Global Game: I Have Portable Store

After the White Frost Withered Tree fell, it was time to share the spoils. The giant tree’s carcass disappeared at a speed visible to the naked eye, becoming nourishment for the Undead Tide.

In this process, more than a dozen zombies advanced to become Extraordinary Zombies, each undergoing various bodily transformations.

Every zombie could rapidly enhance itself by absorbing energy, which was an innate racial trait, allowing the Undead Tide to digest anything. The carcass of a Tier Seven Extraordinary Creature was nothing at all.

Su Changxing estimated that even the carcasses of stronger creatures could be easily digested by the Undead Tide, converting them into its combat power.

This Expedition Undead Tide, due to its constant search for prey and battles, was much stronger than the one guarding their home. Within it, Extraordinary Zombies accounted for 1/10 of the entire tide, an astonishing proportion.

One must know, if not in a suitable area, finding even one Extraordinary Zombie would seem very difficult.

And in the Undead Tide, the native Extraordinary Zombies that grew by devouring the carcasses of Extraordinary Creatures were its backbone, one of the reasons it could easily defeat Tier Seven Creatures.

As for the work of transporting Extraordinary Crystals, it’s no longer the responsibility of Big Horn but rather another speed-type zombie in the tide, known as Transport No. 1, which had grown to Tier Eight. Its speed surpassed Big Horn and it also had a strong survival ability, preventing it from dying easily in transit.

Meanwhile, Big Horn was stationed within the Expedition Undead Tide, currently advancing to Tier Seven, which would happen in a couple of days. Having consumed too many Tier Seven Extraordinary Creatures’ carcasses, it was advancing faster than Su Changxing anticipated.

The Expedition Undead Tide wasn’t further advancing outward but instead searching horizontally in the desert for Tier Seven Extraordinary Creatures.

At the same time.

Su Changxing also noticed those new humans secretly observing them, but they took no other actions, merely observing from a distance as if conducting scientific research.

At first, he ignored these new humans, but later discovered they were constantly following the Undead Tide, so he sent part of the zombies to drive them away. However, these new humans were ghostly persistent, always following at a relatively safe distance no matter how they were driven off.

Moreover, the strength of these new humans was quite strong. Sending just a small number of Extraordinary Zombies to drive them off might not even be enough.

And if sending part of the Undead Tide to chase them, they still couldn’t catch up, which felt somewhat awkward.

Of course, if they kept chasing, the Undead Tide might eventually catch up, as zombies’ stamina was limitless, and over time they would naturally catch up.

But there was no need for this at all, so Su Changxing ignored them, planning to handle them after Big Horn advanced to Tier Seven. By cooperating with some Extraordinary Zombies, it should be possible to wipe them out completely.

When passing through an area of loose sand, a rustling sound emerged from underground, coupled with the ground shaking, and an enormous red-skinned scorpion with three tails emerged from the ground, immediately stuffing seven or eight zombies into its mouth, constantly chewing, yet also confronting the Undead Tide head-on.

This was like a pie falling from the sky; the Undead Tide was worried about not finding prey, and this scorpion bumped into them.

They immediately clashed together. The scorpion’s external carapace was extremely hard, ordinary zombies could only leave shallow marks on it, even the Giant struggled to break through its defense.

The scorpion continuously sprayed venom with its three tails in all directions, but the zombies had high poison resistance; as long as their brains weren’t damaged, it didn’t have much effect, plus the zombies in the tide had Extraordinary resistance, and on top of that, a ravenous recovery, making them thick-skinned.

The large amounts of venom sprayed on the tide didn’t even manage to truly kill a few zombies.

As the tide continuously impacted, clear cracks appeared on the scorpion’s carapace, continuously extending. With a dull sound, a whole piece of the scorpion’s underbelly carapace was shattered by a swipe from Big Horn, revealing blood-red flesh.

The scorpion fell into the tide at an even faster pace, lasting only twenty minutes. Compared to the White Frost Withered Tree, it was much weaker but extremely aggressive, having killed quite a few zombies.

The scorpion let out a mournful cry, its body continuously writhing, being broken down bit by bit, including its flesh and carapace, leaving nothing but some residue and traces of liquid.

”This is too brutal, the Three-tailed Red Scorpion couldn’t hold on for long after being caught, in the end, even the corpse was gone.” A member of the Expedition Corps couldn’t help but exclaim as he watched this scene.

Sena’s forehead was covered in blood, soaking the bandage. She had been hit by a rock earlier, causing a mild concussion to her, an Extraordinary, ”These zombies may appear weak, but they are actually monsters capable of devouring Tier Seven Creatures. We must not underestimate them.”

”I have already applied for a procedure, and the Apocalypse Giant will soon arrive here.”

The team member beside her was a bit surprised after hearing this. It required a special procedure to divert the Apocalypse Giant from its fixed route, and generally, it wouldn’t be used, as the consumption of the Apocalypse Giant was significant.

”Captain, is this really necessary? We even have to bring in the Apocalypse Giant, haven’t the Elite Corps already arrived? Though we can’t handle the Undead Tide, they should be able to.” He couldn’t help but speak, feeling there’s no need to make a big fuss over a group of zombies, like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
