Medic Martial Dragon King

Chapter 362: Chapter 362 The Arrogant Shanbe Liang_1

”Bang——”

In the Jingming Martial Arts Dojo, at the central fighting ring.

A student from the dojo was kicked off the platform and crashed heavily onto the ground below.

”Hmph! Is this what you call Flame Dragon Martial Arts? Trash!” Xu Zhiyan stood proudly on the platform, his face filled with ridicule as he surveyed the people in the dojo.

Everyone looked on with faces full of anger but also a sense of helplessness.

The competition had already seen two matches, and the two strongest students from the dojo were defeated by Xu Zhiyan. Sending anyone else would likely mean that Lu Jingming himself would have to step in!

”Master, I’m sorry!” The defeated student, supported by two others, came up to Lu Jingming, apologizing.

Lu Jingming patted the student on the shoulder and shook his head lightly, ”It’s okay, you did your best!”

Looking up at the ring, a solemn flash crossed Lu Jingming’s eyes.

If the student he trained was this strong, then his master...

Looking apprehensively at Shanben Liang below the ring, Lu Jingming stepped onto the platform.

”Lu Jingming, if even you lose to me, then your Jingming Martial Arts Dojo is thoroughly disgraced! Hahahaha.” Xu Zhiyan laughed mockingly as he looked at Lu Jingming, reveling in his arrogance.

Lu Jingming spoke indifferently, ”Even if I lose, it does not prove that Flame Dragon Martial Arts is inferior to street fighting; it only means I haven’t mastered it sufficiently!”

In Lu Jingming’s eyes, the dignity of Flame Dragon Martial Arts was much more important than the pride of his Jingming Martial Arts Dojo.

Xu Zhiyan paused upon hearing this, his eyebrows furrowing, then he spoke in a grave voice, ”Stop playing the saint. Today, I’m determined to beat the face of your Jingming Martial Arts Dojo!”

Whoosh!

As soon as he finished speaking, Xu Zhiyan charged directly at Lu Jingming.

Watching Xu Zhiyan with a composed face, when Xu Zhiyan approached, Lu Jingming made a feint, and then threw a straight punch directly at Lu Jingming’s chest.

With a corner of his mouth curled into a cold smile, Lu Jingming pressed down with one hand, firmly grasping Xu Zhiyan’s wrist, then he twisted and clamped down on Xu Zhiyan’s pulse, pinching it hard!

”Ah!” Xu Zhiyan screamed in pain, desperately trying to pull his hand free.

Lu Jingming followed up with a kick.

Bang!

Thump!

This was the first time Xu Zhiyan had fallen on the platform since he stepped up.

”Good!”

”Master is powerful!”

”Impressive!”

”Beautiful!”

A round of cheers erupted from within the dojo.

”Ah——”

Enraged, Xu Zhiyan leaped up from the ground and charged at Lu Jingming again.

Bang!

Thump!

Bang!

Thump!

Unfortunately, his continuous attacks were repeatedly countered and he was thrown down again and again; Xu Zhiyan’s face was flushed red as if he had been harshly slapped several times.

Having just claimed to dishonor Jingming Martial Arts Dojo, he was quickly being bested, and the irony of his own situation became painfully apparent.

Bang!

With a muffled sound, Xu Zhiyan was kicked off the platform by Lu Jingming.

”President!”

”President!”

Members of the street fighting club rushed over to help Xu Zhiyan to his feet.

Xu Zhiyan glared fiercely at Lu Jingming on the platform, then turned and walked towards Shanben Liang on the side.

Lu Jingming, however, stopped paying attention to Xu Zhiyan and instead stared directly at Shanben Liang, recognizing that Shanbe could be a formidable opponent for training a student like Xu Zhiyan.

”Master Shanben, I...” Xu Zhiyan approached Shanben Liang, his face filled with frustration as he began to speak.

”Enough, I’ll avenge you!”

