Chapter 109 Side Quest – Treasure Hunting in the Antique Shop

Chapter 109 Side Quest – Treasure Hunting in the Antique Shop
The weapon level of the howitzer naturally surpasses other weapons that Zhang Cheng currently owns. The more advanced the weapon in the game, the more combat experience points he will get during the battle.

For example, at Zhang Cheng’s current level, if he is still holding the Mondragon rifle, the initial weapon of the game, he may not be able to upgrade to a level if he destroys ten rifles.

The combat experience value provided by the howitzer to Zhang Cheng is extremely rich, and the combat experience value is nearly [-] points in one shot.

So Zhang Cheng then went to other roads to kill monsters, just to help other camp members relieve their pressure.

[Your combat level has been raised to level 26. 】

When the tide of corpses was over, Zhang Cheng’s level increased again.

There is no way, one shot of the howitzer is worth 2 combat experience points, and now he needs more than [-] combat experience points to upgrade to a level, and the conversion is only a matter of twenty howitzers.

Anyway, the howitzer is easy to hit the target, after all, the explosion range of the grenade is still so large.

In fact, as long as Zhang Cheng wanted to, he could quickly increase his combat level to a higher level.

But Zhang Cheng still didn’t bother to brush up his battle level, because his current collection level and crafting level were already far behind in battle, and just upgrading to battle wasn’t of much use.

After all, he is not like a full-time combat player like Wu Zhenghao. Even if the collection and production cannot keep up, he can still use the weapons provided to him by others.

But Zhang Chenggong is the highest level player in the game, who can help him create more powerful equipment than him?
”Hey, do you still have to rely on yourself in the end? It feels difficult to use so many alliance points...”

Zhang Cheng shook his head and sighed. In fact, he was just joking. If he spends alliance points if he is strong enough, no amount of alliance points will be able to withstand the spending.

For example, to modify the formula, the premium formula needs 50 alliance points for one modification, and the howitzer formula is even more terrifying, and it costs [-] alliance points for one modification.

There is no doubt that the howitzer still has a lot of room for modification, but the cost of modification is too high, and the cost performance is a bit low. If these alliance points are spent in other places, it may increase Zhang Cheng’s actual combat power.

”Alliance points... Hey, yes, alliance points! I can do that mission!”

[Submission - Treasure Hunting in Antique Store]

This side task was called a money-burning task in the previous life, and it cost alliance points very much, so many people would not do this task.

The antique shop is an inconspicuous small shop in the federation, which sells some antique decorations. Players can buy these decorations home and use them as furniture to support building scores.

But things in antique shops are generally more expensive, and the goal of this task is related to these items sold in antique shops.

The final reward of the mission will be a piece of jewelry equipment. Ornament equipment is usually not worn much, and it can provide a lot of help in key places, so which player would not like jewelry equipment?

It’s a pity that this accessory equipment in the antique shop is not so easy to get.

In the area where Zhang Cheng lived in the previous life, the owner of the antique shop was a profiteer who loves money very much, so at that time, the players couldn’t take advantage of the profiteer’s boss.

In order to obtain the accessory rewards of the side missions, many people Zhang Cheng knew were tricked into a large number of alliance points by the profiteer boss in the antique shop.

Although it is impossible to confirm whether the owner of the antique shop in Zhang Cheng’s current area is as treacherous, but judging from the nature of the mission, it seems that the purpose of this mission is to consume the alliance points in the hands of the players.

”Let’s go to the Federal Center again now, anyway, there should be nothing to do today.”

After the tide of corpses in the camp was over, the members of the camp went to work on their own tasks. For example, some went fishing, some organized supplies at home, and some went to the safe green forest to mine resources.

But Zhang Cheng didn’t have anything planned to do now, so he decided to go to the antique shop to get in touch with the side mission of the antique shop.

Zhang Cheng is not sure whether the routines of antique shops in this area are the same as those in his previous life, but he will not suffer a loss if he knows it.

Soon Zhang Cheng came to the Federal Center, and through several narrow alleys, Zhang Cheng came to a residential area of survivors.

In a dark alley, there is a lonely iron gate beside the alley, and there is a dim light inside the iron gate.

This is the antique shop.

The antique shop didn’t even have a signboard, but a few large characters ”Huang’s Antique Store” were sprayed with paint on the wall beside the iron gate.

”Dong dong dong,” Zhang Cheng knocked on the knocker on the iron door, ”Is anyone there?”

There was no response, Zhang Cheng continued to knock several times without giving up, and finally someone in the antique shop responded.

”Who, it’s so late at night, why don’t people sleep?” A little old man with a gray beard came out from the old yard behind the iron gate. Dragon head crutches.

”Who are you looking for? This is an antique shop, and I’m the only one in the shop.” The little old man’s frost-white hair was messy, as if he had just gotten out of bed.

Zhang Cheng apologized: ”I’m sorry old man, I didn’t expect you to rest so early, it’s only a little after nine o’clock.”

”Hey, I can’t help it when I’m old. I’m sleepy and tired early, but I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall asleep.”

Leaning on crutches, the little old man asked Zhang Cheng, ”What are you doing here?”

Zhang Cheng smiled lightly and returned: ”Old man, I heard that you have a great treasure here, can you show it to me?”

The little old man’s sleepy eyes suddenly regained energy, and his voice was much louder than before: ”Your young man is still knowledgeable, come in.”

The little old man took out the key from his pocket and said to Zhang Cheng, ”My surname is Huang, old man. I have settled here since the first establishment of the federal survivor camp.”

”The antique shop has been open since then. Just go out and inquire. Who in this area doesn’t know my old Huang’s antique shop?”

Zhang Cheng agreed, and followed the little old man through the old courtyard and into the main hall inside.

The little old man opened an antique shop in his home. The main hall of the house is the place where antique goods are placed. All kinds of items from the old era are neatly placed. I don’t know where the little old man got these things from. land.

”Do you want me to introduce you?” The little old man casually pointed to an object in front of him, ”Safflower porcelain basin, this is an old object from the [-]th century. Porcelain basins for dowry.”

”This is called a ballpoint pen. You probably haven’t heard of it at your age. In the old days, everyone used this kind of pen. Although it is out of ink now, it is still very valuable for collection.”
