Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Once they were finished giving their congratulations to me and their gifts had been put away, it didn’t seem like the demi humans had anything else to say.

Or that would have been the case for normal people that didn’t understand demi humans.

What I saw was their ears and tails that seemed to be moving ever so slightly.

One might not think anything about the ears and tails of the demi humans moving like this. There were many that would even think that this kind of movement would be nothing more than normal every day movement.

They might think that it was a natural thing that happened with their ears and tails.

But for someone like me that knew all about demi humans because of my knowledge from the game, I knew that this was something that happened when they were worried about something.

It seemed that there was something that they weren’t telling us, but it wasn’t as if it was a bad thing.

It really seemed like there was something that they were deeply concerned over.

Seeing that there was nothing else that the demi humans had to say, the prime minister decided to stop thinking so much about this.

”Please let us show you to your rooms. We have also prepared a banquet to welcome you to our Kite Kingdom. This is the least that we can do since you are guests that have come from afar.”

Since he had determined that there wasn’t any danger from them, then he would show them courtesy.

Or it was better to say that the prime minister was already trying to figure out just how he would be able to benefit as much as he could from them. After all, even if the demi humans isolated themselves from the rest of the world, it was known that they had a large island to themselves.

The resources that were on that island did flow out from the villages that were by the coast. That was why everyone knew that there were some strange and useful things that came from that island.

If he could build a network that would allow those goods to flow out into the Kite Kingdom, then it would make their economy even stronger. After all, people loved rare goods and would spend handsomely for them.

But even before that, what the prime minister was looking forward to was bringing the demi humans into the racial alliance.

The demi humans were strong, they were a race that had fertility that was greater than the humans. It was just that they didn’t have the same ingenuity as the humans and couldn’t grow as much food or invent as much technology as them, which was why they limited their own population.

But even then, they were able to grow to have the second highest population in this world.

At the same time, the demi humans were stronger than normal humans because of their animal abilities.

So they were a powerful force to have in their fight against the forces of Destruction.

Only before he could actually lead the way out of the room, I suddenly said, ”If you have something else to say, just say it. There’s no point in hiding what you want like this, it’s just a waste of time.”

The prime minister looked at me with a confused look, but the demi humans all looked at me with surprised looks.

It was as if they couldn’t believe that I would actually say something like this.

That was because I had hit the nail on the head.

After a moment of hesitation, Chocola said, ”Yes, there is something that we do want to talk to you about. But it isn’t just you, rather it’s the racial alliance that we wanted to talk to.”

The prime minister slightly knitted his brows when he heard this, but at least it seemed that he was willing to hear them out.

I just gave a simple nod before saying, ”I can gather them, but it would be better that I know what’s happening before I actually gather them.”

Once again, it seemed like the demi human group was hesitating.

It really seemed like they wanted to wait for everyone to gather before actually saying anything.

It wasn’t that they were afraid of saying it anymore, it was just that they were afraid to say it in front of us alone. It was as if they were afraid that we would take advantage of whatever information that they would share with us.

Seeing them like this, I said with a sigh, ”Alright, if you can’t trust us, then we won’t force you. We’ll gather the representatives of the different races so you can give them your request.”

The demi humans had slightly awkward looks on their faces when they heard this.

After another moment of hesitation, they finally said, ”It’s that we want to request help from the racial alliance.”

”Help?” The prime minister and I couldn’t help repeating.

Chocola said with a nod, ”That’s right. The Mofu Mofu Kingdom is facing a crisis that we’ve never faced before which is why we wanted to request help from the racial alliance. We thought that by coming to your majesty’s wedding, it would be a good way to introduce ourselves to the racial alliance, but...”

Since they had come late, they weren’t actually able to meet the representatives of the different races. As such, it could be said that their plan had been a failure.

”Well, we’ll still gather everyone, but what kind of crisis are you facing?”

”An epidemic has broken out in the Mofu Mofu Kingdom and we just don’t have enough resources to deal with it.” Chocola said with a grim look on her face.

Judging by the way that the expressions on everyone else’s face changed, it seemed like it was quite the serious matter.

But it was a bit different from what we had expected.

We thought that it would surely have something to do with the corruption energy...

”Summon everyone at once. We’ll have to discuss sending aid as soon as possible.” I said to the prime minister who responded with a nod.
