Peerless Divine Doctor

Chapter 628: Chapter 628: Return to Huaxia_1

”Void Shattering Realm, huh...” Ye Luo murmured to himself, his eyes sparkling with sharpness. Could the man in the dream have reached the Void Shattering Realm?

Deep down, Ye Luo had a feeling that the man was even stronger than those of the so-called Void Shattering Realm. Although he had never seen a practitioner of that realm, it was an intuition.

However, who was that powerful person, and what was the meaning of the dream he had before? It all remained a mystery, and Ye Luo was eager to know the answers, yet he had no clue.

”Ye Luo, you’re awake!”

Suddenly, Xue Na came to her senses and, seeing Ye Luo, she revealed a faint smile, followed by Alice waking up.

”Princess Xue Na, Alice, you both have worked hard!” Ye Luo said to the two women.

”Ye Luo, what are you talking about? I should be the one saying thank you. If it weren’t for you last night, who knows what would have become of our Royal Family. Perhaps both my mother and I would have been killed by those of the Blood Clan,” Xue Na couldn’t help but say.

”Right, have those of the Blood Clan come to cause trouble again?”

”No, after last night, the Royal Palace increased its security. Meanwhile, the government has issued warnings to the Blood Clan, so they don’t dare to make moves any longer. Plus, my Aunt Liya has been completely detained, and both the Floran and Laut families have been brought under control. It’s just a pity that I heard this Fate person has escaped, and he hasn’t been found.”

Ye Luo’s eyes flickered and he said, ”This Fate is not a simple person; you all need to be more careful.”

More than an hour later, Ye Luo and Alice arrived at Y Country International Airport, preparing to board a plane back to Zhonghai, Huaxia.

Inside the airport, Princess Xue Na, the butler Leon, and Captain Ollie stood there, watching Ye Luo and Alice.

”Ye Luo, take care. If I have the chance, I’ll definitely come to Huaxia to find you,” Xue Na said to the two of them.

”Alright, then I will wait in Huaxia for good news from the princess,” Ye Luo said with a smile, leading Alice under the escort of the staff to the plane’s boarding gate. Soon, Ye Luo and Alice boarded the plane and began their journey back to Huaxia.

Meanwhile, in a dark chamber somewhere in Y Country, Fate, who had escaped the pursuit of the Y Country Royal Family, appeared there, kneeling on the ground before a figure shrouded in a black robe, from whom no signs of life could be felt.

”Master, I am sorry, I have failed in my mission,” Fate said with a bow.

”Useless, if it weren’t for the little contribution you’ve made, you would be a corpse by now,” the figure in the black robe said with a cold, hoarse voice.

Fate trembled and said, ”Thank you, master!”

”Since this step has failed, let’s move on to the next one,” the figure in the black robe said coldly.

...

In Zhonghai, Huaxia, after seven to eight hours of flight time, the plane from Y Country finally landed at Zhonghai International Airport. When Ye Luo stepped off the plane and breathed in the familiar air, he couldn’t help but sigh, feeling good to be back.

This departure had been even more perilous and thrilling than his time in Miaojiang, and if not for a stroke of luck and the favor of the heavens, he might not have made it back at all.

”Brother, is this the place where you live?”

Alice approached Ye Luo and whispered, looking at the unfamiliar surroundings.

”Yes, this is where I live, and later I’ll take you to meet a few sisters. From now on, we will live together. But are you sure you want to live here, Alice? Everything here is very different from Y Country,” said Ye Luo, looking at Alice.

”Don’t worry, brother, I’ll adapt,” Alice said with a sweet smile, looking incredibly adorable.

”Hmm,” Ye Luo nodded. The reason he had brought Alice back this time was not just because of Alice herself but also because of the actions of a Blood Clan youth named Andrew from the night before.

The Blood Clan youth seemed to recognize Alice and was very keen on getting her. Although Ye Luo did not know what relationship they had, he still did not want such a cute and innocent little girl to fall into the hands of those Blood Clan people.

So, he brought Alice back to Huaxia to make it a bit safer by keeping her away from Y Country. Those Blood Clan members, audacious as they were, wouldn’t dare to break into Huaxia that easily to cause mischief.

Ye Luo led Alice through the crowd towards the airport terminal, preparing to exit the airport and head to Meiyue Company, when suddenly, as they were about to leave the airport’s large...

Busy looking around at her surroundings, Alice did not pay attention and bumped into a middle-aged man in a suit and with sparse hair. The collision caused Alice to rebound to the ground.

In an instant, a wave of anger surged on the middle-aged man’s face as he glared at Alice. However, when he saw her delicate and lovely appearance, a lecherous expression flashed through his eyes, and he excitedly moved forward saying, ”Little girl, are you alright? Let uncle help you up.”

As the middle-aged man reached out his pudgy hand to touch Alice, Ye Luo grabbed it firmly.

The man was taken aback, looking at Ye Luo, and snorted, ”What are you doing, kid?”

”I should be the one asking you that. Keep your pig’s trotters to yourself,” Ye Luo said indifferently. With a flick of his hand, he sent the middle-aged man stumbling backwards. Then he reached out to help Alice up.

”Alice, are you alright?”

”I’m fine, brother. It’s my fault; I wasn’t careful and bumped into this uncle.” Alice spoke softly.

”It’s okay, don’t be scared,” Ye Luo said with a slight smile at the corner of his mouth.

”Kid, so you’re this little girl’s brother, huh? You heard her, she ran into me just now. Tell me, how do you plan to compensate?” the middle-aged man said, staring directly at Ye Luo.

Ye Luo glanced at him, noticing the group of men dressed in black suits and wearing sunglasses, and said flatly, ”You are not injured, so why should there be any compensation?”

”Hmph, do you know who I am, kid? Even if I am not injured, shouldn’t someone be compensated for being bumped into? Today you’d better explain yourself if you don’t want to be unable to leave,” the middle-aged man huffed.

The group of men with sunglasses surrounding him stared coldly at Ye Luo, radiating a powerful aura, among them two experts from the Innate Realm.

A disdainful smile appeared on Ye Luo’s lips. In a flash, he appeared in front of the man, grabbing him by the throat and said coldly, ”Now, do you still need my compensation?”

”You...”

The middle-aged man’s eyes bulged as his face turned a shade of red, feeling a strong sense of suffocation. The group of men in suits and sunglasses around him changed their expressions and were about to charge forward.
