New Age Of Summoners

Even though his daughter was praised, King Stephen had only thought about his own future and goal, which was to become the emperor of the Purple stone world.

’Just wait for some time. After this contest, we will meet other guardians of the Purple stone town. Let’s hope they didn’t choose any disciples; otherwise, it will make things complicated for us.’

His master’s voice replied before asking him to stay patient.

’But, master, I don’t want to waste my time watching this contest.’

However, King Stephen retorted back at his master and acted like he was impatient.

’Idiot. If those guardians are alive, they will come here to watch the contest and try to pick some participants as their servants. By waiting here, we will be saving a lot of time in moving between the provinces to search for them.’

The voice in King Stephen’s head was furious as it cursed him while explaining everything.

’Oh. Sorry, master. I was just anxious because I have a bad premonition regarding this contest.’

King Stephen didn’t mind apologizing to the voice in his head which he considered as his master and helped about his bad premonition.

’If you act like this again. I will select that young kid named Ajax as I am very confident that he is a much better candidate than you to become the Emperor of the purple stone.’

The voice in King Stephen’s head warned him to behave himself in the future.

’What?’

King Stephen, who was putting a calm look on his face until now, nearly cursed out loud when he heard his master’s words; however, he managed to suppress it in time.

’Damn this bastard. How can he be the suitable candidate to become an Emperor?’

Looking at Ajax in one of the flying mirrors, King Stephen cursed him as he clenched his fists.

Because in his eyes, how could a young man less than twenty years old compete with him for the position of the emperor of the Purple stone world?

Nevertheless, other than glaring at him, King Stephen could do nothing to Ajax right now.

…

In the secret realm.

”Congratulations to all the participants who were still surviving in the secret realm. The third round of the contest officially ends here.”

All of a sudden, the old minister announced the end of the third round when the participants in the secret realm reached 100.

”Yeah. We did it. We are finally in the top 100.”

A few participants who survived until now by joining the strong teams were excited to hear the minister’s voice as they cheered for themselves.

However, the strong participants like Emmie, Darius and others, were calm and didn’t think much about qualifying for the third round because they were confident in qualifying the round from the beginning.

”The true fighting starts from the next rounds.”

”Yeah. The fourth round would be individual battles between the participants, right?”

”Yeah. If we are unlucky, our first individual battle will be with a summoner.”

”If that happens, we will never win.”

”Yeah. The world is so unfair.”

’Swoosh’

One after another participants were teleported out of the secret realm automatically as they muttered about the fourth round.

Nevertheless, the fourth and fifth rounds are for those young geniuses who are going to become the top cultivators of the Purple stone world in the future.

So, most of them were satisfied with entering the top 100.

’Country bumkpins’

The realm leaders of the royal families mocked the weakest members of their teams when they heard their words.

The young geniuses from the royal families did not form teams comprising members from only their families; instead, they gave the opportunity to other participants from other families and sects to join.

Because, the royal families, they need more followers who would be strong and loyal to them forever and these young geniuses knew that they just need to help them a little now.

Later, they would stay completely loyal to them.

”Congratulations to all the participants. You can go and rest for tonight.”

Once the participants came out of the secret realm, the old minister once again congratulated them as he continued, “The last two rounds of the contest will be held tomorrow itself. So, make sure you rest properly because there will be no break between the contests.”

”What?”

”Two rounds in a single day?”

”So, the contest is going to end tomorrow?”

All the participants were surprised for a moment before gettinig surprised because everyone was waiting for the final rounds.

The last two rounds were about individual fights and all the onlookers could see the individual battle prowess of the participants.

”As for those who lost in the third round, there is no need to worry about anything because many of you have caught the eye of the top cultivators from the various families and sects.”

The old minister’s voice continued, “So, please stand aside as you will be recruited by the powerful cultivators in a moment.”

”What? Excellent.”

Even though 20-30 percent of the participants failed to escape the secret realm with their lives intact, the remaining ones were excited when they heard the old man’s words.

”Thank you, sir minister.”

Without any hesitation, they all bowed to the old man and other powerful cultivators sitting on the huge stage as they thanked them.

”There is no need to thank us. You are the future of the Purple stone world.”

”Even if some of you are not selected by us, you just have to work hard as our families and sects will be happy to take you in after proving yourself.”

”Actually, those who were not selected by any family or sect, you can join my assassin sect.”

All of a sudden, Oliver stood up and said something that gave all the young participants a lot of hope as they were not worried about not gettinig selected by any of the families and the sects.

”Thank you, sect leader Oliver.”

Everyone thanked him for his bulk recruitment offer.
