Marvel: All My Incarnations Are S-Class Villainesses

Chapter 4: Chapter 4: Can Even Call for Backup?

The roaring sound of explosions finally ceased in her ears.

On the rooftop of an abandoned building in Hells Kitchen, two figures landed heavily as the final flash of fire erupted.

Reze’s landing wasn’t exactly graceful; it was somewhat heavy because she was carrying someone. The concrete floor beneath her feet cracked, and the air was thick with the acrid smell of burning and gunpowder.

As soon as they landed, Reze let go.

”Blegh—!”

The moment her feet touched the ground, Sumire felt the World spinning. Her stomach churned, and she leaned against a half-broken wall, dry-heaving.

So... so dizzy!

Completely different from the elegant flight seen in other anime, Reze’s method of movement was crude and violent—continuously creating explosions behind her to blast herself forward like a cannonball.

That intense push against her back, the weightlessness, and the illusion that her internal organs were being tossed out of place with every change in direction.

It was practically a human centrifuge!

Sumire felt like she had been shaken into a smoothie!

A small, warm hand gently patted Sumire’s back.

Reze leaned in, tilting her head as she looked at her pale main body. Her emerald eyes held apology, along with a well-hidden trace of mischief.

Sumire finally managed to suppress the urge to vomit.

She straightened up, and by the moonlight, she finally had the chance to carefully observe this Incarnation of hers.

So beautiful, and so dangerous.

The girl before her had shoulder-length deep purple hair, and her skin was almost transparently pale under the moonlight.

She wore a simple white sleeveless tank top and black shorts, her slender limbs clad in black over-the-knee socks.

She looked like a girl-next-door working part-time at a cafe, but the most eye-catching feature was the wide black choker around her neck, featuring a metal ring that looked like a grenade pin.

That was her switch as the ”Bomb Devil.”

Reze stood with her hands behind her back, leaning forward and smiling brightly at Sumire.

That smile was sweet, shy, and incredibly deceptive.

If she hadn’t just seen her blow thugs into a bloody mist, who would have thought this skin hid an ultimate killing machine manufactured by the Soviet Union?

”Phew...”

After confirming the surroundings were temporarily safe, Sumire took a deep breath to calm her nerves and called out in her mind to the thing that had changed her fate.

”That... villainess simulation game, right? Let me see what you really are...”

Shua—

A purple light screen that only she could see unfolded across her retina, featuring a clean and exquisite UI design.

The interface was mainly divided into four sections: ”Villainess,” ”new student,” ”shop,” and ”inventory.”

Sumire first clicked on ”Villainess.”

On the left side of the screen was a 3D full-body image of Reze with a slight blush, while the right side displayed rows of dazzling data.

As a veteran Marvel fan, Sumire recognized at a glance that this used the official Marvel power grid rating standards.

[Current Incarnation: Reze (Bomb Devil/Weapon Human)]

[Origin: Chainsaw Man Plane]

[Intelligence: 5 (As a top Agent trained by the Soviet Union, she is proficient in multiple languages, martial arts, infiltration, and disguise, possessing extremely high tactical literacy and deceptive acting skills.)]

[Strength: 3/4 (Possesses superhuman strength; after transforming into the bomb devilman form, her strength surges.)]

[Speed: 3/5 (Relying on the propulsion generated by explosions, she can achieve subsonic movement and high-mobility maneuvers, with extreme explosive power.)]

[Durability: 6 (As a Weapon Human, she possesses near-immortal regenerative abilities; as long as she consumes blood, she can quickly recover from a near-death state.)]

[Energy Projection: 0/5 (Able to trigger explosions through touch or transform body parts into bombs to throw; her destructive power is enough to level city blocks.)]

[Fighting Skills: 6 (Proficient in all killing techniques, from hand-to-hand combat to firearms; a true human weapon.)]

[Note: ”/” is used to distinguish stats before and after transforming into the Bomb Devil.]

[Character Background: A product of Soviet Union human experimentation, a Weapon Human hosting the Bomb Devil. Appearing as a shy, clumsy part-time girl, she is actually a cold-blooded Agent, yet her heart longs for a normal life like a ”country mouse.”]

[Abilities:

[Passive: Body of a Weapon Human]

Description: Possesses the trait of agelessness. Even if the body suffers fatal injuries, as long as the devil heart is not destroyed, she can be resurrected by pulling her neck pin again, though it consumes a massive amount of stamina. Drinking blood accelerates regeneration.

[Passive: Agent Instinct]

Description: Master-level disguise, infiltration, and assassination techniques. Her lies cannot even be detected by polygraphs.

[Active: Explosive Execution]

Description: Any part of her body can serve as a detonation point and be launched like a missile. Every strike carries high-explosive damage. Since she can control the direction and range of the explosions, she can use them to achieve flight and instantaneous acceleration.

[Active: Transform into bomb demon]

Description: Pull the ring on her neck to enter combat form, significantly increasing all stats.

”Good grief...”

Sumire looked at this magnificent panel and sucked in a breath of cold air.

Although from a purely numerical standpoint, none of Reze’s stats were exceptionally top-tier, they were well-balanced.

In the Marvel World’s current stage of 2011, this was already very strong; Reze could practically walk all over everyone.

High mobility, high burst, and the most broken of all—immortal regeneration!

Being able to resurrect just by having someone pull the ring was even more of a cheat than Wolverine.

Sumire suppressed her excitement and clicked on the second option, ”new student.”

This was a massive lottery wheel shrouded in black mist.

[Spend ”villainess value” to draw a new Incarnation.]

[Description: Here sleep the source soul fragments of all the terrifying female villains, wicked women, and witches from the myriad Worlds. They retain their memories, personalities, abilities, and obsessions from their previous lives... You will grant them new student, and in exchange, they will offer everything to you, becoming a part of you.]

[Draw Price: 1000 villainess value per draw.]

[Newbie First-Time Special (Used): 100 villainess value per draw.]

”Hiss... the original price is a thousand?”

Sumire glanced at her pitiful balance, her mouth twitching.

Although the battle just now was swift and decisive, it only gave her about two hundred points of villainess value.

It was lucky that the first draw had a newbie protection mechanism, costing only 100 points.

Otherwise, she’d probably still be cornered by those thugs in the alley right now.

It seemed that no matter the World, gacha was always a bottomless pit.

She shook her head and clicked on the ”shop.”

The currency here had changed to another kind—”simulation value.”

[Current simulation value: 62 points]

[Description: The more the Incarnation’s behavior aligns with the character’s original persona, the more simulation value is earned.]

This simulation value wasn’t hard to get.

During that battle just now, Sumire clearly felt that while controlling Reze, her state of mind became exceptionally cold and deceptive—it felt as if Reze had truly become a part of her.

That wicked pleasure of giving an enemy hope and then personally snuffing it out flowed through her like an instinct.

The feeling was strange—both dangerous and addictive.

The items in the shop were a feast for the eyes.

The cheap ones were mostly miscellaneous items, like ”Reze’s Summer Swimsuit (Skin),” ”first aid blood pack,” and the like. But the expensive ones made Sumire’s mouth water.

[Exclusive Upgrade: Bomb Devil (Rank A)]

[Price: 10,000 simulation value]

[Limited-Time Summons: Typhoon Devil]

[Price: 5000 simulation value]

[Description: A temporary partner who fought alongside Bomb Devil Reze, born from humanity’s fear of ”typhoons.” It can summon and control extremely powerful hurricanes. After summoning, it can assist for 1 hour, with a 24-hour cooldown.]

”Not only can she be upgraded, but I can even call for backup?” Sumire’s eyes lit up.
