Cultivation: Starting from a Mortal Bone

What is going on here?!

Quickly, Qin Yu pushed those scattered thoughts out of his mind.

Before anything else, he had to take good care of the Empress in her current state.

The Empress now was like a child, even more innocent than the Empress Dowager, walking barefoot around the room, seemingly full of curiosity and questions about everything.

She would ask about anything she encountered.

Qin Yu was also very patient, continuously providing explanations.

Only when the Empress tried to leave the room did he speak up to stop her.

After all, this was her own instruction.

Considering the room was only so large, soon enough the Empress’s attention refocused on Qin Yu.

This guy seemed to maintain a respectful demeanor, but his gaze continually fixated on those bare feet.

The Empress looked at him with puzzlement.

She seemed to be wondering what was so fascinating about them.

Hmm!~

She yawned, feeling somewhat languid, ”I’m a bit sleepy.”

Evidently, the Empress, who was currently undergoing tribulation, was still quite weakened.

”Then Your Majesty should rest for a while.”

Qin Yu felt like he was about to explode, urgently needing to return to the Lifebound Space.

The Empress nodded, and with his accompaniment, sat down at the edge of the Lotus Platform.

Just as she was about to lie down, Qin Yu suddenly said, ”Wait.”

The Empress, although fatigued to the point where she almost couldn’t keep her eyes open, still looked at him.

”There’s some dust on Your Majesty’s feet, they need a proper cleaning.”

Qin Yu spoke softly, observing the Empress’s reaction as he spoke.

”Oh.”

The Empress did not suspect him and simply sat at the edge of the Lotus Platform.

Soon, Qin Yu returned carrying a bucket of suitably warm water, and his gaze naturally fell upon the Empress’s freshly emerged Jade Feet.

They lay quietly in the air, emitting a gentle, warm glow.

Those bare feet, fair and slender, seemed meticulously sculpted, exuding a pure, unsullied aura. The light shifting across them was cool yet soft, like lotus leaves gently swaying under the moonlight, evoking a sense of affection. The ten delicate toes were akin to crystalline morning dew, radiating an enticing shine, crystal clear and breathtakingly beautiful.

In Qin Yu’s heart arose an indescribable impulse, a desire and appreciation originating from deep within.

Ah!~

He took a deep breath, gathered his courage, and slowly extended his hands, prepared to touch this unearthly beauty.

His heart throbbed with excitement.

His hands trembled.

His movements were gentle and cautious, as if performing a sacred ritual, fearful of disturbing the peace and harmony.

However, just as they were about to be grasped, the Empress withdrew her feet, avoiding Qin Yu’s palms.

Qin Yu raised his eyes, meeting a pair of eyes glimmering with timidity and hesitation.

Under his gaze, the Empress lightly pursed her vermilion lips, her voice as thin as a mosquito’s: ”Your gaze just now... was terrifying.”

Indeed, it was terrifying.

As though he wanted to...

Eat her feet.

That’s why the Empress reacted that way.

Qin Yu was momentarily stunned, a hint of embarrassment crossed his face, he coughed lightly to conceal the tumult within his heart and then earnestly explained, ”I merely wanted to cleanse the dust from Your Majesty’s feet, nothing more.”

”Really?”

The Empress’s voice carried a barely perceptible tremor, her gaze flickering with a light seeking confirmation.

”Of course!”

Qin Yu affirmed decisively, raising his hands as though making a sacred vow, every word exuding undeniable determination.

In the end, the Empress chose to believe him.

Deep within her heart, a voice firmly told her that the man before her was someone she could trust.

Thus, with a tentative yet bashful demeanor, she slowly extended a translucent crystalline Jade Foot in Qin Yu’s direction.

Qin Yu watched as the Jade Foot approached, his breathing involuntarily growing rapid.

However.

He knew he couldn’t scare the esteemed Empress before him, so he exerted all his strength to suppress the inexplicable stirring within.

The Jade Foot moved gently, each step seeming to play a melodious tune in Qin Yu’s heart, strumming his heartstrings into tremors. Each subtle motion exuded indescribable charm, immersing Qin Yu in it, unable to extricate himself.

Smooth as fine jade, silky as light gauze.

Undeniably.

The Jade Foot of a woman, unfailingly, is one of the most tender and alluring landscapes on a woman’s body.

Though Qin Yu insisted he wasn’t some foot enthusiast.

But now, faced with these feet seemingly crafted of Divine Jade, he had to concede...

He was tempted.

He somewhat wished... to eat ice cream.

The distance grew ever closer.

Qin Yu could almost feel the warm breath in his inhalations and exhalations.

Subsequently, he cautiously extended his hands, gently, slowly, enveloping the Jade Feet within his palms.

At that moment.

He felt as if his soul attained a certain transcendence.

”Oh!”

In the instant she was held, the Empress seemed to be pierced by an electric current, her delicate body quivering lightly like willows in the wind. Her slender neck gracefully arched, her delicate collarbones faintly visible, releasing a slight ambiguous moan beyond her control.

Afterward, she collapsed limply onto the Lotus Platform, as if having lost all strength. Her cheeks began to flush, resembling the sky dyed by the evening glow, gradually spreading.

In her eyes lingered a hint of puzzlement, as though unsure why she reacted this way. Yet she appeared as if intoxicated, limbs devoid of energy.
