You call this a projection?

”Damn it! Just a little more, just a little more!!”

The physical pain was nothing compared to the panic rising in its heart. When [All the World’s Evil] realized that Emiya Shirou’s barrage wasn’t just a simple attack, but an attempt to beat it out of Matou Sakura’s body, it could no longer care about the pain. Even though it was hurting so much it could barely speak, it had to find a way to escape Shirou’s grasp!

Imaginary Number Magecraft, black mud, even the Saint Graph it possessed when it was once summoned as a Servant...

Realizing what Emiya Shirou intended to do, [All the World’s Evil], with a distorted expression, threw every means at its disposal into play, desperately trying to stop [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond] from continuing its punches.

But it couldn’t be done. What is impossible remains impossible.

No matter how hard [All the World’s Evil] struggled, no matter how it tried to dredge up its forgotten abilities or even actively develop Matou Sakura’s potential, it was all futile before [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond].

This was no longer a question of a gap in raw power. It was a complete crushing of [Abilities].

As long as [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond] held even a single cell belonging to Matou Sakura in its hand, [All the World’s Evil] could never escape Emiya Shirou.

”As you can see, that’s how it is, Angra Mainyu.”

Shirou remained unaffected by the battle. Flanked by [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond]—which, despite dropping a rank, still possessed superhuman power and speed (B in both)—and [Pseudo-Atum], which relieved him of mana concerns and provided Reinforcement Magecraft to further buff the other Stand, Shirou spoke nonchalantly:

”Unless you abandon Sakura’s body, you will never escape my hands.”

Shirou even very kindly told [All the World’s Evil] the exact method to escape him. But would [All the World’s Evil] follow it?

Impossible.

It only roared hysterically at Shirou: ”Bastard! Bastard! You bastard!!

Why?! Why, after finally escaping that place, do I have to encounter a guy like you?!

Don’t you think this is far too unfair, too irrational!?”

Its head, limbs, and every part of this body were being continuously shattered by [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond]’s fists, only to be continuously restored. It was undoubtedly a scene that made even Tohsaka Rin and the others watching from the side feel their skin crawl.

But even while enduring the pain of constant injury and reconstruction, [All the World’s Evil] forced its spirit to stay conscious, refusing to let the original owner—Matou Sakura—wake up. It refused to let Shirou beat it out, gritting its teeth and treating Shirou’s words as wind passing through its ears.

It’s true; [All the World’s Evil] knew that if it just left Sakura’s body, Shirou would no longer be able to block it like this. But it was because it knew this that it didn’t dare to leave.

If it stayed, it was merely getting its head caved in by [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond]. But if it truly left?

If [Pseudo-Crazy Diamond]’s fist hit it directly and successfully applied the Stand ability? Where would it be ”restored” to?

It would inevitably go back to where it came from. It wasn’t a complete manifestation achieved through the completion of the Holy Grail ritual; it was a partial manifestation through a loophole created by [Pseudo-Atum]. To be ”repaired” meant returning to the interior of the Greater Grail!

That ending was even more unbearable to [All the World’s Evil] than being beaten by Shirou. Therefore, it absolutely could not leave Sakura’s body. It certainly couldn’t let Sakura’s consciousness wake up and join forces with Shirou to kick it out!

Thinking this, although the physical pain continued unabated, [All the World’s Evil] began to get used to it. It stopped responding to Shirou’s provocations. It wouldn’t give him a single chance; its only thought was to dive deeper into Sakura’s body and use the soul materialization of the Third Magic to accelerate the healing of her physical form.

It wanted to prevent Shirou from finding the hidden parts of its being within Sakura’s shattered body.

”This is my escape route now!”

Finding joy in its misery, [All the World’s Evil] continued to taunt Shirou: ”As long as I don’t come out of this body, you can’t truly purge me. And I don’t believe your energy is infinite! The moment you show a hint of fatigue, I’ll escape instantly, and you’ll never find me again!

By the way, you’re a survivor of the Fourth Holy Grail War, aren’t you?”

Having consumed the memories of Fuyuki’s soil and eroded the Greater Grail, [All the World’s Evil] seemed to remember something.

”Come to think of it, the one who killed your real parents, your neighbors, your classmates... hundreds of humans back then... that was me.

A pity I was stopped by that boring man, Kiritsugu Emiya. But it makes no difference. If it weren’t for Kiritsugu, you wouldn’t have been adopted, and you wouldn’t be here now, releasing me from that tedious Greater Grail!”

’Get angry! Get angry! Get angry!’

[All the World’s Evil] watched Shirou with expectant eyes, hoping he would do something irrational upon hearing this truth. After all, despite its claims that it had surely won and could outlast him, if that were truly the case, it wouldn’t need to talk so much.

Competing with Shirou in a war of attrition was its most desperate option. If it had a choice, it didn’t want to gamble on the possibility that Shirou couldn’t hold out much longer. It needed Shirou to show a opening first.

”So you understand, right? Once I escape from here, I will cause a disaster far worse than the fire ten years ago! And it will all be because of you, Emiya Shirou!”