Shanben Liang patted Xu Zhiyan on the shoulder, then stepped towards the fighting ring. Suddenly, with a big step forward, he leapt into the air, and with a loud bang, he jumped onto the platform.

”Good!”

Xu Zhiyan took the lead in cheering and clapped desperately.

The people from the Combat Club also cheered one after another.

That move was indeed brilliant.

Meanwhile, Lu Jingming’s eyes narrowed slightly, and his expression became even more somber as he clasped his fists and bowed, ”Please enlighten me.”

”I will enlighten you well,” Shanben Liang said with a face full of arrogance.

”This cocky little bastard!”

”So hateful, no manners at all!”

”What a jerk!”

The students from the martial arts school were riled up by Shanben’s rudeness.

Both groups watched the two on the stage with bated breath, while Lin Zhiyan, who had been watching from below, held up her cellphone with a serious look on her face.

Bang, bang, bang!

The two opponents, who were standing opposite each other, suddenly moved simultaneously, closing the distance rapidly.

Bang!

With a muffled sound, they collided briefly and then quickly separated.

Lu Jingming’s expression turned utterly solemn, while Shanben Liang hooked the corner of his mouth and chuckled coldly. A single exchange allowed both fighters to gauge the other’s strength.

Whoosh!

Lu Jingming made the first move, rushing towards Shanben Liang. Midway, he threw a spinning kick.

Shanben Liang brought his arms together to block Lu Jingming’s kick, then charged forward, closing in on Lu Jingming.

Lu Jingming was pushed back two steps by Shanben’s charge, then Shanben began a strong offensive.

Gradually retreating, and after a dozen moves, Lu Jingming was cornered at the edge of the ring.

”Master!”

”Be careful!”

”Watch out!”

The crowd from the martial arts school shouted out in alarm.

Bang!

Thump!

With a dull thud, amid the exclamations of the martial arts school’s crowd, Lu Jingming was knocked down onto the stage.

”Master—”

As the crowd gasped, Shanben Liang’s mouth curled into a sinister smile. With a fierce stomp on the ground, he leaped into the air, bending one leg, and smashed it down viciously towards Lu Jingming on the ground.

Lu Jingming, lying on the ground, looked up in horror; in his panic, he raised his hand to block.

”Bang! Splurt—”

Shanben Liang’s bent leg hit Lu Jingming’s arms, driving them into his chest, and immediately a mouthful of blood sprayed out, and Lu Jingming was slammed against one foot of the stage.

Shanben Liang’s expression turned ferocious, and after landing, he turned and charged again at Lu Jingming.

Lu Jingming struggled to his feet, but before he could stabilize, Shanben Liang had already reached him, leaping up and aiming a kick at Lu Jingming’s head.

”Splurt—” Another mouthful of blood, and Lu Jingming was spun around by the kick, flew up, then crashed onto the area outside of the ring, passing out immediately.

”Master!”

”Master Lu—”

The crowd shouted out and hurried to rescue Lu Jingming.

”Hahaha, martial arts of the Flame Dragon Kingdom are just this much! Martial arts, our Beihai National’s combat technique is the strongest!”

Shanben Liang stood on the stage and roared with laughter, looking down disdainfully at the martial arts school students, pointing at them and yelling loudly, ”If you don’t agree, come on up! Hahaha.”

The students from the martial arts school were all stomping and beating their chests with frustration but could do nothing but watch this Shanben Liang swaggering on their home stage.

Lin Zhiyan was also furious. Her silver teeth were almost crushed, and she wished she could go up and beat this Shanben Liang to death.

But she knew she was not capable, then her eyes lit up and she shouted, ”Who says combat technique is the strongest? Do you dare to wait? I know a master, and once he’s here, all of you will have to lie down!”

Shanben Liang looked at Lin Zhiyan, his eyes shining, and then he raised his head and sneered, ”Heh, little girl, don’t talk big here, I’ll be waiting right here for the master you’re talking about!”

”Fine, you just wait!” Lin Zhiyan picked up her phone and dialed Jiang Chen’s number.
