Global Lords: Me and My Calabash Kiddos

As Yi Tian began the auction for the Yin Yang Sacred Fruit, outside the mist to the north of the territory.

A group of burly beastmen with green skin, bare-chested and aggressive.

These beastmen numbered at least two thousand, densely packed, with strength at least at mid-stage Silver.

Some held wolf fang clubs, some held spears, some held axes, and even two hundred late-stage Silver beastmen held high-level ox horn bows.

Unlike other high-level ox horn bows, theirs occasionally flashed brightly.

”Sons, it is this Evil Lord who killed dozens of our Golden Warriors and disrupted the Beastman King’s grand plan. We must take revenge and repay in blood!”

”The mist here has been opened by the High Priest, quickly enter and kill the Lord, seize their treasures, and take their women.”

A Limon Beastman Commander rolled up the flag, pointing to the weakened mist that the High Priest had just cast a spell on, to boost morale.

He was the leader of this attack on Yi Tian’s territory, Zack Pudding.

Following the causal relation, the Limon Beastman Tribe High Priest deduced Yi Tian’s killing of their warriors.

In the deduction, the wealth of Yi Tian’s territory and its strength were revealed.

The Limon Beastman High Priest was quite shocked by Yi Tian’s power; the battle units and strengths he deduced were very vague, only knowing there were many.

So, this time the Limon Beastmen sent two thousand people.

They wanted to send more, but were powerless to do so.

They could only send as many Golden Powerhouses and Platinum Powerhouses as possible, and the High Priest personally strengthened the high-level ox horn bows for the two hundred archers.

Limon Beastmen, vindictive and proud. They couldn’t wait for the mist’s power to diminish and immediately transmitted a batch of warriors to seize the treasures and gold of Yi Tian’s territory, while taking revenge.

Even though it was almost dark, it couldn’t stop their steps.

At Zack Pudding’s command, hundreds of Limon Beastmen rushed towards Yi Tian’s territory, howling.

The first to rush in was a late-stage Gold captain, leading by example.

”Splash!”

The Golden Warrior, after stepping into the mist, stepped into emptiness, falling into the lake.

”Ouch! What happened?”

Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing?

Wasn’t I supposed to attack the Lord’s territory?

How did I fall into the sea?

”Splash!”

”Splash!”

”Splash!”

Excitedly, one by one, the Limon Beastmen rushed into the territory, and then all fell headlong into the lake.

”Ah...”

”Help...”

”I can’t swim...”

There were Limon Beastmen who were non-swimmers, thrashing around in the water, gulping big mouthfuls of seawater.

Though the water near the mist wasn’t the deepest.

It was still over ten meters deep.

”Splash...”

The sound of falling into water was continuous, the Limon Beastmen were like dumplings falling into soup.

”Not good, get out quickly. The Evil Lord has set up a sea, isolating his territory. Quickly go and report to the commander.”

The first Limon Beastman to fall in realized, shouting loudly.

The Limon Beastmen who could swim hurried to fish out the non-swimmers. With at least mid-stage Silver and late-stage Silver strength, it’d be too funny if they drowned.

Thus, while some Limon Beastmen fell into the water, others ran out.

”Everyone, don’t go in!”

The Golden Warrior who went into the mist earlier ran out dripping wet, shouting.

All the Limon Beastmen poised to enter the mist halted their steps.

”Damn it, what are you doing? Why are you returning!”

Zack Pudding cursed upon seeing him. Damn it, are you the commander or am I?

As he spoke, he saw more ”soggy chickens” crawl out from the mist, with some not knowing where their divine weapons were.

From aggressive momentum to fleeing with shield, it only took a minute.

Zack Pudding’s expression turned uglier, what the hell?

There’s a time limit to enter the mist. If they missed this period, the mist would return to normal!

Should the High Priest deplete resources to activate the altar again?

Not to mention the consumption of a large number of beast cores. Can the High Priest’s body handle it?

”Commander, the Evil Lord surrounded the territory with lake water. As soon as we entered the mist, we fell into the water, and some warriors aren’t good at water, so we fled from the mist. Please devise a strategy,” the Golden Warrior immediately reported to Zack Pudding.

”Useless! Just water, and it makes you retreat without fighting? Are you even Limon Beastmen?” Zack Pudding wasn’t satisfied with the response.

In Zack Pudding’s view.

The Lord diverted water, how much can he divert?

At most, bigger than a moat!

”Not lake water, it’s seawater. Looking far ahead at the dark shadow, it’s at least twenty kilometers away.” The Golden Warrior dared to refute, with his head lowered.

That shadow was just barely visible as the land.

”What! Over twenty kilometers?” Zack Pudding was a bit incredulous.

But the other sodden ones nodded quickly in agreement.

With one voice, Zack Pudding had to believe.

This Lord really is clever, using this method to protect himself.

Twenty kilometers, without boats, really hard to swim.

Moreover, quite a large portion of Limon Beastmen were non-swimmers.

Going to the forest to cut timber and build boats is definitely too late.

Even trading with tribes using a crystal ball is too late.

Limon Beastmen live on the prairie, they rarely need boats.

In the end, the High Priest’s power failed.

Zack Pudding could only watch helplessly as the mist solidified again.

Zack Pudding and the thousands he led lost the chance to enter Yi Tian’s territory.

”Damn Zack Pudding, what are you doing, why didn’t you enter the territory!”

The angry voice of the Limon Beastman High Priest came from the crystal ball.
