The girl moved closer, standing less than ten centimeters away from him, allowing Lin Tian to smell the faint, fresh scent on her.

However, seeing her looking like she wanted to devour him, he was speechless.

Especially since the girl’s intention wasn’t to seek revenge on him but to help him wash his clothes.

“You are such a weirdo, insisting on washing my clothes for me, is your brain broken?” Lin Tian assessed Yan Yanxin briefly and then outright touched her fair forehead, frowning.

“Your brain is the one that’s broken, your whole family’s brains are broken!”

Yan Yanxin’s beautiful eyes widened in anger, and she snapped, “Hurry up, why so fussy like an old lady!

Such a dirty man!

Go change out of your dirty clothes for me to wash!”

Didn’t those words sound peculiar?

Lin Tian rolled his eyes and finally stepped back, pointing towards the doorway, “The bet between you and Juunrong is your business, it has nothing to do with me.

Besides, I don’t need a nanny like you, especially with your frightening clean-freak tendencies.

I can’t handle it!”

“No, I, Yan Yanxin, always keep my word and will never regret it!

Besides, I don’t have a germ phobia, it’s just that this place is too dirty.

My home isn’t this rudimentary!

Your clothes too, I must wash them!”

Yan Yanxin stood with her hands on her hips, arguing willfully and then huffed, “I’ll be right back, move faster!”

After saying that, she chose a room with the best window position and dragged her suitcase inside.

Watching the girl go into the room and close the door, Lin Tian could only shake his head helplessly, knowing he couldn’t drive her away now.

The very idea of a young lady from one of Liiu Yuan City’s top three prestigious families cohabiting and acting as a housekeeper for a young man, if word got out, it would create an uproar throughout Liiu Yuan City.

Those young masters pining after Yan Yanxin might storm in immediately, ready to tear Lin Tian to pieces!

However, Lin Tian, oblivious to these matters, wasn’t considering them and was deeply troubled—his peaceful cultivation life was doomed to be disrupted.

“No, I need to discuss this with Juunrong.

I can’t hit or scold her.

Can I just throw her out?”

Sitting on the sofa, Lin Tian was greatly troubled.

Meanwhile, Yan Yanxin had come back out of the room.

Now, she was wearing a light crescent moon-colored satin jumpsuit.

“Why haven’t you taken off the clothes you’re wearing?”

Seeing Lin Tian sitting stony-faced on the sofa, Yan Yanxin spoke displeasedly.

“Let’s talk about this!

Seriously, this is my house, so I’m asking you to leave, okay?”

Lin Tian looked up, his expression earnest.

“Not okay!

Give me the clothes!”

Yan Yanxin’s face also hardened, her resolve unyielding.

Lin Tian involuntarily put his hand to his forehead, full of helplessness.

This was the first time he had encountered such a stubborn girl.

Having seen her in the forest looking shy, he had thought she would be quiet and gentle normally, but he hadn’t expected such a virago side.

Could this girl have multiple personalities?

Lin Tian glanced at Yan Yanxin, pondering how to get rid of her.

“So, you won’t change?

Hmph!

Then we’ll just sit it out!”

Seeing Lin Tian make no move, Yan Yanxin huffed and simply sat down nearby.

It was hard to say how much time passed.

Lin Tian, seeing that she really wasn’t leaving, finally gave in.

He gritted his teeth, steeled his heart, and opened the villa door, “If you don’t let go, I’ll throw you out!”

“Ah~~”

Suddenly, a scream came from outside the villa, prompting Lin Tian and Yan Yanxin to look up instinctively.

It turned out to be Huangfu Juunrong returning.

“You… you…”

Huangfu Juunrong covered his mouth with his little hand, his beautiful eyes wide in shock, staring hard at Lin Tian and Yan Yanxin, incredulous, “Ah… Brother Lin Tian, so you really are a scoundrel, bullying Xinxin… Hmph!

I was actually coming to invite you to visit my home in a few days, Grandpa has something to discuss with you, but now I won’t…”

With a snort, Huangfu Juunrong’s eyes reddened as he turned and ran away.

“…”

Lin Tian wore a look of innocence and helplessness as he watched Huangfu Juunrong run off.

But Yan Yanxin opened her mouth, and then with a deadly glare at Lin Tian, she demanded, “Give me the clothes, or else I’ll tell Rongrong you bullied me…”

Stumped, Lin Tian could only close the door and agree to her demands.

He was utterly defeated by this girl.
