Honkai: Reborn as the Corrosion Herrscher, Living as a Fake Elysia

As the password was entered, the elevator began to operate.

Soon, the elevator arrived in front of them and opened its doors.

“Kiana, we don’t need to review knowledge outside of the key points,” Bronya said, pulling Kiana’s hand, trying to get her to move away.

“I don’t want to either, but my feet won’t move!” Kiana twisted her body, but her feet were firmly rooted to the spot.

“Elysia, Bronya, save me!” Kiana’s feet moved on their own, walking towards the elevator.

“Alright, Bronya, let’s go with her and see. I’ll protect you two.” Elysia walked over to Bronya and reached out to pat her head.

Bronya looked at Elysia, then released Kiana’s hand and followed Kiana into the elevator.

After all three had entered the elevator, it began to operate on its own, moving towards the underground area.

When the elevator stopped, the three of them stepped out and looked at the underground space.

The center of the space was filled with various boxes, and on both sides, there were individual rooms enclosed by railings.

“Here…” Kiana walked directly in one direction.

Soon, she arrived in front of a room with a broken railing.

Looking into the room, Kiana walked straight in and sat on the small bed.

“Elysia, here…” Kiana reached out and pulled out a small notebook from a corner of the room.

Upon opening it, Kiana realized it was the diary of a girl named Sirin.

Quickly flipping through the diary, Kiana saw that it was filled with records of the Babylon Laboratory’s inhumane experiments on these innocent girls.

“Elysia, is this really the Destiny’s laboratory?” Kiana asked, feeling a little down.

“Yes, without a doubt. If the data isn’t wrong, this is the Babylon Laboratory.” Elysia sat next to Kiana and pulled her into her embrace.

“But isn’t Destiny an organization that fights Honkai? Why would they conduct such experiments!” Kiana said, feeling a bit low.

“Alright, Kiana, you need to understand that the path we are taking is smooth because someone has already paved the way for us,” Elysia said, gently patting Kiana’s back.

“…Ich ☆ liebe ☆ dich” Kiana whispered this phrase, recorded at the end of the diary, while in Elysia’s arms.

The diary said it was an all-purpose magic spell. Kiana didn’t know why, but while in Elysia’s arms, she just wanted to say it out loud.

“Eh? Kiana, what did you say?” Elysia lowered her head slightly, trying to hear what Kiana had said clearly.

“Ich ☆ liebe ☆ dich” Kiana repeated it. This time, one of her eyes turned gold, and as she spoke, Kiana also looked up at Elysia.

Then, Elysia’s body also glowed, and when the light faded, Elysia’s appearance had changed into someone else.

“Is this what my mom looks like…?” Kiana said, looking at Elysia’s current appearance.

Then she buried her head in Elysia’s chest and started crying.

Elysia had already sensed it just now: a layer of data was about to cover her body, and she didn’t try to stop it.

Looking at her white hair and hearing Kiana’s words just now.

So, her current appearance was Cecilia’s?

“Bronya, please wait a moment. Let Kiana calm down,” Elysia said, gently patting Kiana’s back.

“Okay, Elysia…” Bronya nodded, then stood there, looking at Elysia’s current form.

After calling up the data panel, Bronya compared it. “Elysia, your current appearance is that of the former Destiny S-Rank Valkyrie, Cecilia Schariac.”

Bronya walked over to Elysia and displayed the information she had just found in front of her.

Kiana, sniffling, also raised her head and looked at the information on the panel.

“My mom is Destiny’s S-Rank Valkyrie?” Kiana whispered.

“Is that so? I understand.” After a while, Kiana seemed to have found an answer and looked seriously at Elysia’s current appearance.

“Elysia, can I… call you Mom?” Kiana said, hugging Elysia’s waist.

“If that can make Kiana feel more at ease, then yes,” Elysia said gently, stroking Kiana’s hair.

“Mm… Mom!” Kiana heard her, hugged Elysia tightly, and then buried her face in Elysia’s chest and cried.

After crying for an unknown amount of time, Kiana’s voice slowly quieted down.

“It looks like Kiana has fallen asleep,” Elysia whispered to Bronya.

“Bronya never thought Kiana’s mother was Destiny’s S-Rank Valkyrie,” Bronya said, looking seriously at Elysia’s current appearance.

“In Destiny’s database, Destiny S-Rank Valkyrie Cecilia Schariac died during the Second Eruption.”

“According to her age, Kiana would have been no more than two years old at that time,” Bronya whispered.

“Tsk, Mom’s death was because of Destiny.” Kiana, who had been asleep in Elysia’s arms, suddenly opened her eyes and sat up, but her pupils were gold.

“Oh, you’re awake,” Elysia said with a smile. “Don’t you want to sleep a little longer, Kiana? You can rest freely in my arms right now.”

‘Kiana’ looked at Elysia, then shook her head vigorously, and finally snapped her fingers.

Elysia also returned to her original appearance.

“My mom is gone,” ‘Kiana’ exhaled a long breath. “And I am not that weak me.”

As she said this, Kiana clenched her fists.

“Alright, no matter what, aren’t you two the same person?” Elysia said with a smile, patting ‘Kiana’s’ head.

“You woman! Don’t just touch my head!” ‘Kiana’ immediately slapped Elysia’s hand away.

“I am not Kiana,” ‘Kiana’ said after looking at Elysia for a moment.

“Mhm, but right now, you are Kiana, so don’t argue about that anymore.”

Kiana looked at Elysia, then at Bronya, and finally placed the diary in front of herself.

“I might be the owner of this diary,” Kiana said with a touch of nostalgia, opening the diary directly to the last page.

“You might not understand what I mean,” Kiana said, looking at the confused Bronya, but quickly averted her gaze when she saw Elysia.

Kiana snapped her fingers, and her appearance changed.

Looking at her purple hair, “Neither I nor she might be Kiana. We just used Kiana’s name.”

“The real Kiana is Cecilia’s child, and the fact that I am Cecilia’s child is just an illusion.” Kiana, no, she should be called Sirin now.

“But don’t you also really want to be Cecilia’s child? That ‘Mom’ from Kiana, wasn’t that you who said it?” Elysia said with a smile, and as she finished speaking, Elysia changed back into Cecilia’s appearance.

“How is that possible? I clearly removed the Honkai Energy covering your body,” Sirin said, surprised.

(Honkai Energy is omnipotent!)

“Oh, this is a data space, you know,” Elysia said, directly pulling Sirin into her embrace.

“Mhm, you’re really cute!”

“You! You… let go of me!” Sirin struggled, but didn’t dare to use too much force.

After a while, Elysia let go of Sirin.

“I… I’m going back!” Sirin bit her lip, looked at Elysia in Cecilia’s form, and that familiar smile. After Sirin snapped her fingers, her body collapsed while her appearance reverted to Kiana’s.

Elysia reached out and caught Kiana, whispering, “The little cutie ran away.”

“Elysia, was I asleep just now?” Kiana opened her eyes at this moment, looked at the face in front of her, and quickly blushed, lowering her head again.

Elysia laughed, then removed Cecilia’s appearance.

After letting go of Kiana, Kiana quickly ran behind Bronya.

“Bronya! Let’s go, let’s go! Quickly! Let’s finish looking at this History! Then we’ll leave!” Kiana said, pulling Bronya’s hand and running towards the elevator.

(I feel like I’m going crazy too)
