Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

After arriving at this place, it didn’t seem like there was anything here.

The center of the corruption energy wasn’t actually the center of the village that was located nearby.

Rather, it seemed to be a point that was on the outskirt of the village.

This was a place that didn’t seem to have anything to do with the village at all with how far removed it was. It seemed like a place that would have been considered outside of the village.

It was so far out that there was even wild vegetation growing all around them.

This place seemed like a strange place for the source of the corruption to appear, but we had clearly seen the corruption gathering in this place. There was no other place for it to be other than here.

So after a moment of standing there with confused looks on our faces, we started looking around the area for anything that might be the source of the corruption.

What I was looking for in particular was anything that was in the shape of an orb.

I was looking for another one of those orbs that gave the demons their corruption energy in the first place.

After all, that was the only thing that we knew of that could contain the corruption energy. So that should be the only thing that could have caused the spread of the corruption energy here.

No, the orb could only contain the corruption energy and use it through a medium.

So for that corruption energy to spread like that, the only explanation was that the corruption energy was released in the same way as how I used the fire energy of Joan’s breath.

That orb must have been shattered and the energy was released.

What I should be looking for was the fragments of the orb.

But in the end, there wasn’t anything like that in this area.

This area seemed like it had been completely purified of everything that was related to the corruption energy, which included the orb that had been used to contain and release the corruption energy.

Did that mean that there were no clues at all here?

I couldn’t help deeply knitting my brows when this thought passed through my mind.

This definitely wasn’t a coincidence, this was clearly done deliberately.

That meant that there was someone that was targeting our Kite Kingdom by deliberately spreading the corruption energy here.

If it happened once, it would happen again. And if it happened again, we would have no idea where it would start and how it would be started.

That was the most terrifying thought since it would be like a Sword of Damocles hanging over us. It could fall down on us at any time and take us all out, so it wasn’t safe to leave here without a single clue.

But it really didn’t seem like there was anything here.

That was until I felt something.

Or rather, it seemed like the Mark of God reacted to something as I passed by one of the trees.

I didn’t actually feel anything myself, but the Mark of God suddenly appeared on my hand and seemed to be flashing as if it was reacting to something.

I stopped and looked down at the Mark of God, as I tried to figure out what it was reacting to.

After pulling my hand back and forth a few times, I could tell that the Mark of God was reacting to something near this tree. So I went around the tree a few times to see if I could find whatever was causing this reaction from the Mark of God.

It was just that I really couldn’t find anything.

I only knew that the Mark of God’s light didn’t disappear, so that meant that whatever it was reacting to was still here.

It was only after looking carefully and flipping one of the leaves on the ground that I finally found what it was reacting to.

There was this seed that was hiding under that seed.

It was a small seed, but one could tell that it wasn’t normal as soon as they saw it because this was a seed that was as black as night. This was a seed that seemed to be completely drawing in all of the light that was around it.

It was so dark that it even seemed like it wouldn’t let any light around it escape.

That was just how strange this seed was.

The strangest thing was that this seed was actually the same colour as the corruption energy from before.

No, it wasn’t a strange thing that this seed was the same colour.

”So this is the source?”

Even before I reached out to grab it, I could feel that there was something that was going against the light that the Mark of God released.

As if it had encountered some kind of enemy, the Mark of God actually released divine energy in response to this and seemed to be suppressing the seed in front of me.

It seemed like the seed wasn’t able to fight back against the Mark of God.

In fact, it even seemed like the seed was barely able to maintain its form with how weakened it had become.

So it seemed that this seed really was the source of the corruption energy.

”Just what is this seed?” I couldn’t help asking myself as I stared at it.

”You should destroy it.” I was caught off guard to hear this since my attention had been on the seed the entire time. When I turned, I saw that it was the prime minister that was beside me who said this.

The way that he looked at the seed made it clear that he could tell that it was the source of the corruption energy.

And behind him, there were the others that had come with me that all had the same look on their faces.

It all seemed like they agreed with the prime minister.

However, I couldn’t help feeling that it was a waste.
