After the Breakup, Indulgence Returned to Cash, and I Topped the Rich List

226: Chapter 226 Infrastructure Team!”Furthermore, I don’t want the industry experts I hire to work behind closed doors forever.”

”In any field across the globe, wherever there’s a large-scale, high-value Auction open to the public, I will fully fund all the experts within my Private Museum to fly there on chartered planes.”

”If they spot something of high value and it receives my approval, I will dispatch my secretary to acquire it for us whenever possible.”

As Shen Zhou finished speaking, everyone envisioned a grand Private Museum through his description.

Moreover, every expert within this Private Museum would receive a very high salary.

They could also pursue their true passions and professional ideals without any burden.

”Good! Excellent!”

Mr. Sun slapped his thigh hard upon hearing the end.

With an excited expression, he grasped Shen Zhou’s hands, shaking them vigorously while saying forcefully:

”Rest assured, Mr. Shen. Even if I have to risk my own career, I will do everything in my power to help you realize your plans for the Private Museum.”

”Coincidentally, I have some personal connections in the capital’s antique collection circles. I will do my best to encourage those true experts to join your Private Museum.”

By the end, Mr. Sun even began using honorifics to address Shen Zhou.

It was simply because the plan Shen Zhou mentioned for the Private Museum was so shocking and grand.

It was no exaggeration to say that if everything Shen Zhou just said were made public, the entire Huaxia antique circle would likely be shaken.

In the antique world, too many experts are forced to collude with profit-driven merchants because they cannot earn enough to sustain themselves.

There are too many people who love antiques but have been cheated multiple times because they have no reliable way to purchase them.

There are too many professional TV programs that, under the guise of expert appraisals, blatantly label junk as treasure or publicly declare a treasure to be a fake, only to later buy it at a very low price.

The victims have no way to seek redress; lacking sufficient knowledge, they can only suffer the loss in silence.

This further prevents the Huaxia antique circle from developing in a healthy and positive direction.

Once Shen Zhou’s Private Museum is built, true experts with knowledge and ability will have an excellent place to go.

Not to mention that with Shen Zhou’s abundant financial backing, these experts won’t have to worry about their development within the antique circles.

This would be of great benefit to the entirety of Huaxia.

”Then I shall await your good news, Mr. Sun.”

Shen Zhou also gripped Mr. Sun’s hand firmly, his eyes full of anticipation.

Dubai is a very special country, and the fact that Mr. Sun could be stationed at the Dubai Embassy for years and serve as the top official there...

...was enough to guarantee that Mr. Sun’s character was beyond reproach, and that he possessed his own style and capability in a place where the wealthy congregate.

Otherwise, he would have long been blinded by this dazzling world.

And Mr. Sun’s reaction after hearing about the Private Museum and the infrastructure project made Shen Zhou feel that this man truly possessed a sincere heart for his country.

He was also willing to give Mr. Sun a hand.

With both parties being mutually interested, the negotiation smoothly reached a preliminary draft agreement.

Matters regarding the museum would get on track after the infrastructure project was officially completed.

In any case, the visa issue for the migrant workers going abroad, which had initially troubled Shen Zhou the most, had long since vanished like smoke.

Under the sharp sword of Huaxia’s state-owned enterprise infrastructure, all difficulties would be easily resolved.

Finally, the world-renowned bidding for the construction units of the kilometer-high building commenced within Huaxia as scheduled.

On the day the bidding conference opened, Shen Zhou timed his arrival and brought Maria to Huaxia.

When his plane landed at the airport, the Dubai Ambassador, Mr. Sun, personally greeted him at the capital’s airport.

”Mr. Shen, the preparations for the bidding conference are complete. Once you arrive at the venue this afternoon, the conference will begin immediately.”

Mr. Sun shook hands with Shen Zhou enthusiastically.

”You’re too kind, Mr. Sun. The bidding conference would be the same with or without me, but I’ll do my best to get there on time.”

Shen Zhou nodded with a smile.

Then, led by Mr. Sun, he boarded the Scout bus that had been waiting at the airport’s VIP passage.

Years ago, he had seen them on the streets more than once; only true VIPs could ride in a Scout bus.

Back then, standing on a street corner and watching the bus glide slowly past, his eyes were filled with envy.

However, as Shen Zhou sat in the bus seat this time and looked around, he found there was nothing particularly extraordinary about it.

At the very back of this bus, there were several seats that appeared quite spacious.

It seemed these seats were usually reserved for true VIPs.

Besides that, the seats in the middle and front also looked relatively spacious, but they were naturally not worth mentioning compared to Shen Zhou’s private jet.

After traveling several blocks in the Scout bus, Shen Zhou had already become completely disenchanted with this unique mode of transport.

”Mr. Shen, when I first rode this bus years ago, I also felt very emotional.”

”But for you, Mr. Shen, the comfort of this bus is probably just so-so, right?”

Mr. Sun seemed to have guessed Shen Zhou’s thoughts and laughed heartily, treating him like an old friend.

Shen Zhou also smiled and said, ”That’s true, but regardless, this trip today can be considered the fulfillment of a childhood dream.”

Of all the young boys who once walked the streets, which one hadn’t fantasized about being inside a Scout bus?

Shen Zhou looked up; there were professional official vehicles and personnel from the transport department leading the way ahead.

With the massive amount of investment Shen Zhou was about to make domestically, he was indeed entitled to such treatment.

Not to mention that Shen Zhou’s nationality had never been changed, which naturally led to a very high level of welcome and acceptance for him within the country.

Led by Mr. Sun’s group, Shen Zhou finally stayed at the Capital Grand Hotel.

This hotel has a long history, and many VIPs from abroad stay here upon arrival.

Because of this, it was clear how much sincerity Mr. Sun’s group had in hosting Shen Zhou.

After bidding farewell to Mr. Sun’s group, Shen Zhou and Maria spent the midday hours in the hotel.

As for lunch, it was accompanied by personnel from relevant departments in the capital.

In particular, professionals from the infrastructure sector accompanied them throughout, dropping hints about the strength of the infrastructure teams behind them.

Shen Zhou didn’t feel the slightest bit of annoyance at this.

After all, opportunities are gained through active pursuit.

Finally, Mr. Sun’s group personally led Shen Zhou to the site of the bidding conference.
