Super Tycoon: I Beg You, Stop Pulling Stunts

Chapter 34: Chapter 34: As Long as It’s Faster Than a GTR

They chatted the whole way and soon arrived at Sanzhou Field. The influencer-famous cafe Liu Junfeng had mentioned had an exceptionally beautiful environment. Blue skies, white clouds, nestled in the mountains by the sea. From there, you could see the coastline below, as well as the ships coming and going from the port.

While Du Xiaoman was taking photos on the observation deck, Lin Chu suddenly hugged her from behind, wrapping his hands around her flat stomach.

Her body trembled slightly, and she gently twisted, struggling a little.

”Don’t move.”

”You’re under arrest.”

”Move again and I’ll shoot.”

Lin Chu leaned in, blew a breath of air by her ear, and said with a smile.

She...

”Someone will see! There are people over there!”

Lin Chu: ”We’re fully clothed, so what if they see... Come on, just like this, let’s take a selfie.”

Du Xiaoman could now clearly feel Lin Chu’s hips pressed against her, fitting together like a mortise and tenon joint—no connection, yet a perfect match.

Her face flushed red all the way to her ears, and even her fair, slender neck turned crimson. Not even the crisp mountain breeze could dispel the heat rising within her.

Unable to refuse Lin Chu, she raised her phone and took a selfie.

Seeing her own blushing, charmingly shy appearance in the frame, her heart fluttered even more.

”Whoa!”

”You two are so romantic!”

”That’s basically the Titanic pose!”

Lu Ming walked over from behind them, teasing with a smile.

Lin Chu shot him a look over his shoulder, let go with a grin, pulled out a pack of cigarettes, and tossed one to him. ”What Titanic? It’s just a normal selfie.”

Du Xiaoman: ’Huh?’

’His hands were so bold, but his words were so stubborn.’

”Babe, Xiaolu, come on, let’s take a ’normal’ selfie too.”

Lu Ming said to Xiaolu behind him. The two were all lovey-dovey and immediately started striking a pose, getting ready for a picture in the same style.

Once they were in position, Lu Ming improvised, lifting Xiaolu’s chin from behind and pulling her into a kiss.

”Tsk...”

Lin Chu looked at Du Xiaoman, who looked back at him. He clearly saw her swallow, a little tempted herself.

The atmosphere was quite intoxicating.

But Lin Chu just laughed and said, ”Forget it, let’s not take one. That pose is too lewd, not ’pure love’ enough.”

”Shame on you two. Can’t you take one picture without being so dirty?”

Xiaolu and Lu Ming both rolled their eyes at him.

Du Xiaoman was also at a loss for words. She was genuinely captivated, feeling like a cat being repeatedly teased by a feather wand. It stayed in sight but darted near and far, making it impossible to guess what Lin Chu would say or do next. The constant, tingling anticipation in her heart was never satisfied.

”You guys take your time. It’s too hot, I’m going to order drinks.”

Lin Chu had already turned and started walking toward the cafe.

Xiaolu then looked at Du Xiaoman, her eyes full of teasing. ”Impressive, Sister Man... You got him!”

Du Xiaoman rolled her eyes, ”warning” her to stop.

Lu Ming was still there, after all.

”Hiss... How terrifyingly impressive. I’ll have to start calling you Sister-in-law Man from now on...”

Lu Ming also laughed. As a brother, being a wingman was a matter of course.

Du Xiaoman gave the two of them a helpless look, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.

But, to be honest, the feeling of being the ”big brother’s woman” really did make her feel a little giddy.

Lu Ming and Xiaolu both came from well-off families. Before, when she went out with them, she’d felt a bit like a tag-along. And now... the tag-along had been promoted to Sister-in-law Man.

The feeling was irresistible.

By the time she returned to the cafe, she had already started taking the initiative to hold Lin Chu’s hand.

Naturally, Lin Chu didn’t refuse.

When Liu Junfeng arrived in his GTR and got out, he saw Du Xiaoman feeding Lin Chu cake with a spoon, looking very sweet.

”Brother Chu, come on, let’s race!”

Lin Chu...

”A three-ton SUV racing a GTR? How big of a hole would I need in my head for that?”

Liu Junfeng couldn’t help but roar with laughter.

”Come on... We’re already here.”

Lin Chu flatly refused. ”No race. Don’t have enough for gas.”

Liu Junfeng...

”Then what did you come here for?”

Lin Chu glanced at Du Xiaoman, then at Lu Ming and Xiaolu, and said with a wicked grin, ”To... watch those two make out. It’s fucking interesting.”

Hearing this, everyone burst out laughing.

Xiaolu couldn’t take the teasing anymore. Flailing her arms, she came over to try and pinch Lin Chu.

Lin Chu made a tactical retreat, burying his head in Du Xiaoman’s chest like an ostrich drinking milk.

Du Xiaoman looked completely flustered, her eyes watery as she looked at Xiaolu. ”Don’t... Stop fooling around.”

’Hey, you guys can fool around, but why am I the one getting groped like this?’

”Brother Chu, you’re too much! Get out of there!”

