Madame is Pretending to be an Academic Slacker Again!

Chapter 405: Chapter 405: This Is Too Much, She’s Basically the School Bully!

Qin Xin listened lazily to the gossip, seemingly not interested at all.

Ao Xinghao shouted, ”Alright, alright, Xin doesn’t even have time to look at textbooks, let alone novels. We have a sports exam later; let’s hurry to the field and warm up, that’s what’s important.”

Then he turned his head and said patiently, ”Xin, did you wear wrist and ankle guards today? I bought a new set, why don’t you wear them to prevent injuries later?”

The sports exam at Imperial University is especially brutal. Let’s not even talk about the long-distance and short-distance running; there’s also shot put and long jump. You end up exhausted like a dog after the test.

Unexpectedly, Qin Xin didn’t even take his wrist and ankle guards. ”It’s not the Olympics, just a sports exam.”

Ao Xinghao awkwardly withdrew his hand, ”Alright then, I admit I’m actually worried you might go too hard and not hold back...”

His Xin definitely won’t have any problems with sports.

This is the one subject in the final exams that there is the least worry about.

He’s mainly worried that the sports equipment won’t hold up, cough cough cough.

P.E. is a large class, with classes 1 and 2 using the same exam venue.

Everyone takes turns according to their student numbers, crossing between different events to save time.

Qin Wenrou, who hadn’t made an appearance at school for a while, showed up on the field, but there were far fewer people around her than before. Besides Yu Xiaochun and the people in her dorm, hardly anyone went to fawn over her anymore.

After all, she kept lying over and over, and even the autographed photos she promised to bring back from the car race where she was a translator were nowhere to be seen. People had long lost patience with her.

Qin Wenrou watched as a group of people buzzed around Qin Xin, taking care of her every aspect, calling her ”Sister Xin” and ”Master Xin,” in contrast to her own lonely situation, which made her inexplicably fretful.

Ugly freak.

Just you wait until I perform at the New Year’s dance as the finale, and show everyone what true talent is, and slap your face hard.

Qin Wenrou bit her lip and went first for the long-distance and short-distance runs.

Both required a lot of effort and stamina, and after a few laps, she was panting, barely passing.

But there were still seven or eight events left, and each exam had long queues.

Never mind the exam, just lining up could wear you out.

Yu Xiaochun tugged at her, ”Wenrou, let’s go to the shot put first, there are slightly fewer people there.”

She and Yu Xiaochun went to the shot put area, queued for over twenty minutes, and were about to be up next when Huo Zhen finished his test.

Unexpectedly.

Huo Zhen suddenly stepped aside, ”Sister Xin, you go first.”

Qin Xin had just come over from the long jump group and happened to arrive when it was Huo Zhen’s turn.

Qin Xin hadn’t said anything yet.

Yu Xiaochun and Qin Wenrou were not having it, ”Why are you jumping the queue, that’s not fair! Teacher, students, this is unfair!”

Huo Zhen, usually taciturn, couldn’t help but argue with them, ”Get your facts right. I was queuing for Sister Xin. This isn’t cutting in line, Sister Xin is taking her test, and I’ll queue again at the end.”

The other students also expressed their understanding, ”Mm hmm, this one-for-one switch is fine, as long as it doesn’t affect our time.”

The teacher nodded too, ”Anyway, only one person can test at a time. Huo Zhen, Lan Qingxin, either of you can go first, the other can queue again.”

Qin Wenrou and Yu Xiaochun were depressed.

Were the teacher and students blind, allowing Huo Zhen to give his spot to an ugly freak?

They looked again at the score sheet in Qin Xin’s hand and felt even more discouraged.

They toiled all morning, sweating, just to finish the long-distance and short-distance runs.

The ugly freak actually completed nine out of ten events, with shot put being the last one.

Surely someone was helping her queue for the previous events.

It’s too much.

It’s simply school bully behavior.
