New Age Of Summoners

’I hope the auction manager will take care of the World-conquering sect.’

Ajax didn’t bother to watch the auction anymore as there were no items that piqued his interest.

Instead, he entered the special trader’s chamber as he waited for the cultivators to finish his deals with them one by one.

Even though he was not interested in the items that don’t mean the other special cultivators would leave the auction for him. So, he let them bid for the items in the auction house as he relaxed in the special trader’s chambers by sipping the Mind calming tea.

’If I ask them, they might leave the auction; however, it is better to not ask too much from them.’

Since he was the only source for the world cores other than the world conquering sect, Ajax knew his words contained some power that would make the other cultivators do what he wanted.

However, Ajax was not planning to keep on asking them because he had already asked the Blood Vampire King, the elemental human emperors, the nightmare fiend, and the jade dragonling to bid for his world core.

Ajax let them know beforehand that the Golden Demon Emperor was in need of the world cores and he would pay any price to buy it.

Of course, if the Golden Demon Emperor gave up on bidding and and increased the value of the smaller world core to 31 million trader’s tokens.

they had to buy the smaller world core at a high price, Ajax promised that he would refund whatever the price was above 20 million trader’s tokens.

Therefore, all the special cultivators were excited to join the bid and increased the value of the smaller world core to 31 million trader’s tokens.

’Even though making the Golden Demon Emperor spend 15 million trader’s tokens was not much, in the long term it will affect his ability to spend the trader’s tokens so carelessly.’

Ajax silently muttered to himself and continued, ’Moreover, it is just a test and his true loss begins when I sell the normal grade world cores.’

The average price for the smaller world cores was only 10 million and the highest it ever reached was 15 million trader’s tokens; however, Ajax made the golden demon emperor buy it for 30 million.

In the future, he was planning to do the same things when he put the normal world cores for the auction.

The general price of the normal world core was around 500 million and the highest it ever reached was 1.1 billion trader’s tokens; however, Ajax was planning to make the golden demon emperor buy it for at least 2 billion trader’s tokens.

’If I continue to loot the Golden Demon Emperor’s wealth, I can buy a living residence in the mid-level auction house in no time.’

Ajax became excited just thinking about it.

’However, I still don’t know what the Golden Demon Emperor was planning to do by collecting so many world cores.’

Nevertheless, there was something that bothered Ajax and it was why the Golden Demon Emperor needs so many world cores.

Even though Ajax already knew the uses of the world core, he was unable to guess for what purpose the Golden Demon Emperor was going to use the world cores.

The world core has a wide range of uses starting from increasing the growth speed of a world to creating pills and from nurturing the world trees to weapon-refining.

That’s not it! They can be used in healing, formations, and whatnot. So, it was very hard to guess for what purpose a cultivator could use the world core unless he knew that cultivator personally.

’I think it’s time to contact my two demon slaves.’

Suddenly, Ajax thought about the two Golden Demon Slaves that were already mingled in the Golden Demon Emperor’s army and even joined the ranks of the Demon apostles.

’Since they have already become the Emperor realm demons, I think they must have already become the demon apostles.’

Ajax had not contacted them after the war between the Purple Stone World and the Five Demon Emperors had ended.

Therefore, Ajax didn’t have a clue about their current ranks; however, with the help of the system, he could tell their cultivation and that’s how he knew they had already become the emperor’s realm demons.

’Ding,

The host can’t contact the two demon slaves. Please wait until the system finishes its upgrade.

When he tried to contact the two golden demon slaves, Ajax received the system notification, informing him that he could not contact them for now.

’It looks like I have to either wait or meet them personally. However, I don’t think the latter one will happen anytime soon. So, I have to wait and see how things turn out with the Golden Demon Emperor.’

Other than making the Golden Demon Emperor suffer the losses from buying the world cores, Ajax had already devised a master plan which he planned to execute after 15 days because that’s when the trade between Ajax and the Golden demon emperor would be done.

’If everything turns out well, I don’t even have to give him my normal world core and I can get to keep his one billion trader’s tokens.’

There were so many things that Ajax could not wait to happen; however, he remained patient as rushing things would only result in a disaster.

…..

While he was waiting for the special cultivators to come, the auction had come to an end after 20 minutes.

”Manager, why aren’t you paying us our trader’s tokens? Didn’t you know we don’t like waiting?”

The current sect leader of the World-conquering sect asked the manager with a serious look on his face.

The middle-aged man was already filled with anger that he had to pay 11 million trader’s tokens from the 31 million trader’s tokens that his smaller world core earned through the bidding.

However, the manager, who used to send the money as soon as their item’s bidding finished, had not sent it even after the end of the auction.

If not for the fact that he earned so much from the smaller world core, the old man and the middle-aged man were being patient.

”Mr. Junior World Conqueror, if you don’t like waiting, then you can leave the auction house. Is there someone stopping you from leaving?”

However, the manager who was waiting to take revenge replied to the middle-aged man with a slight smile.

”What did you say?”

The middle-aged man’s id was ’Junior World Conqueror’ and the old man’s id was ’Senior World Conqueror’.

Hearing the manager’s words, the middle-aged man became furious and was about to hit him; however, he was stopped by the old man.

”Mr. Manager, let’s not fight.”

The old man sensed something was not right and decided not to fight with the manager and asked with a patient look, ”When will you give us our 21 million trader’s tokens. If you want you can take an additional one million trader’s tokens to your 10 million trader’s token and transfer us the fund as soon as possible.”

Even though the old man was calm, he intentionally said the commission that the auction manager asked his son to give from the money their world core has made.

”What did you say?”

The auction manager who was calm had suddenly turned fierce as he released the dragon power to suppress both the old man and the middle-aged man.

”Didn’t you ask for 10 million trader’s tokens for manually increasing the price of the world core?”

The dragon force didn’t affect the old man as much as it did the middle-aged man as he calmly replied to the manager.

’What?’

’The auction manager could do that?’

The surroundings cultivators who were leaving the auction house were shocked when they heard the old man’s words and stopped to witness the fight.

”So, can you take the responsibility for what you just said?”

The auction managed calmed down and asked the old man with a scoff.

”Why not?”

Seeing that the old man had garnered the attention of the cultivators, he replied without thinking much.

’How dare a mere auction manager toy with us?’

This was the only thought in the old man’s head as he decided to teach him a lesson.

’Excellent. They have taken the bait.’

On the other hand, the auction manager laughed inside his heart and said, ”Good. Since you said you will take the responsibility I will show you something that the auction house’s formation has recorded.”

With a single wave, a holographic projection appeared in the mid-air which could be seen by all the cultivators in that place.

In that projection, there was a heated argument between the auction manager and the middle-aged man.

”You have to waive off the commission from all the items we sell through your auction house and even give us one percent from your ticket sales.”

The middle-aged man in the projection said to the manager.

”What if I can’t do it?”

”Then I will just use the low-level auction house in the low-level trader’s realm and sell the world cores….Haha.”

”I can waive off the auction house’s commission; however, I can’t pay you anything extra.”

”What a cheapskate! Fine…whatever.”

The conversation between the middle-aged man and the auction manager was seen by everyone.

’So, it was true that the world conquering sect threatens the auction houses to pay them extra and waive off their commission.’

Soon, all the cultivators who watched the projection confirmed the rumors that they used to hear.

”Manager, what does it have anything to do?”

The old man became furious.

”After thinking hard, I have used my authority to ban the world-conquering sect from selling their items through my auction house.”