Xiaolu stomped her foot and pouted.

Lin Chu grunted twice and nuzzled his head a couple of times.

’This girl’s got a great figure. You can’t really tell without feeling it for yourself. She’s so... ap-E-lling.’

...

When night fell, the three cars had returned to the city. They were getting ready to eat at a Cantonese restaurant near 404 Bar, a place Lin Chu had asked Zhang Peng to book. After a heavy afternoon, they wanted to eat something light.

A small incident occurred on the way back. Chen Jinyu sent a message asking what he wanted to eat that night. Lin Chu replied that he had a business meeting with friends and wouldn’t be eating with her.

She didn’t say much, just gave a gentle reply, telling him to drink less.

However, she immediately turned around and called Liu Junfeng, asking if he was with Lin Chu.

Liu Junfeng was experienced and quickly figured out what was going on. He smoothly confirmed that they did have business to discuss that night and even took the opportunity to give her some advice: don’t be too hasty, or she might scare him off. The quality of their time together was more important than the quantity.

Afterwards, he reported back to Lin Chu, saying he had handled the rich, beautiful Chen Jinyu for him.

Lin Chu...

’This is what good bros are for.’

’Not only can they make introductions beforehand, they can also smooth things over afterwards.’

’Perfectly on point.’

...

Zhang Peng was waiting in the restaurant’s parking lot.

Seeing Lin Chu and the girl in the passenger seat get out of the car, he came over with a smile. ”Brother Chu, bought a new car again?”

He’d never seen Lin Chu buy a car before, but he still used the word ”again.” The car was new, the girl was new... it had to be Brother Chu. ’This life is so fucking carefree.’

Lin Chu smiled. ”This car is pretty nice. I liked it, so I bought one.”

Zhang Peng nodded in agreement. ”Yes, yes, I like this car too.”

”You like it? I’ll give it to you. Just call me ’Dad’ and it’s yours.”

A sudden thought struck Lin Chu. He put his arm around Zhang Peng’s shoulder, teasing him jokingly as he handed him the keys.

Zhang Peng was completely stunned for a moment, but he quickly realized Lin Chu was joking and played along. ”Great Dad! I, Peng, have drifted for half my life without finding a worthy master... HAHAHA...”

He was playing along with the joke and couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

Just then, a virtual panel quietly appeared before Lin Chu’s eyes.

[Host has met the conditions for a 10x rebate in this scenario. Rebate forthcoming: 12.5 million]

[The car will be considered successfully gifted upon transfer of registration. After the transfer is complete, the system rebate will be credited immediately.]

’Huh?’

Lin Chu’s Adam’s apple bobbed. The text on the system panel had just confirmed his idea. ’Sure enough, a tenfold rebate!’

’But it would only happen after the car’s registration was transferred.’

’Twelve and a half million!’

’With this rebate, my personal wealth would instantly jump by an order of magnitude.’

’But, dammit... how do I find a good reason to give it to him?’

’Should I just be direct and blunt about it?’

’I’m just worried about the old saying: a handful of rice is a kindness, but a bushel of rice is a burden.’

’It’s one thing for everyone to eat and drink together, and for me to pick up a tab of a few hundred thousand. That’s nothing.’

’But to just give away a luxury car worth millions... I’m willing to part with it, of course—a million for ten million. But if I were in Zhang Peng’s shoes, I’d definitely be freaked out and intimidated.’

”Take it, take it. We’ll go handle the transfer tomorrow.”

Lin Chu said magnanimously, laying the groundwork again.

Zhang Peng suddenly realized. ’Holy shit, wait, is he... actually giving it to me?’

His eyes widened as he stared at Lin Chu in disbelief.

Nearby, Du Xiaoman, as well as Lu Ming, Xiaolu, and Liu Junfeng who had just gotten out of their cars, were also stunned.

’What is going on?’

”No, Brother Chu, are you serious? Stop, stop joking around. Even if you gave it to me, I wouldn’t dare take it! You’re messing with me!”

Zhang Peng laughed, trying to smooth things over and move past the topic.

Lin Chu waved his hand with a smile and gave a casual explanation. ”I got a little triggered today. I’m thinking of picking up a sports car tomorrow, but it involves license plate quotas and all that complicated stuff. Let’s put this car under your name for now. There’s some business involved in this, a plan I have. I’ll explain the details to you later.”

Hearing this, Zhang Peng instantly understood.

Although he still had some doubts, since Lin Chu had said he would ”explain the details later,” he didn’t ask any more questions for the moment.

The others nearby now understood as well.

’He’s definitely not just giving it away for free.’

’So there’s another plan.’

Liu Junfeng remembered how Lin Chu had ”refused to race” that afternoon and laughed. ”You really were triggered! Seriously, just for that... Was it really necessary? My man, you’re so damn willful! What kind of sports car are you thinking of buying?”

Lin Chu looked at him with a smile. ”As long as it’s faster than a GTR.”

Liu Junfeng...

’Fuck!’

’You really can’t stand even a little slight, can you!’

’Truly... willful and proud.’
