Hentai Dragon King

”When the sun touches the Glans-Neck Mountain Range it’s over. Then, hut-building, start!”

Even though I said start, nothing begins until I throw the trees that will become the building materials.

First I rose together with Fullru.

”Geh. Was the plan shallow?”

Is the Glans-Neck Mountain Range about 1,000 meters in elevation?

To throw the lumber and have Fullru catch it, because of the angle we have to go even higher, and furthermore have Fullru move closer to the Margolant side.

”Shall I have Kaka or Pipi come between me and Fullru and relay the lumber?”

”Wouldn’t it be fine if I just go back and forth?”

”Fullru’s burden increases, but is that okay?”

”Un. It’s for Masaharu.”

”It’s for everyone, right.”

”Eeh. I’m working for Masaharu.”

”I see. There’s also the construction speed of the houses, and I don’t know where the bottleneck in lumber transport will be, so let’s change the personnel placement as appropriate.”

For now let’s try a few.

I descended into the forest and searched for suitable logs.

”Preparations on this side are ready.”

”Yeah.”

Even when separated I can talk with Fullru through wind magic.

”For now I’ll throw one.”

”Fine.”

I threw a log about ten meters long almost straight up toward Fullru.

If it’s too weak it won’t reach, if it’s too strong it’ll be hard to catch—the lower limit of force is difficult.

”Nn. Feels good.”

Because we’re separated I can’t see the fine details, but Fullru seems to have entangled the log with wind. A log is floating beside the wind horse.

Is it impossible for Fullru to have the quick wit to say ”Nn. Hard and thick and splendid” when she receives the log?

”One more is fine.”

”Double insertion, huh. You dirty pervert. I’ll throw the next one with about the same force.”

”Nn. Fine. ...What’s a dirty pervert?”

”It means a wonderful woman.”

”Ehehe... Masaharu, I love you...”

Fullru entangled the second log with wind and flew west. After a while she came back, so I threw another log.

For now there are no problems.

『Hello. Dura-san. How is the lumber transport going?』

『Yes. Even as it is there is no problem, but the cutting team of three is proceeding efficiently. It would be better to raise either Kaka-san or Pipi-san into the air and have them relay.』

『Then please arrange for Kaka.』

『Yes.』

Alright. Personnel change.

”Fullru.”

”What is it.”

”Kaka is coming up into the air, so Fullru, throw the logs you receive from me to Kaka.”

”Got it.”

This placement seems to have been optimal.

I throw straight up.

Fullru catches and throws sideways.

Kaka catches and drops straight down.

Esty-san catches and places it on the ground.

Iria and Pipi cut them to the desired sizes according to everyone’s orders.

At a relatively early stage contact came from Dura-san that the lumber was sufficiently gathered.

『The logs are ready. Even if we use the leftovers after building the houses for firewood there is still plenty of margin, so Masaharu-san please also participate in building the houses.』

『Understood.』

I rose into the sky, joined Fullru, and crossed the Glans-Neck Mountain Range.

I also joined Kaka and began descending.

Well then, what are everyone’s houses like.

Nn?

There are only two things that look like houses under construction.

Is it just hard to see because I’m looking down from high above?

For now they’re temporary huts until we live in proper houses, so as long as there are roofs and walls it’s fine, but is everyone struggling?

Or is the lumber transport too fast and the work hasn’t progressed much?

At least the one that has become tofu (has walls and a roof) is one house.

The people in charge of production seem to be doing indoor work and their figures aren’t visible.

But the other teams have no roofs so their figures can be seen; by process of elimination I can tell that the one whose house is nearing completion is the dog-girl team.

Having landed I gave a piggyback ride to Fullru, who must be tired.

”Come on. Elf-san. Get on.”

”Nn. Hey. Does Masaharu also call me Elf-san?”

”Yeah. You can’t have your name known, right. Rafilia-san calls you that, so I thought Elf-san is fine.”

”You can call me wife, or beloved person, or ’you,’ you know?”

”Well, when there are people around I’ll call you Elf-san.”

Carrying Fullru I headed toward the dog-girl team’s hut.

First I’ll observe from outside.

