Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2967: Chapter 2965: Anything Else to Say

So they just wanted to see how the store would handle it, after all, this kind of thing isn’t just up to the customers to decide.

Of course, they would act accordingly, and to a large extent, what they could do was see if they could get a discount. Only with a discount could they profit, right?

It’s just that this issue started with a single hair, and it wasn’t a big problem, so they were just watching as bystanders. Otherwise, they would have raised their opinions earlier, it wouldn’t have come to this.

Moreover, in their hearts, this restaurant had always provided a pleasant dining experience since its opening, and that’s why they liked to eat here.

”Alright, go ahead with what you were saying.” They decided to let their leader finish speaking first, otherwise, he would have to write a self-criticism report later.

”If it’s not our restaurant’s problem, then it must be their problem. Everyone was curious why I called the chefs out, right? Now everyone, take a look, take off your hats.” Chuchu learned of this unintentionally, and later realized they weren’t just putting on a show occasionally but had been doing so consistently.

”Yes.” As chefs, they also had to be accountable to the customers. Only when they were recognized for their culinary skills could they cook with more passion.

But seeing this outcome now, they felt it wasn’t that hard to accept.

It’s a matter of seeing what state things were in, and if they had to take off their hats to clear the restaurant’s name, then so be it.

Since how the situation was developing wasn’t just about the restaurant, it also concerned them, because the customers were saying the dish was unclean, implying their cooking was unclean, and that couldn’t be allowed.

They had to think about how to salvage their own spotless reputation, as no one would be happy being unjustly smeared.

What they needed to do now was clear their own name, so they could bring benefits to the restaurant and, in turn, increase their pay.

But how to put it into words, they’d better listen to the leader, and do as they’re told.

So upon hearing the instruction to take off their hats, they removed them without hesitation.

”Ah, so that’s how it is, this will be a good show. I said it can’t be the restaurant’s problem. We’ve eaten here so many times, always heard good things, never any bad rumors. Who could have thought things would turn out like this, don’t you agree?” Seeing the chefs’ outfits, the customer who was standing up for the restaurant before exclaimed excitedly.

He knew such a great restaurant couldn’t have any problems; it must have been a misunderstanding.

See, wasn’t that the right call? But is this outcome really good?

It’s not that it’s unfair to the customers, but is it good for the guy from earlier?

Everyone was secretly thrilled, finding it delightfully dramatic, something unexpected indeed.

More so, they felt not everyone could pull off something like this, they should watch the situation a bit more.

Not everyone could think of this, it was their boss’s foresight.

”Do you have anything else to say?” Chuchu asked the guy from earlier.

She just didn’t like to overthink things, not that she was just a pretty face. Usually, she thought too much, so when she could save the hassle, she wouldn’t think too hard or do too much, as that would hinder her work.

If her subordinates knew her thoughts, they would definitely say: ”Boss, if that’s you not using your brain, not overthinking, then we might as well give up, since we’d be completely outshone by you.”
