Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2784: Chapter 2782: Buying Liquor

If he were unmarried, he wouldn’t feel anything when she looked at him like that. However, given that he is married, and Su Han is a young woman, it’s inappropriate for her to look at a man in such a way.

Su Han wasn’t aware that her gaze made Qin Lei uncomfortable.

She was simply reminded of some past events, which led to her repeated mistakes.

But Qin Lei didn’t say much; he didn’t want to engage in such matters.

A woman should have self-respect, shouldn’t she? So he thought it would be best if this woman simply came to buy what she needed.

”Please introduce a few items to me. I run a restaurant, and we have a lot of customers coming and going every day. Show me which ones are suitable for the restaurant, and help me pick out a few varieties,” Su Han hadn’t noticed Qin Lei’s expression but didn’t look at him again.

Instead, she glanced at the bottles on the shelf, reading the names and benefits of the wines.

Previously, she only heard about this shop and hadn’t been here before. She had procurement staff purchase some items to take back, which received positive feedback.

So she came herself this time, and only after seeing it did she understand why this shop had gained such a reputation in such a short time.

It was like her own shop; she incorporated modern elements into it, and also because those dishes were taught by Qin Xue, she knew what kind of status it held.

If this were not popular, then there’s no need to continue doing anything in the future.

Seeing a shop like this now makes her think that if she had collaborated with them earlier, her business would surely be great.

Su Han didn’t think that was surprising at all.

Indeed, a good shop has some capital.

”Alright, but are you sure you want that much? This entire row is suitable for a restaurant, but each type can’t exceed 2.5 kg.” Qin Lei pointed to the shelf.

These items can pair with any food and won’t clash. Restaurant dishes are varied, so these are most suitable.

Other types have ingredients that shouldn’t be consumed together to avoid conflict, so he refrained from introducing them to her, to prevent any issues.

This was something Qin Yu specifically instructed him when he took over here, so he remembered well.

”Okay, then I’ll take 2.5 kg of each. Can you assist with delivery, send it to the XX Restaurant on the street ahead; there will be someone there to receive it.” Su Han looked at the several varieties; 2.5 kg of each is quite a lot. She couldn’t carry it back herself, so she had to ask them to help with the delivery.

”Sure, but you’ll have to wait until tomorrow. If you need it urgently, you’ll have to take it yourself.” Qin Lei had just finished eating, wanted to spend time with his wife, and couldn’t find a car for delivery, so the delivery would have to be arranged for tomorrow.

The delivery person is an employee Qin Yu hired earlier. Since they arrived, they managed the store; delivering goods requires a lot of effort, so they added US$ 5 to his monthly salary, which the young man gladly accepted.

Because his monthly wage remains the same, he only needed to deliver when there are goods. The rest of the time, he could read, and since Qin Lei was offering extra money, he was grateful.

Now that it’s evening, the young man needs to attend night school, so sending him to deliver goods wouldn’t be feasible. Delivery would have to wait until tomorrow.

There was no need to explain this to Su Han. She only needed to know that delivering now wasn’t convenient.

”No problem, deliver it to my shop tomorrow. Here’s the payment; please count it.” Su Han didn’t ask further questions; she had no way to carry it back herself and would have to wait.
