New Age Of Summoners

’I hope this Nature Growth Phenomenon lasts for a day or two.’

Looking at the rapid growth of his Mythical Trees, Ajax was hoping for the Nature Growth Phenomenon to last longer.

Of course, he was not being overly greedy by expecting the Nature Growth Phenomenon to last for weeks, months or years; instead, he wanted it to last for a day or two.

Ajax believed that within a day, all three of his trees would reach 20000 years and bear new fruits or might even unlock new abilities.

’Let’s stay here until the phenomenon disappears.’

Ajax didn’t know the exact range of the Nature Growth Phenomenon. So, despite his plans to check on others before resuming his cultivation, Ajax didn’t leave the cave Siora was cultivating in.

’Since I have nothing left to do, I will check out the information about the new fruit.’

Even though Ajax could cultivate in the meantime, he didn’t want to take the risk of decreasing the duration of the Nature Growth Phenomenon.

With his Godly Cultivation Technique, Ajax’s rate of absorption of the Essence of Nature was top-notch and thus, he was worried that if he absorbed the Essence of Nature during the Nature Growth Phenomenon, it might decrease the duration of it.

Therefore, Ajax decided to pass the time by doing miscellaneous things.

’Ding,

 Fruit Name: Soul Strengthening Fruit.

Effect: A Mythical Grade Fruit that could strengthen even the Emperor Realm Cultivator’s Soul by 50 percent.

Note: 3 fruits can be consumed 3 fruits and the effect decreases with each fruit consumed.

Note: For every 1000 years, three Fruits will appear and the cultivator has to consume only these three fruits together.

 First Fruit: 50 percent.

 Second Fruit: 30 percent.

 Third Fruit: 20 percent.

More Information: In short, the Soul Strengthening Fruits can double the strength of the cultivator’s soul.

Soon, the information about the new fruit: Soul Strengthening Fruit appeared in front of Ajax.

’I don’t have much use with this fruit; however, it helps the 100 old cultivators who became weak due to insufficient resources.’

Not only those 100-year-old cultivators were physically weak, but their souls were also weak and that’s the main reason why Ajax was not letting them undergo the tempering with the help of the Sentient Flames.

Hence, Ajax felt that he could use these fruits to help his old and new followers.

’With Soul Protection Fruits, their Souls can be protected from external attacks including the Lighting Tribulation during the ascension and the Soul Strengthening Fruits can help their souls become strong all together.’

Even if he can’t use these Fruits on himself, Ajax could give them to his family, friends and followers.

After that, he absorbed the growth of his three trees in the Inner World while having a chat with his Contracted Spirit Beasts and the Elemental Spirits.

Time continued to pass and 30 minutes passed by in a flash as Ajax received a system notification.

’Ding,

The [Soul Nourishing Tree] has reached 10000 years old and unlocked a new ability.

Among the three trees, the less-aged [Soul Nourishing Tree] has finally reached 10000 years and unlocked its new ability.

After reaching the 10000-year mark, the growing speed of the Soul Nourishing Tree decreased so much that it was barely increasing a year or two for every minute.

’It looks like the Nature Growth Phenomenon is decreasing.’

Ajax had already expected that the growing speed of the Soul Nourishing Tree would decrease after reaching 10000 years; however, he didn’t expect it to decrease by a lot.

’Let it be. Whatever I have received from the Nature Growth Phenomenon was already a bonus.’

Since the [Soul Nourishing Tree] has finally reached 10000 years, Ajax felt it was alright because the growth speed for the trees above 10000 years from the Nature Growth Phenomenon was not fast.

As the age of these trees increased by 100 or so, the speed continued to diminish, unlike the trees below 10000 years.

Despite being under the effects of the Nature Growth Phenomenon for 40 minutes, the [Tree of the Blessing] and the [Standard World Tree] have only reached 11000 years.

Compared to the Soul Nourishing Tree, which had increased by more than 5000 years, it was nothing.

’However, when I look at it from another perspective, 1000 years for those trees required 100000 drops of Plant Essence whereas, for the Soul Nourishing Tree, it only required 9000 drops.’

Ajax shook his head and thought, ’Moreover, I will be getting 250 million drops of Plant Essence from the Special Commision Service from the trading realm.’

With that thought in mind, he stopped thinking about it and focused on the newly unlocked ability of the Soul Nourishing Tree.

’Ding,

 Ability Name: Soul Devour.

Effect: It can devour the souls of other living beings to increase its age and it can be used without a time limit.

Note: The more powerful the living being, the more benefits the Soul Nourishing Tree will get and at the same time, it might even bore some special fruits depending on the living beings it devours.

’Huh? Soul Devour?’

Ajax raised his eyebrows when he saw the new ability and after reading the full information about the ability, he was pleasantly surprised about it.

With this new ability, Ajax thought that he could stop worrying about the Plant Essence for the Soul Nourishing Tree.

Since Ajax was planning on doing some big things in the coming days, he knew there wouldn’t be any lack of cultivators or living beings for him to feed the Soul Nourishing Tree.

’Even though there was no special fruit from the Soul Nourishing Tree for 10000 years, I will get more and more special fruits from it compared to the other trees.’

The bad feeling about not getting a special fruit from the 10000-year-old tree disappeared after learning about the tree’s new ability.

Previously, when the [Tree of Blessing] and the [Standard World Tree] reached 10000 years, they gave the special fruits [Fruit of Summoners] and [Special World Fruit] respectively.

But the Soul Nourishing Tree failed…at least Ajax thought he was not getting any special fruit but he was wrong; instead, he would be getting more special fruits from this tree compared to the other trees.
