Chapter 1465 Winner?(8)

Chapter 1465: Winner?(8)

Seeing the deteriorating situation, Ruhun couldnʼt keep hiding his ultimate attack. With time, his strength was leaving his body.

Once he decided, he didnʼt wait one moment and activated the skill [Reverie of Annihilation]. His squarish red pupils began to dissolve into the pitch-black sclera, leaving nothing but the blackness in its eyes. The single, curved horn began to gather energy from the environment.

Following that, Ruhunʼs body began to fade away. When it was on the verge of complete fading, it stopped. At that time, Ruhun looked like a phantom.

Immediately after, terrible pressure originated from where Ruhun was. It first affected Ruhun himself, as his body began to randomly wave.

With every wave, the pressure grew, and the space trembled.

Time flew by, and both sides had prepared their ultimate attacks.

The Purple Mantigre released the pitch-black sphere, and Ruhun also released the dark beam of energy that originated from his curved horn.

BOOM!

As the two attacks clashed, a world-ending explosion rang in the area, and in no time, it enveloped both the combatants. They were like a paper boat in front of that tide and were fully devoured.

When the attack finally subsided, nothing was left in the area. Even the elements had disappeared. Neither Ruhun nor the Purple Mantigre were found anywhere since they were instantly killed by the force released by the clash of the two ultimate skills.

Even then, there should have been a winner since the first to die would be considered a loser. But things didnʼt go that way. Both Ruhun and the Purple Mantigre were devoured by the force at the same time, meaning they were also killed simultaneously, leaving neither of them victorious.

The area returned to normal shortly after, and Ruhun and the beast reappeared. Both had shocked expressions across their faces, Ruhun in particular.

Reaching the Sacred Creator level alone was proof of Ruhunʼs heavenly talent. Since the birth of the Sacred Dimension, there have been less than a thousand Sacred Creators, while the population has long passed the uncountable mark. In that small number, Ruhun was one, so he couldnʼt accept getting drawn by some creature at the same level.

If he knew about the history of the Purple Mantigre, he wouldnʼt think that way, but since he had no idea, it was understandable for Ruhunʼs shock.

The reason for the shock of the Purple Mantigre was the fact that, despite being in a weakened state, Ruhun succeeded in unleashing an attack that not only clashed equally with its ultimate attack but also killed it.

The battle had already happened, so even after the draw, there would be no second battle. The taming contest must have a result, so it was time for the beast and Ruhun to come to a decision. To be precise, the Purple Mantigre needed to make its decision.

If the beast was impressed by the challenger, it could accept them, but if it wasnʼt, the challenger could do nothing but leave the taming area, failing the battle.

Ruhun and the Purple Mantigre looked toward each other simultaneously, with both of them having opposite thoughts. The beast couldnʼt help but become surprised since it was impressed with Ruhun and was willing to go with him, but Ruhun had the opposite reaction.

Ruhun wanted the Purple Mantigre even more after the battle, but he wanted it after defeating it overwhelmingly. He couldnʼt accept the draw as a result.

So even before the Purple Mantigre could share its answer, Ruhun decided to give up. The next moment, a white light enveloped Ruhun, and he disappeared, further surprising the beast.

After the surprise, the impression of Ruhun got even better in the beastʼs heart since it understood the meaning of Ruhunʼs last look before disappearing. Ruhun wanted to defeat it and it accepted the challenge, waiting for another battle.

The next moment, Ruhunʼs consciousness returned to the store. He had been fighting for several hours, but only a second had passed in reality.

Ruhun didnʼt feel surprised about the effortless change at that time and left the device. Despite failing to get the beast, he still needed to pay for it.

Time was like a stream that kept flowing. Seconds turned into minutes, minutes into hours, hours into days, days into weeks, weeks into months, months into years, and just like that, two more decades had passed.

It had been several decades since the store opened its door to customers in the Sacred Dimension.

The sun rose on Thorr and its nearby cities, and as its first ray of light touched the surface, the store opened its door to its customers.

As expected, Aakesh was greeted by a large crowd of customers waiting for the store to open. Aakesh didnʼt let them wait any longer and moved out of the way, returning to his chair.

Following that, a few hundred thousand customers entered the store like a raging tide. The movement was as chaotic as it could get, and despite that, there was no force involved.

The next moment, the overcrowded street turned empty with no life in sight.

Immediately after entering, the first group of people was shrouded in golden lights. Many years had passed, but getting the golden cover still excited many.

There was an upgraded function where customers could now purchase Panagea recharge cards and enter from anywhere in the Sacred Dimension. There was a limit of 100,000 sales for it, and it had been long filled. Despite that, no card owner missed even a single day in the store.

The customers who owned any of the three store cards went toward the portal room while the remaining ones in the first group formed a queue in front of the store owner.

Time flew by, and hours passed in a flash.

”Hello, store owner,” Grustin respectfully greeted Aakesh.

Aakesh silently nodded in response and waited for Grustin to ask the question since he was a new customer.

Grustin had come to the store after having information about it, so he had a clear purpose for coming to the store.

”Store owner, I want to purchase three first-grade higher Deep Sleep Pill…” Grustin requested, sharing the list of pills he wanted to purchase.
