Raising My Children With My Personal Spatial Ability

Chapter 2071: Chapter 2071: The Temperature Has Dropped a Lot

“The twenty-fifth day, huh.”

An Jiuyue murmured to herself, mentally estimating how many keys they already had in hand.

“An Jiuyue, we’re not in a rush; we can take it slow.”

Seeing her hesitation and thinking she was still considering traveling day and night, Qian Jiyun spoke up to persuade her.

“I know, just treat it as a leisurely sightseeing trip.”

She wasn’t in a hurry either, feeling that they could slow down their journey to rest a bit.

“Sister-in-law, although I’d love to enjoy some sightseeing too, let’s wait and do it in another plane. This place really isn’t suitable for it.”

Yuu Rong voiced his disdain.

“I agree.”

Leng Yikun also said that this plane wasn’t fit for leisurely sightseeing, but it was suitable for roasting sweet potatoes.

He had no doubts that if they were to place some sweet potatoes in a spot under the sun during the daytime, they might have a nice dinner ready by the end of the day.

And to say the least, he had actually thought about this and suddenly felt like… eating roasted sweet potatoes.

“The scenery in the next plane will surely be better, with flowers blooming and willows green.”

Not like this plane, where all the trees were withered and yellow, offering no desire to be appreciated at all.

“Yi Kun, you really should keep your mouth shut.”

Yuu Rong spoke up, referring to the same person who had mentioned the three suns before—ending up sweating under their glare as it turned out to be true indeed.

And the next plane they were heading to was the Plant Plane; ‘flowers blooming and willows green’ was a charming phrase, but coming from Leng Yikun’s mouth, why did it give Yuu Rong an extremely bad feeling?

“Alright, I’ll stop talking.”

Leng Yikun raised his hand and patted his mouth.

He harbored lingering feelings about the three suns but figured, even if he didn’t say it, three suns would still be three suns, right?

Of course, this was just an internal thought and he didn’t voice it.

…

Less than a month had passed, in the Southern Lands.

Upon reaching a small town in the Southern Lands, Qian Jiyun and his party decided to settle in first, planning to gather clear information before making any moves.

“It really is a lot cooler than when we first arrived in the Silent Snow Plane.” Yuu Rong remarked.

“It’s because we’ve gotten used to it.”

Leng Yikun uttered a truth.

Regardless of Snow Heart’s presence, such a vast difference was improbable; the temperature had dropped significantly, enough for him to actually feel the chill in the evenings.

“Moreover, the festival season is over, the weather should be changing, becoming a bit cooler.”

This plane’s hottest period was during the festival season, wasn’t it? Now that the festival was over, the temperatures should have decreased substantially.

“I’m aware of that as well, but indeed, it is somewhat different.” Yuu Rong didn’t deny that it had a lot to do with the Silent Snow Plane’s own climate.

Additionally, their capacity to adapt played a role; after nearly a month here, they should be accustomed to such temperatures.

“You take a nap here, and I’ll go downstairs to see if there’s anything tasty, alright? We haven’t tried any food from the Silent Snow Plane on our journey yet; how about we go and sample some today?” he suggested.

It had been almost a month; they had either been traveling or waiting to travel.

Their diet had consisted of previously prepared rations, and though the flavors were excellent, Yuu Rong yearned to try the local cuisine, curious about what foods the Silent Snow Plane had to offer.

“I’ll come with you.”

Hearing Yuu Rong going out, Leng Yikun immediately got up from the bed.
