Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 55: Beating Hong Ming

After Zhang Fei left the hotel where Zhang Hai and the others were staying, he decided to go to a shopping mall, looking for a shop that sold good things but wasnʼt too expensive.

[Master, the shop over there sells a lot of good things, including mattresses and other stuff, and their prices are the cheapest compared to other shops.]

ʼHaving you by my side is really convenient, Mei.ʼ Zhang Fei chuckled and rushed to the shop he pointed out.

Although the shop wasnʼt very big, Zhang Fei could see that the goods inside were quite varied. After all, he was the son of a rich man, so he was quite knowledgeable about the quality and price of goods, and he felt that the goods in the store were indeed quite cheap but of good quality.

After choosing for quite a while, Zhang Fei decided to buy ten mattresses at around 750 Yuan each. Besides that, he also bought several thick blankets, pillows, and bolsters, and he spent 10,000 yuan in total.

[Why did you buy so little, Master?]

ʼHmm? Since I donʼt have a shop in the Sky Jade Realm yet, I donʼt want to buy too much. And I want to try to sell them first, if the result is as expected, then we can just come back here and buy more, right?ʼ Zhang Fei said as he strolled around looking at other shops, he wanted to buy some things for his women, especially Liu Hua and Chu Sisters.

[Anyway, do you really want to kill your big brother, Master?]

ʼI want them to pay for what they did to me and Big Sis two years ago, and it would be great if he died by his wife, right?ʼ

[...]

ʼFurthermore, if he dies at Chen Xinʼs hand, then I donʼt need to explain his death to grandma.ʼ

[Master, what do you think will happen to Chen Xin later?]

ʼEven if she commits suicide by then, I donʼt care about her.ʼ

[...] Mei was speechless at Zhang Feiʼs indifferent reply.

*Ring*

Zhang Fei immediately picked up his smartphone and smiled after seeing the callerʼs name, he immediately accepted the video call. ”Itʼs been a while, how are you, Big Sis?”

But Zhang Yue didnʼt answer him immediately, and she kept staring at the face of the little brother she had missed for so long.

”Hmm? Why do you keep looking at me like that?”

[You sure have changed compared to two years ago, your body has become more muscular now, and your face is much more handsome than your recent photo, Feiʼer.] Zhang Yue said in admiration.

”You have also become prettier than before, Big Sis.” Zhang Fei chuckled. ”Anyway, I heard from Linʼer that you will be returning to this country in two days; is that true?”

Zhang Yue nodded. [Yes, I will return to China in two days, and I will stay with you and Grandma later.]

”Anyway, Linʼer and Mom are living with me and Grandma now.”

[Oh? They are also living together with you two?] Zhang Yue was surprised to hear that.

”Yes.” Zhang Fei nodded at her. ”But I have some surprising news for you.”

[Hmm? What kind of news?]

”Mom has decided to divorce Zhang Hai.”

Zhang Yueʼs eyes widened in shock upon hearing that, but before long she smiled full of satisfaction. [After so many years, Mom finally dared to divorce him.]

”Hmm? Are there things I donʼt know about them?”

[En, there are many things you donʼt know about their relationship. They-] Suddenly, someone called out to Zhang Yue for a meeting. [I have to go first, and we will talk about their relationship when I return to China later.]

Zhang Fei sighed as soon as Zhang Yue cut off the video call, and her words made him curious about their parentsʼ relationship. ʼSigh, Iʼll ask Mom later.ʼ

After a whilie, he had brought a few things for his women. Just as he was about to leave the shopping mall area, Zhang Fei ran into four men who had entered the area, and they stared to each other. But, a man whose hands were bandaged immediately took a few steps backward, and he still felt scared after being beaten up by him yesterday.

Seeing the man, Zhang Fei smirked slightly and asked him. ”Do you want me to break your other hand, Han Jue?”

”You-”

”Hey, Zhang Fei! Youʼd better stay away from Guo Lan! Even if Han Jue failed to beat you up, I still have a few others capable of beating you up!” The man who stood at the front spoke arrogantly, he was none other than Hong Ming, Hong Yaoʼs little brother.

”Really?” Zhang Fei narrowed his eyes. ”It seems Hong Yao hasnʼt warned you, huh?”

”Hmm? You- Guah!”

*Bam*

Hong Ming hadnʼt finished speaking yet; he was already knocked to the ground, and blood was flowing from the corner of his lips; even some of his teeth were knocked out.

Han Jue and the two men were shocked to see that; they didnʼt see Zhang Fei move, but Hong Ming was already like that.

Of course, their eyes couldnʼt follow Zhang Feiʼs movements, which were many times faster than normal humans, combined with his clone illusion steps.

”Hey! Why did you suddenly fall?” Zhang Fei asked in a mocking tone as he laughed.

*Ptui*

Hong Ming stood up from the ground, wiping the blood from his mouth. He himself saw that Zhang Fei did not move from his spot, but he could feel someone hitting his cheek hard. ʼFuck! How did he do it?ʼ ”Beat him!”

”Tsk” Once again, Zhang Fei used his Clone Illusion Steps and smashed the other two menʼs faces, after which he moved towards Han Jue and punched his abdomen.

”Argh!”

”Guah!

”Hiss!”

Hong Ming was even more shocked to see his three friends lying on the ground in pain, but in his eyes, Zhang Fei still didnʼt move from his spot or make any movement.

Zhang Fei then walked up to Hong Ming, grabbed his neck, and glared at him with his demon eyes. ”I donʼt care if you like Guo Lan, but you have no right to forbid me from getting close to her. Iʼll spare you this once, but if you bother me again, then Iʼll kill you.”

Hong Ming was shaking violently at the sight of his blood-red eyes, and urine was running down his pants. ʼDamn it! How can this jerk be so strong!?

*Bam*

”Tsk, disgusting!” Zhang Fei threw Hong Ming to his three friends, who were still groaning in pain; he stared at them for a moment and left the place afterward.

After Zhang Fei disappeared from their sight, Hong Ming took out his smartphone. ”Hey, Big Sis! I want you to arrest Zhang Fei! He just beat me up!”

However, Hong Yao cursed at him instead. [You fool! Youʼd better hurry home, and donʼt go looking for trouble with Zhang Fei again.]

”But- Tsk.” Hong Ming was irritated that his big sister had disconnected his call; he and his three friends then left, but his heart was filled with resentment toward Zhang Fei.
