Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

There was a heavy silence that hung in this room.

The representatives from the other races looked like they were thinking about this situation and how to deal with it, but really they were observing the reaction that King Kashou would have to this.

It was a lot of information that had been dropped on him all of a sudden, but the more important thing was the implication that this had.

After all, if it was something that was caused by long term exposure to corruption energy...

If the corruption energy were to remain in the Mofu Mofu Kingdom, then the same thing would happen...

But this was their land and it wasn’t that easy seeing outsiders in it.

Let alone letting the outsiders go wherever they pleased.

After a long silence, King Kashou finally said, ”Would you be able to find the source?”

I didn’t sugar coat it and slowly said, ”It’s difficult, but we would be your only option. After all, we’re the only ones that know how to deal with the corruption energy that is in your land.”

King Kashou didn’t answer right away.

The look on his face was as if he was trying to figure out something.

After a while, he finally said, ”What if you gave us the method of dealing with the corruption energy? Our Mofu Mofu Kingdom has resources and we’re willing to negotiate for this.”

But in response to this, I just said, ”No, it wouldn’t work.”

King Kashou knitted his brows as if he was unhappy about this, but I wasn’t in a rush to say anything. Instead, I just brought out the scarf once more and placed it on the table in front of me.

As soon as the scarf came out, it wasn’t just King Kashou who was staring at it.

The others were all staring at the scarf since they knew that this was the thing that had created the mist that had cured the illness. To them, this scarf was something that could save their country, which was why it was important to them.

After putting this scarf on the table, I said, ”It’s more about the fact that you won’t be able to use these methods even if we gave them to you. Or at least the more effective ones that would be able to deal with anything.”

King Kashou knitted his brows even more when he heard this, but I didn’t answer as I just gestured to the scarf that was on the table.

When he saw this, he looked at me as if he was asking me if I was certain about this.

I just gestured to the scarf once more.

It wasn’t just King Kashou who came over, it was also the two princesses and the two ministers that followed him. They all came to where I was sitting and I got out of my seat to give them space since it would have been uncomfortable sitting while being surrounded by them.

After looking at the scarf for a bit, King Kashou finally reached out to touch it.

Only the moment that his hand made contact with it...or should have made contact with it, his hand actually went right through the scarf without actually touching it. It was as if the scarf didn’t have a physical form with the way that his hand went through.

King Kashou couldn’t help deeply frowning again when he saw this before turning to the others that were around him.

They didn’t seem to believe it either, so they all reached out to grab the scarf as well.

It was just that none of them were able to touch the scarf.

All of their hands just went right through the scarf as if it wasn’t there at all.

Once they got frustrated, they started grabbing at the scarf faster and faster as if they thought that they would be able to use brute force to pick it up.

It reached a point where they pulled out their claws as well, almost as if they would rather destroy it than to admit that they couldn’t grab it. But their hands went right through the scarf and the claws only hit the table that was under the scarf.

No matter how they tried to grab the scarf, their hands just kept going through it as if there was no form to the scarf.

Finally, they had no choice but to give up, but the looks on their faces...

”What is the meaning of this?” King Kashou said with a deep frown on his face showing how unhappy he was. The way that he looked at me was almost as if he thought that I was tricking him somehow.

I didn’t go to pick it up and instead had the mermaid representative come forward to take it.

When they saw the mermaid representative pick it up, they seemed even more confused and even more determined to pick it for themselves.

But even though the mermaid representative was holding it fine, it didn’t seem like they were able to make contact with the scarf.

With the way that they tried to grab it out of his hand and the appearances that they had, it was almost like someone playing with a cat. This caused a faint smile to appear on my face when I saw them like this.

”What’s so funny?” King Kashou asked in an annoyed voice.

That brought me out of my thoughts as I gave an awkward cough and said, ”As you can see, you won’t be able to use it.”

”Why?” King Kashou didn’t bother asking for anything else, he just simply wanted to know why he couldn’t grab the scarf.

”It’s because this is a divine relic. To be specific, this is a divine relic that was bestowed upon me by Aquaron, the God of Water. At the same time, this is the god that the mermaids worship.”

”Divine relic...” King Kashou slowly repeated, but it still looked like he was confused.

As such, I started explaining the entire concept of divine relics to him.
