Miracle Doctor Baby

Chapter 38: 38. I am really a male

”Is it really alright?” Mo Baobao held Little Fox in her hand, turning it over to carefully inspect it before finally putting her mind at ease.

”Xiaobai, are you male or female?” Mo Baobao suddenly asked as if she just thought of it.

Little Fox was embarrassed...

Of course, it was male, so it spoke up and said, ”Master, I am male...” Little Fox said helplessly.

”Really? Let me see...” Baobao turned Little Fox over in her hands, intending to see whether it was indeed male...

Startled by her words, Little Fox became aware of Baobao’s actions, feeling as if its entire being was becoming unbearable! Surely she wasn’t trying to look at its...

Ahhh, not there! Master, how could you be so shameless...

Mo Jiuli, who had been ignored by her own daughter and Little Fox, felt wronged. However, seeing their interaction now, Mo Jiuli felt as if a flock of crows were flying over her head...

How serious Baobao was...

Firmly holding its legs together, Little Fox feared that it would let Mo Baobao see something she shouldn’t, trembling slightly as it said, ”Master, there’s no need to look; I am truly male...”

”Xiaobai, let me see. Besides, you’re so young; how do you know if you’re male or female! Let me see if you have a Little Bird, and then we’ll know...” Mo Baobao continued very seriously, ”Mother said that only those who have Little Birds are men and male beasts...”

Xiaobai felt miserable inside, pitifully looking at Mo Jiuli, silently pleading his Mistress to save him...

Mo Jiuli, upon hearing Baobao’s words, coughed awkwardly and said, ”Baobao, Xiaobai already said he’s male, so he is. Don’t bother looking.”

”Mother, I just want to check if Xiaobai really has a Little Bird...” Mo Baobao stuck out her tongue, naughty Xiaobai said.

Mo Jiuli was left speechless...

”Baobao, didn’t your mother tell you before, you can’t just look at Little Birds? Male-to-female interactions should be kept at bay, ahem... that goes for beasts, too...” Mo Jiuli reluctantly explained.

It wasn’t her fault; having a daughter who’s a genius can also be heartbreaking. It all started when Baobao, who was just over two years old, suddenly asked why men and women were different...

Faced with her daughter’s innocent, clueless gaze, Mo Jiuli felt powerless for the first time. How was she supposed to explain it to her daughter? Was she expected to teach her two-year-old daughter about biology or something...

But, Baobao wasn’t just a genius; she was a curious genius. Mo Jiuli knew that if she did not provide an answer for Baobao, she might just go ask someone else someday...

In order to prevent her daughter from being led astray by others, Mo Jiuli had to tell Baobao that men were those with Little Birds, and women were without...

For some unknown reason, Baobao seemed satisfied with that answer...

However, Mo Jiuli never expected that Baobao would still remember her words and even want to see Little Fox’s Little Bird, making her, as a mother, extremely distressed...

”Mother, Xiaobai isn’t an outsider; since we’re contracted together, naturally we’re on the same side. What’s so scary about taking a look?” Mo Baobao carelessly said.

That day, she had planned to render Uncle Xue unconscious with poison and look at his Little Bird, but unfortunately, Uncle Xue was immune to her poison, causing her plan to fail...

Had Xue Feng known of Baobao’s thoughts, he would have been infinitely grateful that his body was immune to all poisons; otherwise, his innocence would have been ruined by Mo Baobao’s hands...
