Alpha's Regret: The Seventh Time was Forever

Chapter 741: Chapter 741 - Our family’s getting bigger

Voren fed Seraphine the exotic delicacies one careful bite at a time, his voice low and rough with feeling as he watched every expression that crossed her face.

”Everything’s a surprise, baby. Every single thing.”

He only ate after he made absolutely sure his pregnant wife had her fill and then some. His own hunger could wait as long as it needed to. She came first. Always.

Afterward he walked her slowly through the hidden corners of the underground hotel, showing her secret wonders most people would never even know existed, before he carried her to bed.

They made love through the night, slow and deep and desperate, pouring everything they felt into each other until exhaustion finally claimed them both.

The next day he took her to the world’s tallest waterslide, the world’s longest family water coaster, and then cliff jumping under the bright sun. Every single thrill had been planned just for her, every detail arranged with care.

Seraphine had spent her younger years chasing knowledge in both the human and werewolf worlds, pouring herself completely into pleasing Ravyn and never stopping to breathe. She had never once let herself play. Never once let herself feel this free and this light.

The gratitude that flooded her chest was almost too big to hold, swelling so full it left her eyes stinging.

Three days flew by in a blur of laughter and wonder. Both of them wanted to stay longer, both of them wished time would slow down, but Voren already had the next adventure waiting for her. He wasn’t finished with her. Not even close.

Seraphine finished changing into the outfit he had chosen for her, the one that matched his perfectly, when he held up a silk blindfold. The soft fabric dangled from his fingers like a quiet promise of something more.

”Not again,” she muttered, her shoulders dropping as a mix of protest and reluctant excitement moved through her.

Voren only smiled, his eyes soft and crinkling at the corners with pure affection. ”You’re gonna love this one, sweetheart. Trust me on this.”

She let him cover her eyes, the silk cool against her skin. Then he lifted her into his arms like she weighed nothing at all, holding her close against his chest. Strange movements rocked her gently.

Distant voices drifted around them. The world kept changing while she stayed safe in his hold. After what felt like twenty or thirty minutes, he set her down carefully on solid ground.

His lips brushed the mark on the crook of her neck with deliberate tenderness, and his voice sank straight into her bones, warm and steady. ”Ready, my queen?”

The blindfold came off in one smooth motion.

Seraphine’s hand flew to her mouth. Her eyes went wide and her heart slammed hard against her ribs. ”You bought a new yacht? A super yacht?”

The only yacht she had ever known was the one from their wedding day, the one Voren had gifted to Leon without even blinking. This one was bigger. Sleeker. A floating palace glowing under the night lights like something pulled straight out of a dream, every surface gleaming with quiet power and luxury.

Voren’s mouth curved into that familiar soft smile. ”You really think I gave Leon that boat just ’cause I’m super generous?”

She tore her gaze from the gleaming vessel and looked up at him, searching his face. ”Then why?”

He shrugged one shoulder, but his eyes held everything he felt for her. ”Our family’s getting bigger. We needed something like this. I’d already ordered it a while back, but the custom work took longer than I wanted it to. I wasn’t about to push the wedding back for anything, and the other one only held a handful of people. So I made it work the best way I could.”

Seraphine couldn’t breathe for a second. The way this man loved, so quietly and constantly and without any limits at all, was more than she had ever known was possible in the world. Her eyes burned with tears she refused to let fall just yet.

”What else are you hiding from me?”

Voren kissed her hard and slow right there in front of the waiting crew, his mouth moving against hers with a tenderness that made her chest ache in the best way. ”A whole lot, baby. But every last bit of it’s only meant to make you happy. That’s the only reason any of it exists.”

She threw herself into his arms without hesitation, melting against him completely as her body molded to his. ”I’ve never felt this kind of happiness in my whole life.”

Voren held her tighter, his voice rough with a promise that settled deep in her heart. ”From now on, this is your life. Every single day. I’m gonna make damn sure of it. You’re never going back to anything less.”

The crew helped them aboard with quiet efficiency. They left Dubai after sunset, standing together at the rail while they watched the city lights slowly vanish into the dark horizon, swallowed by open water and endless night.

The next morning Seraphine woke to breakfast already waiting on the upper deck while the yacht cut smoothly through open water.

She had no memory of how she got there at all. The last thing she remembered was trying to please her husband until she collapsed from pure exhaustion in his arms. Voren had carried her out so they could share the view together. The cool sea air woke her the rest of the way, soft and fresh against her skin.

”Morning, my queen,” he murmured, already holding her securely on his lap with both arms around her. ”Sorry for waking you like this, but I wasn’t about to let us starve the twins. They need their food just like their mama does.”

She snuggled closer without thinking, soaking in every bit of his steady heat. ”I love your warmth. I could stay right here all day.”

Voren smirked and began feeding her bite sized pieces of everything on the plate, his attention locked on her like nothing else in the world existed. Later they swam off the back of the yacht in the clear blue water. Voren couldn’t take his eyes off her in that bikini for even a second.

The tiny swell of her stomach was only visible to him because he still remembered exactly how flat it used to be. Whenever they needed real privacy, he simply sent the crew away without a word and the world became theirs alone.

On the third day they ate dinner under a sky full of bright stars, the ocean rocking them gently. Afterward they hit the gym because Seraphine kept complaining about feeling bloated and uncomfortable.

Voren had been feeding her so well and so often that she swore she was going to burst if she took one more bite.

The fourth day they spent entirely in the yacht’s private cinema, curled up tight with light snacks and popcorn, the rest of the world completely forgotten while movies played soft and low around them.

The fifth day was pure luxury from start to finish. Spa treatments, long professional massages that melted every knot from their bodies, and a full makeover for both of them. Voren got a fresh haircut and a careful manly pedicure. Seraphine got her hair, face, and nails done until they both looked like they belonged on the cover of a glossy magazine, glowing and perfect.

By the sixth day the crew started preparing the yacht for their arrival at the next destination. Seraphine explored every inch of the floating palace at her own pace, moving through the master suite they lived in, the several guest suites waiting quietly, and the jacuzzi they kept finding every possible excuse to climb into together.

”Time to wake up, my queen,” Voren whispered against her ear, his voice warm and coaxing as he brushed a soft kiss there.

Seraphine blinked awake, still groggy and soft from sleep. The outfits carefully laid out on the bed made confusion flood her face as she tried to focus.

”What’s going on?”
