“What’s going on?”

“Where’s the Sixth Rank Chapter?”

“Where is the Sixth Rank Chapter of my Martial Path Evolutionary Path?”

“Has the Virtual World not updated? Or is it a network problem?”

Countless Evolvers were in an uproar.

...
In everyone’s view, for the Martial Path Evolutionary Path to leap forward by more than forty ranks from the original fifty-third to the twelfth,

The only possibility was the upload of the Sixth Rank Chapter.

Without the enhancement of the Sixth Rank Chapter, how could the Martial Path Evolutionary Path break into the twelfth position on the Chikun Evolution Rankings?

In fact, even if the Martial Path Evolutionary Path had uploaded the Sixth Rank Chapter, such a rapid rise in the rankings was incredible.

However, incredible as it may be, it is understandable. After all, with an additional Sixth Rank Chapter, the Martial Path Evolutionary Path was truly a Sixth Rank Evolution Path, and such potential for improvement, when thought through carefully, does make sense.

But now?

Without the Sixth Rank Chapter?

Without the Sixth Rank Chapter, how did we break into the twelfth rank?

Many Evolvers initially thought it was a ‘delay’ in the Virtual World update, or a network latency in their area.

That’s what caused them not to see the ‘Sixth Rank Chapter.’

However, after communicating and finding that others also hadn’t seen the ‘Sixth Rank Chapter,’ they were stunned.

If it was just one or two Evolvers who hadn’t discovered the Sixth Rank Chapter,

It might have been due to other factors, an isolated case, or perhaps network latency.

But if no one has seen the Sixth Rank Chapter,

Then there’s only one possibility.

That is that the Martial Path Evolutionary Path doesn’t have a Sixth Rank Chapter.

But this possibility leads to another astonishing fact.

How did the Martial Path Evolutionary Path, without a Sixth Rank Chapter, break into the twelfth spot on the Chikun Evolution Rankings?

If you say that the Martial Path Evolutionary Path, with only up to the Fifth Rank, entered the fifty-third spot on the Chikun Evolution Rankings, it’s like mixing a elementary student among a group of college students.

Extremely conspicuous.

Then still only with Fifth Rank, the Martial Path Evolutionary Path broke into the top fifty, into the twelfth position.

It’s akin to an infant with a pacifier mixing among a group of PhDs?

How the hell is that possible?

“What on earth is going on?”

“Without uploading the Sixth Rank Chapter, how is the Martial Path Evolutionary Path now twelfth?”

“Huh? It seems like the Martial Path Evolutionary Path has changed a bit, the word count of the Second Layer Chapter to the Fifth Stage Section has been modified?”

“It’s normal for there to be modifications, the Evolution Paths on the ranking list aren’t set in stone, occasionally there are some changes, but that still doesn’t explain how the Martial Path Evolutionary Path became twelfth?”

“Maybe the reason lies within the modified content?”

….

Many Evolvers and high-level citizens began to notice that the content they had purchased from the Second Layer Chapter to the Fifth Stage Section had changed.

So everyone subconsciously started to review it.

“How is this possible?”

“The Martial Path Evolutionary Path can incorporate any energy system?”

“It’s too incredible, no wonder there was such a significant climb in the rankings, the qualitative change… it boosts the potential of the Martial Path Evolutionary Path…”

A Sixth Rank Evolver’s expression changed slightly.

With his insight, he could just make out the impact of the changes to the Martial Path Evolutionary Path.

If the Martial Path Evolutionary Path was no longer limited to Taiyin and Taiyang, then the many Evolvers of Human Civilization following the Martial Path Evolutionary Path would benefit, able to follow the paths they were proficient in. This could be a qualitative breakthrough in the chances of producing Higher Rank Evolvers.

No wonder the Martial Path Evolutionary Path, before uploading the Sixth Rank, was able to break into the top twelve on the Chikun Evolution Rankings.

No wonder the great scholar who established the Martial Path Evolutionary Path would personally update the path.

Because this is extremely important for Martial Arts Evolutionaries.

“Truly worthy of being an Evolution Scholar, to have expanded the Martial Path Evolutionary Path to such heights.”

“No good, previously I was only vaguely aware of Taiyin and Taiyang, which is why I didn’t follow the Martial Path Evolutionary Path. Now, I don’t need to grasp Taiyin and Taiyang, the Martial Path Evolutionary Path can still be cultivated, so I need to switch Evolution Paths.”

“Me too, this is the masterpiece of some Evolution Scholar, after all, there’s definitely no mistake in following it for cultivation…”

Many Evolvers left the Central Plaza Area, clearly intending to pass the news onto their backing family powers.

…

Chikun Main Star, palace at the peak of the Thirteen Peaks.

Lin Yuan sat cross-legged.

“Five hundred thousand Merit Points.”

“It’s enough for a promotion to a Level Six Citizen.”

A smile appeared on Lin Yuan’s face.

The perfected Martial Path Evolutionary Path had been rewarded with an enormous sum of five hundred thousand Merit Points by the Goddess of Wisdom.

You should know that there are only a few ways to acquire Merit Points.

Without exception, they are awarded for making contributions to Human Civilization.

Other than founding a complete and new Evolution Path like Lin Yuan,

Or developing other technologies beneficial to Human Civilization,

The main channel is to go to the Battlefields of Different Races to kill alien beings and exchange for Merit Points.

According to Lin Yuan’s knowledge, killing alien strong ones would grant corresponding amounts of Merit Points.

A Sixth Rank Alien Race Strongman is worth a thousand Merit Points.

A Seventh Rank Alien Race Strongman is worth between ten thousand and a hundred thousand Merit Points.

An Eighth Rank Alien Race is worth over a million Merit Points.

The five hundred thousand Merit Points that Lin Yuan had received was equivalent to half an Eighth Rank Alien Race Strongman? Or perhaps dozens of Seventh Rank Alien Race Strong Ones?

Of course, killing alien strong ones is just one way to obtain Merit Points,

On the Battlefields of Different Races, if one could lead an army of Evolvers to victory in local warfare against the alien races,
