Hentai Dragon King

Karan karaan.

The sound of the bell is unusually close.

”Ah. I see. Lucia’s wool futon felt so good that I fell asleep on the church roof.”

The bell is in the bell tower that extends a little higher than the roof. Because it’s closer than usual, of course it sounds loud.

”Lucia, good morning.”

”Good morning. Masaru.”

”Today everyone is moving to Margolant.”

”Nn.”

Poyoyon.

Lucia’s white fur grew shorter and shorter, and from inside the fluffy fur ball the familiar capybara girl appeared.

”Then, I’m returning to the pack.”

”Aah.”

Lucia passed through the ceiling and suu descended downward.

The breakfast that began after that was lavish.

Because it was the last meal we would eat together, Rafilia-san must have splurged for us.

A soup boiled with turnip, onion, chives, cabbage, and dill. The next moment after the sweet flavor of the soup spread in my mouth, the refreshing sensation of the dill smoothly went through my nose. Incredibly delicious.

Dried fish that I was eating for the first time since being taken care of at the church. So fresh it didn’t seem like dried fish; I even felt as if I were eating raw fish or sashimi.

Fresh fried eggs received from the chickens kept in the courtyard. Eating them while the parties themselves were watching was a little awkward, but I gratefully ate them deliciously.

Two kinds of sausage. Because it’s winter it’s exactly the season for butchering pigs, so sausages are easy to obtain. There was meat sausage and blood-and-offal sausage. Because the dog girls preferred the blood sausage, I was a little impressed that they really are beastmen.

Four kinds of cheese. There was cow’s-milk cheese and sheep’s-milk cheese, each of them both newly bought and ones that had been aged for a while at the church. The aged cheese was so melt-in-the-mouth soft the moment it entered my mouth that it dissolved.

Besides the everyday red wine there was also sweet white wine as a luxury item. Furthermore dried powders of rosemary, lavender, fennel and the like plus honey were prepared, so we mixed them according to preference. The herbs are also delicious when dissolved in hot water as tea.

And Rafilia-san’s shredded bread that the moment it entered my mouth made me shout ”Delicious!”

Rafilia-san’s skill probably plays a large part, but medieval commoner food is incredibly delicious. Everything is additive-free and pesticide-free so the original taste of the ingredients stands out.

Even though it was more lavish than usual the preparation was faster than usual, so she must have gotten up early and prepared it.

Truly, I have nothing but gratitude...

Just ribbons, gym uniforms, bloomers and underwear don’t feel like I’ve repaid the kindness at all. I will definitely give more thanks somehow.

After finishing one piece of bread I headed toward the neighbors. The neighbors receive meals from Rafilia-san in exchange for donating vegetables to the church, and among them are two muscleheads.

”Uda, Doru. Good morning.”

”Good morning. Masaru-san!”

”Good morning. Masaru-san!”

After greeting the two I beckoned and led them out of the neighbors’ circle.

The two probably have a topic they don’t want overheard in a place with people’s eyes.

”Thank you for making the bathing tub for the capybara girls.”

”No no, not at all. We also did terrible things to the beastmen. That much doesn’t atone for our sins.”

”You two were also enslaved and couldn’t go against the slave merchant, so it can’t be helped. As proof you aren’t hated, no one blamed you, right?”

”Yes!”

”So, I want you to tell me—do you know roughly how many beastman slaves there are in Monvan?”

”In Monvan? Um... I think the ones at this church are all of them.”

”Eh? What do you mean?”

”Even if you ask what we mean...”

Doru lowered his voice.

”Monvan isn’t that wealthy. There’s no money to buy slaves.”

”Certainly I never saw any beastmen at all in the town...”

”Even if there are any, it would only be at the houses of rich people like council officers.”

”Yeah. If they were being taken care of at such rich houses, they’d be living a far more affluent life than us.”

”Eh? Then there are no suffering slave beastmen? Why was your former boss capturing beastmen?”

”If they’re captured in Monvan they’re taken to the royal capital. In the royal capital there are lots of slave beastmen.”

”Ah. So that’s it. This place is a front-line base or a relay point or something.”

”We don’t understand difficult words.”

The weight on my heart lightened a little.

I had been worried that I was only helping the beastmen I knew and abandoning children who might be suffering somewhere in this town.

”Male beastmen are made into soldiers in the army or are useful for reclaiming land, so they’re taken near the royal capital or the borders and sold.”

”I see.”

I feel sorry for them, but I don’t think I can liberate all slave beastmen with my power, and if I did it would bring chaos to the world and many people would become victims.

Without overestimating my own power, I’ll do what I can.

First, securing the safety and future of the children who believe in me is the highest priority.

”So. I’m sorry it’s sudden, but I’m leaving here.”

”Eh?! Why! Masaru-san!”

”If sleeping alone is lonely, I’ll always sleep together with you!”

”I’ll also sleep together!”

”No, I’ll decline. Seriously. The reason I’m leaving is that more than twenty people can’t keep depending on the church forever, and I found a good piece of land.”

”Is that so. It’ll be lonely...”

Hey, stop it. Don’t make such sad faces, both of you.

I only greeted you as a matter of courtesy...

Damn.

Even my tear ducts are loosening.

We’re the kind of friends who slept in a row in the same room...

”Thank you for everything until now. If there’s an opportunity I’ll come visit. Let’s meet again!”

”Yes. Let’s meet again!”

I held out my right hand for a handshake, but was hugged by Uda. After Uda I was also hugged by Doru.

I was hugged so tightly gyuu that I wondered if the sweat smell would soak in.

Well, if this is the culture of this country it can’t be helped.

If we depart for a distant country we might never meet again.

I don’t intend to die so easily, but the Middle Ages Europe is an era where medicine and public hygiene are undeveloped and wars never cease, so the average lifespan is said to have been in the twenties.

Even if I don’t die, the muscleheads might die from some chance.

Although it’s embarrassing I carefully looked at both their faces and engraved them on the insides of my eyelids.

”Stay well!”

”Yes!”

”Yes!”

”From the bottom of my heart I’m praying for your health! Don’t get injured! Don’t get sick!”

”Yes! Thank you very much!”

”Yes! Thank you very much!”

Seriously, okay?

Even if something happens to you I have a means to help but I don’t want to help.

No, I want you to be saved, but I don’t want to put my cock into your anuses.

Having you suck and drink it is also unpleasant.

Therefore, seriously stay healthy.

Goddess who governs health, please. May they fulfill their natural lifespans!

Even if they get sick, please make it a sickness outside the effective range of the elixir so that it’s ”it can’t be helped”!
