School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 701: Chapter 778: Attacking the Sky Sword Sect

Chen Nan noticed that his Inner Strength was from the Sky Sword Sect and couldn’t help frowning as he said, ”With your level of cultivation, you are far from being my match, but I promised someone that unless absolutely necessary, I wouldn’t kill anyone from the Sky Sword Sect. Leave now, and don’t come to seek death again.”

Wang Hou quickly shook his head and said, ”I wasn’t sent by the Sect; I came for Gongsun Sister.”

”Yu Die?”

Chen Nan’s expression changed as he asked urgently, ”What’s wrong with her?”

Seeing Chen Nan seemed very concerned about her, Wang Hou said, ”At least you have some conscience. Sister has become pregnant with your child. After going back, she was punished and placed under house arrest at the back mountain to reflect for ten years. Originally, the Sect Leader promised that as long as she agreed to terminate the pregnancy, all would be forgiven, but she resolutely refused to comply...”

After Wang Hou finished explaining the situation, Chen Nan clenched his fists tightly.

He felt joy, rage, and more than anything, concern.

He was happy because Gongsun Yudie was carrying his child, but he was furious about the actions of the Sky Sword Sect. That child was the flesh and blood of him and Gongsun Yudie; what business did those old men of the Sky Sword Sect have with it, and by what right did they decide the child’s life or death!

As for his concern, it was because Gongsun Yudie was currently in the Sky Sword Sect. Those old men might not take extreme measures, but there was no guarantee they wouldn’t harm the child in her womb again.

”If the mother and child suffer the slightest harm, I’ll make the entire Sky Sword Sect pay with their lives!”

Chen Nan’s fists cracked from the grip and fury surged in his eyes as he turned to walk outside the school grounds.

He was grabbed from behind, and Wang Hou said urgently, ”Don’t act rashly; I just want you to stealthily go up the mountain and persuade Sister to leave. I do not wish for you to confront our Sky Sword Sect.”

Chen Nan looked back at him and replied, ”If it’s possible to avoid fighting, naturally, I won’t fight. I don’t want to put Yu Die in a difficult position. However, if those old men are obstinate and create obstacles, I don’t mind teaching them a lesson.”

Wang Hou said, ”I came here on my own initiative; Sister did not want me to find you. She did not wish to see you and our Sky Sword Sect become completely estranged. To her, the Sky Sword Sect is her home, and you are the person she loves; she doesn’t wish to see either side harmed.”

Chen Nan nodded and said, ”I understand her good intentions. Like I said, as long as the Sky Sword Sect doesn’t push things too far, I will definitely not resort to violence.”

”I hope you can successfully persuade my sister to leave with you down the mountain.”

”How far is it from here to your Sky Sword Sect?” Chen Nan asked.

Wang Hou replied, ”Roughly more than two thousand li. My natural aptitude lends me swift feet, and my Qinggong is on par with Sect elders at the First Level of Imperial Realm. But even then, it took me over five hours to arrive here in Ningjiang City last night.”

”Then we’d better take a flight there.”

As Chen Nan walked toward the school exit, he took out his phone to check flights, and luckily, there was a flight to Tianbei City two hours later.

According to Wang Hou, the Sky Sword Sect was located just over a hundred li from Tianbei City.

After making phone calls to Su Qingqing and Huo Xinya respectively, Chen Nan and Wang Hou headed straight for the airport. Of course, he didn’t reveal what he was going to do on the call but merely mentioned that he had some business to attend to and they shouldn’t worry.

Around eight in the evening, Chen Nan arrived near Sky Sword Mountain.

Under the clear moonlight, Chen Nan and Wang Hou bypassed the front gate of Sky Sword Mountain and headed straight for the back mountain.

Wang Hou, being a Sky Sword Sect Disciple, was very familiar with this generation, and according to him, if one sneaked up from behind, they could directly reach the Stone Cave where Gongsun Yudie was reflecting in penance, without alerting anyone else.

”Brother Wang, from here, how long will it take to reach Yudie?” Chen Nan asked, pointing in the direction of the mountain.

”Just call me Little Monkey, that’s what Senior Sister always calls me.”

Wang Hou scratched his head and smiled. Along the way, he had chatted quite a bit with Chen Nan and felt that Chen Nan was not as utterly wicked as the elders in the Sect claimed. He said, ”Hardly anyone travels this back mountain, there is just a rugged path leading straight to the summit, about five or six miles away.”

Chen Nan nodded: ”Yudie is fortunate to have a Junior Brother like you; otherwise, I wouldn’t have known she was in trouble.”

”Don’t say that, my life was saved by Senior Sister. If she hadn’t rescued me back then and taken me to join the Sky Sword Sect, I would have died ten years ago.”

Chen Nan nodded, pointed at the path up the mountain, and said, ”Let’s go.”

Wang Hou led the way in front, with Chen Nan following closely behind.

Soon, the two had walked more than a mile when suddenly a loud shout rang out, and lights shone brightly all around as dozens of Sky Sword Sect Disciples rushed over from all directions.

”Wang Hou, you’ve got some nerve, daring to bring an enemy into our Sky Sword Sect’s sacred ground!”

As the voice faded, a man in his forties dashed down the mountain under the moonlight, leading the Disciples to block the path.

Wang Hou’s face changed: ”Zhao... Uncle-Master Zhao!”

Zhao Jinghai stood on a bluestone slab with a long sword in his hand and said coldly, ”You treacherous wretch, did you really think we didn’t notice when you sneaked down the mountain last night? We simply pretended not to know, suspecting that you went to seek help from that villain Chen Nan, so we’ve been waiting for you here since early this morning.”

He glanced back at Chen Nan, ”You’d better leave now. Look for another opportunity to seek out Gongsun Senior Sister. As a disciple of the Sky Sword Sect, the worst I can get is punishment, not death.”

”I will not leave the mountain today without seeing Yudie.”

Chen Nan said calmly, taking a step forward and addressing Zhao Jinghai with clasped hands, ”Senior, it’s true that there are some misunderstandings between me and the Sky Sword Sect, but it’s better to resolve grudges rather than deepen them. Today, I only wish to visit Gongsun Yudie and mean no harm, I hope you will allow me to pass.”

Chen Nan had promised Gongsun Yudie that, unless absolutely necessary, he would not kill anyone from the Sky Sword Sect or become their enemy.

Otherwise, with his fierce temper, regardless of whether they were a match for him or not, he would have already charged up fighting.

”You still think about going up the mountain when you’re close to death, what a joke!” Zhao Jinghai sneered disdainfully, pointing at Chen Nan and saying, ”You despicable little thief, you’ve come looking for death today. All of us Sky Sword Sect Disciples will eradicate evil and uphold justice by killing you, the malefactor!”

Although Xuan Tianji had previously visited Sky Sword Mountain and warned the members of the Sky Sword Sect not to intervene in the younger generation’s affairs,

now that Chen Nan had shown up on their doorstep, the Sky Sword Sect had no further concerns. Even if they killed Chen Nan on the spot, they had a sufficient excuse: they could claim that it was Chen Nan who provoked the Sky Sword Sect first, and they were simply defending themselves.

”Since you refuse the face I am giving you, I have no choice but to fight my way up.”

Danger flashed in Chen Nan’s eyes as Gang Qi boiled on his body. With a fierce stomp on the ground, his body shot towards Zhao Jinghai like a cannonball.
