are far higher than those in the wild, but at the same time, it is correspondingly more difficult for players to search for materials here.

But Zhang Cheng didn’t care at all. The township, the narrow streets, and the dense tide of infected corpses were all very suitable for Zhang Cheng’s howitzer to exert its divine power.

Especially this kind of infected people who don’t know how to work around and only know how to rush forward blindly, it’s like rushing up one by one to feed the howitzer.

After a while, Zhang Cheng brought the team members to the front of the town.

From a distance, everyone could already hear the painful roars of infected people coming from the street from time to time, it sounded like one after another, it was creepy.

Zhang Cheng took the lead, raised the howitzer and was about to walk into the town.

The other team members hurriedly took out their handy things from their backpacks and followed Zhang Cheng forward.

Here we can see the solid strength of the members of the Tiangong camp.

The weapons held by the team members include M24, AK47, and the worst is the M16 rifle. It is not an ordinary M16, but an M16 with a camouflage layer.
However, when everyone stepped into the township, the infection wave entrenched in the streets and alleys suddenly aroused an astonishing sense of smell, and roared again and again.

Immediately afterwards, the infected one by one rushed towards the direction where Zhang Cheng and others entered.

Although the infected people in the back didn’t know what happened in front of them, driven by their instincts, they followed the army of the infected tide and rushed to the front of the street.

Zhang Cheng set up a howitzer and fired a shot at the dense wave of infections ahead.

boom!
An astonishing explosion sound was heard in the narrow block, and the wave of infection in front was immediately cleared.

There was a small gap in front of the originally massive infection wave, and countless infected people were blasted to bloody flesh and their limbs were shattered.

The others were stunned. Although they had seen the power of Zhang Cheng’s howitzer before, they had never seen Zhang Cheng display his combat power in such a dense wave of corpses.

At least sixty or seventy infected people were killed in one shot, and everyone was dumbfounded.

Zhang Cheng continued to fire. At the same time, he released all four of his drones to supplement the firepower. The drones flew straight towards the deep part of the block to deal with the scattered infected people behind.

A few minutes later, the east side of Shire Town, which was originally densely populated by zombies and filled with the roars of the infected, was silent. The entire neighborhood seemed to have been plowed by cannonballs.

Only then did Zhang Cheng put away the howitzer with satisfaction, and asked everyone to quickly start collecting the building material boxes scattered around the block.

Zhang Cheng walked into a small building next to him, and the doors of each room were pushed open. Zhang Cheng went in to check if there was a treasure chest of building materials.

About 10 minutes later, Zhang Cheng and others finally completed the search of the entire township. It is not difficult to see from the elated expressions on the faces of everyone that everyone has gained a lot.

The material collection stage of the first stage only takes half an hour, which is not enough time for players to visit the entire map.

Unless Zhang Cheng activated the amphibious phantom, he could barely circle the map roughly.

After searching the east of Shire Town, Zhang Cheng found that there were only about 10 minutes left in the first stage, so he led everyone back from another direction.

Collect the building material treasure chests along the road.

But before everyone had gone far, a group of unexpected guests appeared in front of Zhang Cheng.

There are about [-] players in this group, and it is not difficult to see from the weapons tightly held in their hands that they are here to find fault.

This must be a camp of players. They are now blocking Zhang Cheng and others on the way back, and their purpose is self-evident.

”Throw out all the building materials on your body, then I can...”

The leader of the group of players seemed to be well equipped. He stood at the front of the crowd opposite and shouted at Zhang Cheng.

It’s just that Zhang Cheng didn’t wait for him to finish speaking, and directly directed the four drones to fly out of the cabin, aiming at the small group of more than 20 people in front of them and tilting their firepower.

Zhang Cheng took out the howitzer with another move, and aimed at the densely populated place in front of him, and there was a howitzer.

The suppression of firepower that appeared in Tiangong caught those people on the opposite side by surprise. They suddenly realized that the drones seemed to hurt them a bit!

The blood volume dropped rapidly, and they lost their positions all of a sudden, but before they could counterattack, they saw a howitzer getting bigger and bigger in their field of vision.

Although they had never seen such a thing as a howitzer, they subconsciously felt that this howitzer must not be underestimated.

Their first instinct is to run, but at this point, where is the chance of escape?

The howitzer burst into flames in the crowd, and immediately swallowed up all the people around.