Yeah. A clean tofu house. From the exterior it looks like five or six people could line up and sleep.

Because it’s a hut only for sleeping there are no windows. Because it’s amateur construction the slight gaps in the wall boards can’t be helped.

I see.

They stood pillars cut into a concave shape and passed horizontal boards between them.

Right. I had only been thinking about the lumber and had completely forgotten about nails or rope or cement.

They had no choice but to combine and fix the wood. Making it so the wood could be fitted and assembled—was that Dura-san’s idea?

The roof is... I lightly jumped and checked above.

I see. On top of the lined-up boards they lined up the leftover branches and bark from when the logs were processed. With this even if it rains the leaks will be minimal.

As a temporary dwelling until we make a permanent residence, as a hut that can be made from the current situation, I think one can give it 100 points. Honestly the quality is higher than the temporary hut I had imagined.

Frankly I had been assuming about the quality of a bus stop in an abandoned village...

I peeked inside from the entrance that has no door. Because Fullru on my back would hit her head, I can’t enter the hut.

”Ooi. Everyone. How’s it going.”

”Ah! Masaharu-san! We’ve just finished the temporary assembly. Right now everyone is checking where to shave or replace boards to reduce the gaps, and polishing the boards.”

Petit Letree stopped her work and ran over. Shepa also jumped at me.

The Lian sisters seem to be polishing the walls with a tool made by bundling branches that is somewhere between a scrubbing brush and a broom.

Letree-san’s figure isn’t here—is she going to fetch lumber?

”Amazing. It’s a far more splendid house than I imagined.”

I stroked the heads of the two younger ones.

”Thank you very much. It’s thanks to Dura-san and Iria-san and Kaka-chan and Pipi-chan. They made it so that just by standing the pillars and inserting boards between them it becomes a house.”

”I see. Keep it up like this.”

”Yes!”

I left the dog-girl team’s hut.

”As expected of the dog girls.”

”Oh. Unexpected that words praising beast girls come from Elf-san.”

”Muu. Even I have changed a little.”

”That’s a good thing.”

”The one who changed me is Masaharu...”

”Oh. There are still boards beside the hut—what will they be used for?”

”...Aren’t they leftovers?”

Don’t tell me they’re also making furniture?

I’ll look forward to seeing how it turns out.

Well then, next is...

We moved to the construction site of the capybara girls.

”Just what is this...”

”Ah! Masaharu-san! We’re making an amazing house!”

Kemolori is full of fighting spirit.

But there’s only one log stuck into the ground, and nothing that looks like a hut.

Half of the capybara girls are half-rolling on two boards lying on the ground and gnawing the boards.

The remaining half including Kemolori are only clinging to the log and gnawing it.

”You lot, this isn’t the time to return to the wild... If you don’t make a hut by sunset it’ll be camping outdoors...”

”Yes! Leave it to us! Gaji gaji!”

”I see. Do your best...”

No matter how you look at it, it only looks as if the wild instincts of the capybara girls have awakened with outdoor life right in front of them.

Capybaras are creatures whose teeth keep growing, so they chew hard wood and stones to wear down their teeth. Have the instincts of the capybara girls also awakened?

Gnawing wood won’t make a house, but is it okay.

Or do they have some plan and are processing the wood?

They’re just playing, right?

Do the capybara girls not need roofs or walls?

Is it fine as long as they can gnaw the logs?

”I’ll have to make our hut early and go help them...”

”If it looks like it’s going to rain, I’ll move the rain clouds again.”

”I’m counting on you. Also, with that technique I want to make a pond—can you?”

”Nn. If there’s a chance I’ll do it.”

”Thanks. Forests and ponds—I’m always relying on you.”

”Nn. Arranging nature is sort of an elf’s role, so don’t worry about it. For an elf, being able to create one’s own forest is a very happy thing.”

”I see. Hearing you say that helps.”

”But you know. Right now, being together with Masaharu is even happier.”

”I see. You say such happy things. I’ll do my best so I don’t disappoint Fullru.”

Heavy responsibility. As the proposer of the beastman kingdom, I must do my best.

Next let’s go check on the cat-girl team’s situation.
