Shocking! The Fake Young Master Has Been Won Over by the Real Young Master!

156: Extra (1) Parallel World 04However, in Ning Zhuohua’s eyes, these were all minor matters for the time being. If he could save his mother and continue his studies, these conditions were basically negligible to him. Moreover, from his brief understanding of the father and son just now, they didn’t seem like the type to do anything too excessive.

Mainly, he didn’t have anything worth the Yan Family coveting. Yan Jinming had also just said he wouldn’t interfere with his profession or hobbies; even those strange requirements inside were just minor details for his and Yan Qinghe’s potential future ’married life.’

One could say this contract only offered him benefits.

So, what exactly did the Yan Family see in him that they would offer such generous terms? Was there some other ulterior motive? Or was there something wrong with Yan Qinghe?

Ning Zhuohua recalled Yan Qinghe, who seemed to have healthy limbs and sharp senses without any apparent defects. Could it be... that there was something wrong with his head?

He would observe carefully in a while and ask them what their actual purpose was.

This question was answered very quickly.

Ning Zhuohua looked at the father and son sitting across from him after their walk and was the first to raise this question.

”Rest assured, there is no other purpose,” Yan Jinming smiled calmly and peacefully. ”It’s just that my son saw reports about your situation and your photos. He looked into you carefully and felt that he very much wanted to spend the rest of his life with you. That’s why we came to find you today.”

After speaking, Yan Jinming secretly gave himself a thumbs up—a perfect explanation!

Seeing Ning Zhuohua fall silent again, Yan Qinghe, who had been keeping quiet, finally couldn’t help but interject.

”You can rest assured; I am very certain of my feelings.”

Yan Jinming looked disdainfully at his anxious son. Look at that worthless appearance of his—nothing like when he was chasing Fuyue back then, wise and divine!

But complaints aside, he still had to help Yan Qinghe get the person. After all, this was his wife’s most beloved youngest son.

”That’s right. Not to mention that our Yan Family consists of people with good character who are trustworthy, the family rules are right there; he couldn’t possibly do anything to betray the marriage.”

The duo’s turn-based persuasion finally made the wavering Ning Zhuohua reach a decision. He would take the gamble; it couldn’t be worse than his current situation.

”I’ll sign.”

Yan Qinghe, sitting opposite him, instantly whipped out a pen and handed it over, for fear he might regret it the next second. It wasn’t until he saw Ning Zhuohua sign his name and the contract was returned to his hands that Yan Qinghe completely breathed a sigh of relief.

Yan Jinming watched his silly son joyfully yet carefully put the contract away, still finding it a bit of an eyesore.

”Zhuohua, since the contract is signed, I’ll contact the hospital this morning to move your mother there. Tonight, you should pack your things and move into our home,” Yan Jinming instructed carefully. ”Although this school is decent, it’s still a bit lacking compared to the one Qinghe attends. I’ll handle the procedures for you in the next couple of days, move your household registration over, and transfer your school as well.”

Ning Zhuohua nodded gently. After a long while, he looked at Yan Jinming with some bashfulness.

”What’s wrong? Is there something you want?” Yan Jinming asked considerately.

”I... it’s just, when you move my household registration, could you change my surname as well? I don’t want to continue being surnamed Ning,” Ning Zhuohua struggled for a long time before blurting these words out. ”Any surname will do.” His mother, Qin Yue, actually didn’t like him either. He had once suggested changing his surname to Qin, but his mother said she was unwilling to let a child with the Ning Family’s blood bear her surname and directly rejected him.

There was such a good thing? Yan Qinghe’s eyes brightened by more than just a degree. ”Change it! You’re going to marry me anyway, so take your husband’s surname!”

Yan Jinming once again looked disdainfully at his silly son before speaking warmly to Ning Zhuohua again.

”Then take our surname! Your name is quite a coincidence; it shares the ’Zhuo’ character generation with the other children in my family. Changing your surname will make you seem even more like one of our own.”

Ning Zhuohua looked at them blankly.

”Oh, I forgot to tell you. His older brothers and sisters were named according to the Genealogy’s character generation, but something happened when Qinghe was born, so he didn’t follow the Genealogy. We gave him the name ’Qinghe’ instead, taken from the meaning of ’Hai Yan He Qing’ (peace and prosperity).”

Ning Zhuohua then nodded in understanding.

”Now that these matters are settled, I’ll send you back to school first. After school finishes in the evening, we’ll come to pick you up and take you home.” Yan Jinming stood up, patted Ning Zhuohua’s shoulder, and gave him kind instructions.

Under Yan Qinghe’s reluctant gaze, Yan Jinming led Ning Zhuohua back to school and only came out to get into the car after quite a while.

”Look at that face of yours. The person will be sent to your room tonight; what’s the rush?”

”There are still several hours left...”

”Enough.” Yan Jinming interrupted Yan Qinghe’s muttering. ”I’m warning you, although I agreed to let him stay in the same room as you, you are not allowed to do anything excessive before he is eighteen. Do you hear me?”

Yan Qinghe instantly lost his spirit. There were still three years until eighteen; he was afraid it would be the death of him.

”Did you hear me? I’m asking you a question.”

”I know, I know.” Yan Qinghe waved his hand impatiently and closed his eyes, remaining still.

”You brat!”
