New Age Of Summoners

’What? He physically entered my region?’

The Ruler of the Fire Region, Aveline was shocked when he heard the new ruler entered his region.

What’s more, he intended to invade his region.

’Is he foolish or what? Doesn’t he know entering the other rulers’ regions would suppress his battle prowess?’

However, Aveline soon recovered from his shock and thought Ajax was foolish for entering his territory.

Aveline believed that if Ajax really wanted to occupy his territory, he could just issue an official challenge in the presence of the Spirit of the Floating Island.

’Is it because he was confident in his strength that his new ruler could defeat me even with a regional suppression on him?’

When he changed his line of thought, Aveline became a little worried.

’Why do I need to worry about a new ruler? He was lucky with the rulers of the Metal Region; however, he won’t be that lucky with me.’

Soon, Avelin scoffed at his previous thoughts.

’Anyway, I should be careful as there is not much information on this new ruler of the Floating Island.’

For the rulers of the other regions in the Floating Island, Ajax was someone with a mystery. They didn’t know anything about it before he became a ruler.

Even after becoming, they didn’t know how he fought and what kinds of skills or trump cards he had.

All they knew about him was that his cultivation was only at a low-level Emperor Realm.

Of course, just because of the low cultivation, they didn’t dare to look down on him and it only made them a little worried because how could someone with such a low cultivation could defeat the eight rulers of the Metal Region?

Hence, the remaining rulers were waiting…waiting to gain more information about the mysterious new ruler of the Metal Region.

However, Aveline, the ruler of the Fire Region didn’t have any chance to wait as the new ruler had come looking for him.

Therefore, Aveline decided to make enough preparations before confronting Ajax.

….

At one end of the Fire Region,

’Why is he taking so much time to come here? Doesn’t he care about his region?’

Even after waiting for five minutes, Ajax didn’t find a trace of either the Ruler of the Fire Region or his subordinates.

As far as he remembered the Spirit of the Floating Island would be informing about his arrival and thus, Ajax believed the ruler of the Fire Region would rush to see him.

’It looks like he must be preparing his trump cards and other things before confronting.’

However, it didn’t take much time for Ajax to come to this conclusion.

As one of the rulers of the Floating Island, Ajax didn’t like losing his region and if the worst came to worst, he wouldn’t mind using all his trump cards just to win the fight against the invader.

Hence, Ajax could guess that the Ruler of the Fire Region was also doing the same and decided to wait for some more time.

’Until then, I will let my Contracted Spirit Beasts and the Elemental Spirits destroy everything within the 100-kilometer radius.’

Ajax sat on a huge boulder on the edge of a volcano and looked at the destruction made by his summons revealing a satisfied smile on his face.

On his shoulder, the four-eyed Ghost Fox was also lazily lying while its clones were doing all the work.

Compared to the destruction made by his summons back in the Metal Region, the destruction made now was many times faster because of the addition of 1400 plus Elemental Spirits with Elemental Ascendance.

’At this time, it would only take less than 10 minutes for them to turn this 100-kilometer radius into nothing. If he doesn’t come out, I might be destroying the entire Fire Region into nothing even before we start the fight.’

Ajax joked in his heart; however, he believed that Aveline would not make it that late.

Time continued to pass and in a flash, the entire 100-kilometer radius around Ajax turned into nothing and Ajax stood up to go to the next 100-kilometer radius.

The thing is, Ajax was keeping his Contracted Spirit Beasts and the Elemental Spirits within the 100-kilometer radius because he could instantly revive them if things didn’t go as he planned.

’There was no harm in slowly destroying a 100-kilometer radius of area one by one.’

This was what Ajax thought in his head as he flew to the second 100-kilometer radius he was planning to destroy.

’Screech’

However, before his summons could begin the second round of destruction, there was a loud screech from the distance as a large group of winged men flew towards him.

The one who was leading them was a middle-aged man with shining golden-coloured wings.

He was none other than the Ruler of the Fire Region, Aveline, the Golden-Winged Eagle Emperor.

Behind him, thousands of silver-winged men, black-winged men with crow heads and many other winged humanoid creatures, looked at Ajax with furious looks in their eyes.

After reaching a certain distance, Aveline stopped flying and the crew behind him followed the same.

”For a new ruler, you are quite courageous to enter my region. Aren’t you afraid of regional suppression?”

Aveline didn’t rush to attack Ajax; instead, he asked Ajax while checking out Ajax and his summons.

’A human? From the looks of it, he doesn’t even look much older and he became an Emperor of the Floating Island?’

Even though Aveline maintained a calm look on the surface, inside his heart, he was deeply shocked because he never expected a young human who was less than 100 years old to become the ruler of the Floating Island.

’He must have some tricks and some divine treasures for him to defeat the old rulers of the metal region. I should be careful.’

Aveline became alert and at the same time, his greedy nature surfaced, ’As long as I kill him, not only I will get the Metal Region but I will get all the divine artifacts he was holding.’
