Villain Extra: Rogue Reader

”What? That’s not fair!”

”We’ve been on the line for more than half an hour already!”

”Half an hour? I’ve been here for two hours already, and you have the nerve to complain?”

All the students who had been waiting for so long were disgruntled when the Pigeon literally permitted 3 additional students to skip the line. To make things worse, some of them even knew they had just arrived, so it was even more unfair.

”SILENCED!”

The Pigeon suddenly screeched and caused a soundwave.

Those who were caught off-guard plopped to the ground, their ears nearly going deaf.

However, Ray was prepared and cast his Elemental Barrier early to deflect the soundwave attack.

He was audacious, but not foolish enough to really believe the pigeon was anything ordinary.

Even the fiercest tiger in the wild would have to bow before this pigeon.

And no, this pigeon wasn’t some phoenix or contained any pure bloodline.

The pigeon was simply a cheat in general and one of the strongest beasts available.

There was also one big misconception that everyone had in here.

The principal of Crestellan Academy does not own the pigeon.

They were in a mutual relationship and cooperation.

Don’t get it?

Let’s simplify it then.

To summarize, this pigeon was ownerless, and it would be a real pity if Ray doesn’t do his best to rope this overpowered pigeon into his party.

’Sorry, William, but I shall gladly use your strategy to tame this pigeon to become mine. It’ll only be a waste if it goes to you anyway. Your brain is too stupid at the moment to even unveil the pigeon’s true potential.’

Ray already knew William had the plot armor buff, so there was literally no need for him to get any more.

He was just a tiny little extra character in this big, big world.

How could he not collect the strongest to be his bodyguard?

[You’re really a villain. All those are needed for the protagonist to become strong.]

’So what? The world loves a foolish hero like William. Even if he’s in a pinch, he would somehow pull out some bullshit technique out of his butt and win.’ Ray sneered inwardly.

He was hated and despised in this world. If he doesn’t work hard himself to arm himself, then that would be truly a clown move.

Any fellow readers who got transmigrated like him would have taken advantage of every little thing possible. Little by little, those would stack up into something humongous.

”Does anyone else have a problem with my arrangement?” The pigeon flapped their majestic wings and questioned solemnly. It hated being challenged the most.

...

At the Evaluation Room, the professors were rendered speechless.

”There, that Pigeon Cook goes again.”

”Ahh, I just knew Pigeon Cook wouldn’t be able to sit still.”

”What can we do? The Pigeon Cook insisted on being in charge. It’s not like we can do anything to it either.”

The other professors were completely helpless at the Pigeon, otherwise known as Cook.

The Cook name was the Pigeon’s idea, and nobody had the energy to even question that.

”Vice Principal, are you alright?” A professor noticed her unusual expression and asked in concern.

Elsa snapped out of her daze and smiled bitterly. ”Don’t you find it weird how this Raymond Carrion had a raw fish ready for Pigeon Cook?”

”Hmm, but the raw fish came from the maid he brought along. It could have been for his meal later on.”

”That shouldn’t be the case. I recognized the maid next to him. She was once a talented student of our academy, Belva.”

As soon as this professor finished their words, they suddenly felt a cold chill down their spine.

’Not good!’ They sensed danger and immediately activated a self-defensive barrier.

Alas, they reacted too long—or more specifically, their barrier wasn’t strong.

BOOOM!

The outspoken professor was blasted straight into the wall.

Elsa could only facepalm and feign blindness at their plight.

’Now why would you even utter those words, Professor Clark?’ She didn’t hold much sympathy for Clark. Almost every professor here recognized Belva, which was why they even bothered watching Raymond in the first place.

After all, she was once the favored seed for succeeding Professor Margaret.

Needless to say, the one who launched an attack on Clark was none other than Margaret.

To this day, Margaret still heavily regretted leaving for some research and allowed some of the trash nobles to harm Belva.

By the time she returned to the academy, everything was already set in stone.

She also wanted to get revenge on those students who targeted her favored student, only to end up being persuaded back. They had advanced to the fifth year, which meant that they were deployed to a military team.

In other words, they had to be hands-off and not interfere anymore.

Of course, just because she didn’t pursue the matter didn’t mean the incident was over.

From then on, Margaret had been extra harsh on nobles, especially those who were spoiled and flaunted their status around.

As time passed, her reputation became notorious even amongst fellow professors to never provoke her or mention the name, Belva.

”I want every detail of this student, Raymond Carrion.” Margaret glanced at Elsa and requested.

”It’s been sent to your desk.” Elsa seemed to have anticipated her request and had already made the arrangement.

Margaret didn’t say much as she simply nodded. She turned around and was prepared to leave the evaluation room before giving an ultimatum.

”I want to be that student’s homeroom teacher. No complaints, right?”

The other professors shook their heads in response.

Who would steal that student from you anyway?

That student was clearly a troublemaker and unruly!

In fact, they were more than pleased to hear that Margaret wished to be the main lecturer for Raymond.

Once Margaret’s presence could no longer be felt, Clark got up from the ground.

”You people sure are heartless!” Clark hissed and glared at his fellow coworkers. ”Your behavior is no different from that of students who just stood still like statues when Raymond was wreaking havoc.”