The other members of the Tiangong camp also took the opportunity to beat the dog in the water. It was good that they didn’t bother others, but someone came to their door on their own initiative?

The battle ended in a one-sided manner. In front of Zhang Cheng and others, this group of people’s counterattack seemed a bit flamboyant.

After defeating the group of people, Zhang Cheng put all the building materials that fell from them into his backpack.

Although these people’s strength is not strong, they are still in their twenties after all. Even if they have been wandering around in the wild, they can always come across a lot of building material boxes.

So this time, Zhang Cheng’s harvest is not cheap, which may be equivalent to almost one-third of the harvest in the east of Shire Town.

In the east of Shire Town, defeated players will be revived in the stronghold of their camp.

The location where they just landed in the east of Shire Town is the stronghold of their camp.

This place is not too far away from the stronghold of the Tiangong camp, and being able to meet people from other camps here shows that there are likely to be other camp strongholds nearby.

But Zhang Cheng didn’t have the trouble of going to that camp right now. The first stage was coming to an end, so it would be better to save the war until the third stage.

After returning to the stronghold of the Tiangong camp, the second stage just started.

In the second stage, players will use the building materials they have collected to build the camp stronghold.

A device appears in the camp stronghold, called the stronghold core.

Players can see that there is a long blood bar on the core of the stronghold.

This shows that the camp core is destructible.

And this is the main goal of the third link - to destroy the energy core of the enemy camp while protecting the energy core of your own camp.

Destroying the core of the enemy’s camp is naturally a bonus item, and if the core of one’s own camp is destroyed by other players, points will be deducted, and the camp will lose the qualification to continue the game in this game and enter the score settlement link.

Therefore, this is a battle stage in which both offense and defense need to be taken into account.

The teams of the camp members returned to the camp stronghold one after another, and began to count how many building materials they had harvested in total.

Then Zhang Cheng began to construct the framework of the fortification against a large pile of building materials in front of him.

”This part of the material can be used to make a small watchtower. This is the most critical thing. The core of the camp must be protected inside the watchtower.”

”The circular hole window is enough. This is our sniper point.”

”The gate must be strengthened to the highest level.”

”A triangular top corner is placed here, and a long corridor is set outside...”

While Zhang Cheng was using construction materials to start building and strengthening the camp stronghold, he also asked the camp members about the ideas and specific methods of building the camp stronghold.

Everyone listened very carefully, and after a while, the appearance of the entire camp stronghold has been constructed in sevens and eighties.

In the second stage, players cannot attack each other, which also allows all camps to build their own camp strongholds with peace of mind during this period.

It’s just that some camps are really miserable at this stage.

For example, when they wanted to rob Zhang Cheng’s camp just now, their camp members were surrounding the core of the camp, looking at each other with wide eyes.

Why not build fortifications?
Because their building materials are really poor.

As a newly promoted farming camp, the total number of people in their camp is only 28 people. This competition brought in [-] camp members, and almost all of them have been dispatched.

However, because they were wiped out by Zhang Chengtuan just now, all the building materials on their bodies fell off, and now there are almost no building materials left.

In the first stage, if the player is killed, he will drop all the building materials on his body. Therefore, while collecting building materials, you must also beware of enemy players who are sneaking up on you secretly.

After all, a sneak attack must be more efficient and quicker than slowly searching for the material box by yourself.

Zhang Cheng and other camp members quickly completed the construction of the entire camp base, and there were even some leftover materials that were really unusable.

In stark contrast to the camp just now, on the Tiangong stronghold, a steel fortress rose from the ground. It seemed so tight that there was no place where any loopholes could be drilled. It made people wonder whether even a fly could not fly in.

And the gate of the stronghold fortress also cleverly concealed the location of the gate through several angles, which made it impossible for the enemy to find a clue even if they wanted to attack the gate.

The second stage passed quickly. Seeing that the members of the camp were already eager to try, Zhang Cheng couldn’t hold back, so he said with a smile:
”The offensive and defensive battle is about to begin. Are the Molotov cocktails, flash bombs and smoke bombs I asked you to prepare?”

”Ready!”

Everyone responded in unison, and one could hear their high spirits from their voices.

”Then, let’s go according to the plan!”

In the second stage, a light curtain is formed around the camp stronghold, and players can only move within the range covered by the camp light curtain.

This also made it impossible for players to launch raids on other camps in the second stage, and there was no way to find new building materials. They could only honestly build strongholds next to the strongholds.
