Elteth concentrated on drawing in the chaotic prana through her heat-filtering barrier, further refining her core. Its size continued to decrease, but don’t be fooled by its diminutive appearance; it now held more prana than ever before. If one looked closely, they would see red prana mixed with impurities swirling around the princess, and like a magnet, she drew them in, filtering out the unwanted elements before storing the refined energy in her core.

Simultaneously, she didn’t neglect to temper her muscles with the purified red prana. She engaged in a rigorous process of destruction and reconstruction, breaking down her muscle fibers and rebuilding them using prana. This cycle of demolition and reformation made her muscles more resilient, priming them to burst with explosive energy when needed.

Starting from her toes, she meticulously worked her way up to her neck, leaving her head for later, knowing that this task was anything but easy. To accomplish this excruciating refinement, Elteth relied on a combination of intense focus and unwavering determination.

As she breathed in the prana, she visualized each muscle fiber, understanding the intricacies of her body’s structure. With each inhalation, she directed the purified energy to the targeted muscles, allowing it to seep into the very core of her being. The pain of destruction was sharp, but she welcomed it as a necessary part of the process, knowing that the resulting strength would far outweigh the temporary discomfort.

With every cycle of refinement, she honed her awareness of her body, fine-tuning her control over the prana and enhancing her connection to her physical form. This meticulous attention to detail, combined with her relentless pursuit of improvement, transformed her muscles into a wellspring of power, ready to unleash a torrent of energy at a moment’s notice.

After stabilizing the energy within her, Elreth opened her eyes, which now sparkled with boundless flames, a fierce orange glow that hinted at her inner power. Her previously tied red hair cascaded loose, dancing wildly around her as if caught in a tempest. The water nearby seemed to recoil, intimidated by the intense heat radiating from her at that moment.

With a sudden surge of strength, the princess slammed her right white leg into the rock below. Flames erupted from the impact, shattering the stone into countless fragments as she propelled herself forward like a cannonball. She soared high into the air, above a small river, where a black spear materialized in her hand, engulfed in a swirling mixture of orange and blue flames.

Still suspended in midair, Elreth executed a series of spear slashes, each movement precise and powerful. As she descended gracefully from the sky, her spear techniques unleashed a wave of destruction, each slash tearing through the air with such force that it seemed to rip apart the very fabric of reality. The fiery arcs of energy radiated outward, a dazzling display of raw power that lit up the sky.

The blazing inferno danced around her, sending shivers down the spines of the weaker monsters lurking nearby. They dared not approach, feeling the palpable threat of her presence. It was as if a goddess of flame had descended to the mortal plane—beautiful yet deadly. Each slash of her spear left trails of fire in its wake, illuminating the surroundings and creating a symphony of heat and light that resonated with her fierce spirit.

The combination of her graceful movements and the explosive force of her attacks transformed the air around her into a chaotic ballet of flame and destruction. She was a vision of power and elegance, embodying the essence of fire itself as she unleashed her fury upon the world below.

She glided across the river’s surface, moving with an ethereal grace as if chasing an illusionary enemy—a cold, white-haired figure wielding the opposite Law. Elreth’s spear sliced through the air in deadly arcs, reminiscent of a snake toying with its prey. Her opponent unleashed powerful ice spells, and as they clashed repeatedly above the river, the impact created enormous explosions, sending geysers of water soaring into the sky.

Elreth was a vision of fiery determination, her body enveloped in flames that acted like a protective armor. With each movement, she demonstrated both elegance and lethal precision. The spear danced in her hands, cutting through the air with a fluidity that showcased her mastery of the weapon. She countered the icy blasts with a combination of agility and fierce offense, weaving between the freezing projectiles as they attempted to ensnare her.

The air crackled with tension as she engaged the illusionary foe, her spear striking with relentless force. She executed a series of thrusts and slashes, each one imbued with the power of her fiery essence. The flames trailing her weapon ignited the surrounding water, creating steam that filled the air and obscured her movements.

Elreth’s skills shone brightly in this fierce duel. With each thrust, she disrupted her enemy’s icy barriers, melting them away with the intensity of her flames. Her footwork was impeccable, allowing her to navigate the river’s surface with ease, while her strikes were calculated and devastating. She refused to be outmatched, countering the icy tendrils that sought to bind her with swift, circular motions of her spear, sending blasts of fire surging toward her opponent.

The battle raged on, each clash resonating like thunder. Elreth’s determination fueled her, and she pushed past her limits, her spirit unyielding. She was relentless, embodying the essence of the flame as she executed a final, powerful thrust with her spear, igniting a wave of fire that surged toward the illusionary enemy. The explosion of energy lit up the night, a testament to her strength and unwavering resolve, as she vowed to emerge victorious against this formidable foe.

In the distance Lux got the chill thinking how dedicated the princess was in her training, better not slack off then.
