Reborn As Noble

Chapter 1135: In the Circle of His Arms ( 1135 )

Francesca moved back toward Javier and glanced at Felicia, Delya, and Mimi hitting him playfully.

”Ara~ Honey bun?”

”Yes, Mother?” Javier chuckled softly while still holding the sleeping Macia and Vivica.

Francesca just turned her glance toward them and gestured for them to come closer. ”About my son’s promise to them~” she gestured toward Liana and Gloria, who were now blushing and looking shy. ”I can’t do anything about it. It’s my son’s promise to them.”

Felicia just nodded. Delya smiled softly.

”Nya? Husband already made a deal~ Mother~” Mimi chimed in, grinning happily, her tail swaying in cheerful arcs behind her.

”Ara? Really?” Francesca gave Javier a sideways glance.

”Yes~! Husband said we can guess who the winner is. If we guess right, we can ask him for something too, nya!”

”Ara~ Good for you. So I assume this matter is settled now?” Francesca patted Mimi’s head gently.

Felicia nodded, and Delya smiled dreamily, her expression soft and content.

Meanwhile, Liana and Gloria were standing on either side of Javier.

Liana on his right, Gloria on his left. They each pinched his sides softly before whispering in low, dangerous tones.

”Oh? Young Master? We’re the ones joining the contest to see who wins between us... and yet the others also get the same ’reward’?”

Javier flinched and flashed his charming smile at Liana and Gloria. ”Ah... they can ask for something... but not anything,” he whispered back.

”Hmmph!” Both Liana and Gloria glanced away in a synchronized sulk.

Javier just rubbed the back of his head.

”I’m going now, Honey bun~ Don’t leave the celebration yet, okay?”

”Yes, Mother.” Javier nodded, while his girls gave polite, graceful bows toward Francesca.

The wedding celebration continued.

The toast of happiness was made, glasses raised high as cheers and blessings filled the air.

Everyone began feasting, laughter and joy spreading through the courtyard as music played softly in the background.

Liana remained by his side, her earlier sulking slowly melting into warm, contented smiles as they enjoyed the festive atmosphere.

Javier leaned in and whispered softly into Liana’s ear. ”Liana?”

”Hmm? Yes, Young Master?” Liana leaned her ear closer to his lips.

”You know...” Javier said softly.

”Just tell me already. What is it, Young Master?” Liana whispered back, her eyes still focused on the celebration.

”I was planning to make everyone my official fiancée after Aelius and Athine’s wedding.” Javier smiled, glancing around the celebration. Gloria had stepped away to pick up some fresh fruit from a nearby refreshment table.

”And?” Liana smiled, her expression knowing.

”You know... umm...” Javier held Liana’s hand and smiled, brushing his thumb gently over the back of her hand.

Liana shook her head and smiled. ”I know what you’ve been thinking. But what about me? Hmm?”

”I’ll make it up to you once... everyone... ehehe...”

”Fine. I’ll arrange for everyone else to sleep in my room tonight,” Liana said softly. ”But you have to make it up to me later.”

”Hehehe... thanks, Liana.”

Liana exhaled and smiled, leaning her head on his shoulder while wrapping her hand around his arm. ”As long as you don’t forget about me...”

Javier removed his arm from her hand and wrapped it around her waist, pulling her closer. ”No... you are my favorite. From back when I was a child till now. You’re the one I really can’t lose, no matter what. You’re my first love, my first everything. Even with the others, you’ll always be the one who holds the deepest part of my heart.”

”My~ Getting good with words, I see? Hmm?” Liana smiled, glancing up at him. ”I still remember how cheeky and mischievous you were back then~ Always flipping skirts, sneaking out, and leaving me to chase you with a wooden plank.”

Javier wiggled his eyebrows and gave her a cheeky smile. ”I’m still cheeky and mischievous, you know.”

Liana slapped Javier’s arm playfully and exhaled. ”And it’s getting harder to keep up with you now. It was much easier to handle you back when you were a child.”

”Really?” Javier gave her a playful side-eye. ”I still remember someone having a hard time with me~”

Liana returned his playful gaze, her expression softening with nostalgia. ”You should have known. Chasing after you, taking care of you, handling your messes, finding you when you snuck out... it was exhausting, but it made every day an adventure.”

”But that’s what makes you more special to me, Liana,” Javier said, his voice softening. ”You never gave up on me, even when I was at my most impossible. You scolded me, protected me, and loved me through all of it. That’s why no one else could ever take your place.”

Liana glanced up at him after eyeing Gloria and the others, who were busy at the food buffet table.

”So~ How about you prove to me I still matter? Hmm?”

”Oh? You want to sneak into our personal workshop?” Javier smiled, looking into her beautiful eyes.

”Ah~ Perhaps it’s best if not. Or someone might not have enough ’stamina’ for his night~” Liana gave him a teasing smile, her eyes glinting with playful challenge.

”You don’t have to worry about that, you know,” Javier whispered into her ear, his voice low and confident. ”I’m sure I can handle all of you if I really want to.”

”Ara~ Confident, are you?” Liana said, touching the tip of his nose with one delicate finger.

She leaned up and whispered, ”Don’t forget about Ari... she’s yours too. Right, Ari?”

A soft, shy voice came from Liana’s lips, barely audible. ”I... I don’t know what you’re talking about...”

Javier whispered toward Liana’s ear, ”Don’t worry. I’ll take what’s mine. That includes Ari and Aria.”

Liana slapped his chest softly and smiled. ”I guess we can’t slip out now.”

”Hmm? Why?” Javier whispered to her again.

”Because I’m here.” Gloria, holding a plate full of neatly cut fruit, adjusted her glasses. ”Ara~ First wife~ Planning to sneak out with Young Master? Hmm? Leaving me alone again?”

”My~ I don’t know what you’re talking about, second wife~” Liana turned toward her and raised a palm to her lips.

”Hmmph! I know that look~ The way you two were whispering to each other.” Gloria’s expression shifted into her usual playful, dramatic flair. ”Young Master! Ah~ You’re going to abandon me again~” She pretended to swoon, about to drop to the ground before Liana caught her arm firmly.

”Don’t embarrass Young Master in front of the guests,” Liana said softly but firmly, ”and don’t embarrass yourself either!”

Javier let out a soft laugh, enjoying the playful dynamic between Liana and Gloria.

This is why I really love them. Always keeping things lively, balancing each other out.

Liana’s calm grace, Gloria’s dramatic charm, Felicia’s shy sweetness, Delya’s dreamy devotion, and Mimi’s playful energy. Each one brings something unique, and together, they make every moment feel complete.
