Our Family Has Fallen

Chapter 1415: Chapter 761: The Battlefield Situation

Chaos is the soil that breeds evil.

Since the door was broken down, chaos began to germinate. When the cavalry raided, proclaiming rebellion suppression, it completely spread the chaos.

High-level struggles were intense, ordinary honest people hurriedly found places to hide, went home to shut themselves in, but below, there were also many who wanted to take advantage of the order’s collapse to do things they usually dared not do.

Gathering a few people, they dared to rush into other people’s homes to loot, feeling no discomfort at all, even seeing it as an opportunity.

If they don’t rob, should they let those disorderly soldiers rob?

Anyway, in this chaos, who would know afterward?

Make the villagers suffer, let the soldiers carry the blame.

Those hooligans, mercenary killers, and ambitious people all started taking action, increasingly crazily, seemingly losing control.

”Ah!”

”Stop fighting! Stop fighting!”

Inside the house, there came cries and screams. Just now, a few people broke in, and the leader was a famous thug on the street. Just a while ago, he brought some people in; the father resisted, but how could an ordinary man fight against a few? He was beaten and subdued.

”Damn it! Wasn’t I just teasing? Your damned old father dared to scold me, today I’ll let him watch me play!”

The lewd thug looked at the young girl, whose face was stained with tears like pear blossoms in rain, and his excitement grew. Normally, he wouldn’t dare do these things, but now no one cared.

Kill the father later, play enough with the girl, sell her, and he would have enough money to live it up.

Damn, thanks to those guys, or else how could such a good thing fall into his lap?

”Hehehe...” Thinking made him ever more uncontrollably excited, moving closer to the girl, his teasing eyes seeming not to have had enough fun.

”Bastard! Don’t touch my daughter!”

”Father! Father!”

”Stop fighting! Stop fighting...”

But this spurred the father’s resistance, yet unfortunately, he was pinned down by a few people, and those thugs continued to beat him. The frightened girl cried and begged for mercy, which only made those guys even more excited.

”Stop the damn nonsense, if you can’t, let me do it!”

”Hahaha, should’ve been my turn long ago!”

The father and daughter struggled, but despair seemed to have already declared their tragic fate.

But unfortunately, this place was Lance’s realm—despair did not belong to Hamlet!

The door was suddenly slammed open; the people outside just glanced and seemed to understand.

”Take action!”

Fully armed soldiers rushed in at the command, and those punks wanted to struggle, but what greeted them was Hamlet’s iron fist.

For security patrols, batons were effective, wouldn’t kill, but definitely painful enough to incapacitate them.

Those punks bullied ordinary people, but facing soldiers who came through mountains of corpses and seas of blood, they were inherently weaker. And once a fight started, the gap was even more apparent, quickly taking down those guys in a few moves.

However, the small leader still wanted to fight, pulling out a small knife and waving it around flashily, then got knocked away with a single baton strike, followed by more strikes like drumming on him, causing him to scream.

”Show off! I’ll make you fly!”

The final strike landed on his face, knocking out a few teeth, and he spit out a mouthful of blood!

The soldiers came in quickly and left quickly too, dragging out the whining punks, and before the soldier left, their inquiry woke the father and daughter.

”Are you all right?”

”Ah! We’re fine.” The father immediately agreed, but also hurriedly got up from the ground to carefully protect his frightened daughter.

”Rest assured, the town has been reclaimed by us, and peace will soon be restored. If you encounter trouble, you can ask us for help.

Hamlet’s Army will never allow such things to happen; you will get a response regarding this matter.”

The soldier said a sentence, without paying much attention he retreated, needing manpower to control the situation now, lacking time to stay in this house.

This bizarre situation left the father somewhat confused, but outside, suddenly, more intense screams than before erupted, drawing their attention outside...

Those punks were dragged out, truth be told it was narrow inside, hard to handle, and simultaneously, you don’t want to dirty the villagers’ home; they followed the Lord and had requirements for cleanliness and hygiene.

But after dragging them out to the street, there was no concern, people coming and loudly shouting out their crimes, summary execution was the rule, telling people around why they had to be treated this way.

However, others were ready to execute.

Capturing them they directly cut off their left ear.

Lance generally did not advocate corporal punishment because it would affect the efficiency of labor reform, also if it resulted in any miscarriage of justice it would be hard to correct.

But ordinary rules and wartime rules are different, daring to cause trouble at this time, you must strike hard!

Moreover, caught in action, there was definitive evidence, no room for arguments, simultaneously killing a chicken to warn the monkeys, deterring those who might have thoughts nearby.

And this punishment can quickly recover, not affecting labor capacity, which is the most important.

Several people lying on the ground emitted miserable screams, their twisted figures coupled with the bleeding formed this scene.

The soldiers wouldn’t give them too much time, loudly urging those punks to get up, if disobedient, then batons were applied, driving them to be received by the main troops.

Of course, before leaving, rubbish must be taken...

”Pick up the ears! Pick up the ears!”

These people will be centrally managed, after registration estimated they would directly have their big toes cut off, sent to the labor reform camp.
