Crossdressing To Survive An Apocalypse [BL]

Qian pitifully plucked the small weeds that were growing near by the chicken pen. The white chicken and the little quails curiously looked at him.

He too looked at them. there was a small strip of red feathers on their back. ”curious, what kind of mutation did you guys have?” he picked one quail up.

”bakaaw!” the white chicken pecked his hand softly.

”ow, okay. I won’t touch. but if you can understand me like Trexa, can’t you tell me what kind of mutation you guys have?”

Six pairs of beady back eyes blinked at it.

”stupid, why would a chicken talk?” uncle Wei mumbled chuckling to himself.

”who knows they might just decide to up and talk. This is a new world uncle. Anything is possible. nothing is a fairytale or fantasy anymore. Everything is real and I will believe any impossible possibility,” Qian mumbled patting the sand off his hands.

He glanced around the ground. ”have you been harvesting anything yet?”

”Yue told me to change the sand and start sowing seeds. My back has been troubling me a lot. I have put off that work for a while.” He mumbled patting his back.

”father’s field had been facing a lot of trouble. The new plant we have sowed are not growing well. either they mutate into something poisonous or they end up dying mid way…..” Qian sat there glancing at the sand…

The small millets and barley that Yue’s family was feeding the chickens were scattered around nearby the cage. some of them were even growing healthily…

”maybe it’s related to the sand quality.. or. Maybe it’s because of the chickens poo. I need to research this.”

His curiously got intense. He took a piece of dried chicken poop and placed it inside his pocket.

The chicken inside the pen gave him a dirty look.

”what are you looking at huh? It’s for research. If not I would have made you into chicken soup.”

”no one is making them into chicken soup. Another word about hurting them and I will break your leg,” Yue’s dad shouted from the kitchen.

Qian rolled his eyes. ”so what are you guys gong to do. I mean they are livestock. Yue must have raised them to eat one day.”

The white chicken just glared at him.

”they can hear you and understand you, careful, they will pluck off your useless mouth off if you keep blabbering shit,”

”I mean seriously uncle. Are you panning on going vegan? That’s going to be hard. What about protein intake. It will cause a lot of damage to hair and bones. You need a sustainable intake of meat.”

”Yeah, yeah, I get it. they will start laying soon. We’ll eat eggs and survive.” He waved him off.

Qian shrugged and walked over to him. ”you packed so much for fan. What about me? my boyfriend loves your wife’s cooking,”

”free loader. Come and clean the soil tomorrow as payment.” He shoved a bog box of food and a thermos flask. ”go home now. your lover must be waiting for you.”’

”hehe, yeah he is so adorable you know.”

Uncle Wei just gave him a weird look. ”okay?”

”yeah and he loved it when I touch his tail.”’

”okay that’s enough. go home and do whatever you want with your guy. I have to take care of things here.” He pushed him out of the kitchen.

”uncle aren’t you wondering what your son and fan might be doing. Hehe.. the might be getting down and dirty.”

”fuck kid, shut your trap.”

Qian paused. ”seriously, what would you do? are you going to beat fan with a stick? I would love to see it. tell me when you are going to do that. I will definitely run over to spectate.”

Uncle Wei looked fed up with his chatter.

Saying his good bye Qian left the house. ”eh, seriously thought what might fan be doing… hehe…”

He snuck into the neighbouring house. the door was left slight ajar.

”what is this fan doing, leaving his door open like this? Is he inviting robbers home? Tsk tsk,” he walked in. ”fan, I’m here with food,”

There was a small sound form isndie one of the rooms.

He happily walked in.

Inside Fan Xui was sewing something with a serious look on his face.

”new hobby? Bet you suck at it.” he sat down on the ground beside him.

But to his surprise Fan Xui’s stitches were clean and neat.

Qian frowned slightly. His eyes curiously looked at his friend. ”wow you have improved a lot. when did you start learning?”

Fan Xui glanced up.

His eye colour was the first thing he noticed. ’this is not Fan Xui.. but that fan Xui.’

”oh I see. You must be good at this?”

”don’t you have questions for me?” fan looked at him expressionlessly.

”what is your actual name?”

”fan Xui. I told you before I’m form another world,” fan Xui mumbled shaking his head slightly.

”I believe you. but can you tell me more about this world of yours. How is it there? is it peaceful? Am I in there? wait am I married?”

Fan gave him another weird look. ”you are a single dog there. I wonder how you even got a boyfriend here. Poor guy must have suffered a lot. his ears most likely went numb from all the shit you speak,”

”you really don’t spare your words when dissing me…” Qian looked at him. ”tell me more.”

”it’s just like this place. the world ended with the spread of the zombie virus. But unlike here things are much more chaotic there.”

Qian’s eyes slightly narrowed. ”fan do you think that maybe you are back in time?”’

”Not probably. In my world, this g city base only had two thousand survivors the initial month. They were all the soldiers who were in the barracks. But this place…”

He placed a hand on the ground. his eyes shone brightly.

”this place has at least seven thousand survivors. It’s just a month right. it’s a great improvement.”

Qian made a mental note of everything he was saying. ”so you are saying you just assumed that you were in a different world because of this information?” he took out the photo form his inside pocket and handed it to him. ”do you recognise this?”

Fan xui smiled softly. ”look at your snot nose face. you were so ugly back then.”

Qian rolled his eyes ignoring his joking comments. ”so this memory exists in your world?”

”yeah, my parents used to drop me off a your place when they were off for business meetings. This was summer right?” he peered at the photo. ”this cute kid though, I don’t remember much. He used to cling to me,”

Qian looked at both fan xui and Yue who was sleeping softly snoring. ”for what I remember it was you sticking to him.”

After that he got to know of all the information about the years in apocalypse hearing about it made it sound so sad. A lot of people passed away and the situation sounded so hopeless.

Taking a deep breath Qian closed his eyes.

Complaining the information he was given, he came up with two conclusions.

One fan Xui must be form another world.

Two fan Xui must be from the future.

”butterfly effect? Have you heard of that fan? What if you were form the future but things changed because of your presence,”

”don’t know. Might be,”

Qian stood up walked past him to the bookshelf and took out the two books in there.

he had borrowed these two books from few students who recently entered the base. They said that these were given for free for everyone. he gave them a read.

It gave him clear idea about what was going on.

”Yue wrote this right?”

When he read the book he fist looked at the publishing office. It was definitely fan’s company. It gave him a small inkling of a doubt.

Now all the doubts were confirmed. Yue wrote this book and love sick fan Xui published this book and distributed it for free.

”Yue wrote a book? I didn’t know. I will give it a read,”’

”you don’t need to. Everything what you just said is written here.”

”You are from the future fan and so is Yue. But somehow your past self and future self are fighting for dominance. But Yue is a different case.”

”he doesn’t seem to have a present self at all…”

Fan Xui’s eyes slightly went wide. ”don’t talk about this anymore. You said this will cause butterfly effect right. lest forget about it.”

”we can change a lot with the information you give us fan. We can cure this even.”

Fan Xui gave him a look. ”it will take a while but you will figure it out qian. Don’t be hasty. If I change things here carelessly I might cause an adverse effect.”

”fan! This book already caused a butterfly effect! A positive one! you can make a change to!”

Fan Xui suddenly glared at him. his eyes turned into deep black shade. ”silence. He’s sleeping.”

Qian peered into his eyes. ”you’re back..”

Fan Xui lifted the glove up with a bright smile. ”it’s done.”

”fan…”

”enough, I’m getting a head ache. Go to your home Qian. Well talk later,”

Qian sighed and left.
