Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 3149: Chapter 3147: Going to Find Nannan

”Dad, let’s go to Uncle’s house. I miss Nannan.” Yu Chen hadn’t played with Nannan for a while, and there he didn’t have to think about when his mother would come home, or worry about missing her.

Because Nannan told him that at their house, he could call Nannan’s mother ”mom.”

Although he never called Nannan’s mother ”mom,” he really liked the warm atmosphere there.

”Okay, I’ll take you there. I have to go to work at the company.” Early the next morning, Chu Molin got up, took care of the two children, and prepared to send them to Chu Xiaoqiao’s place, but Yu Chen’s request made him change his mind at the last minute.

”Alright.” Yu Chen didn’t have anything else to say.

And Yu Ze needed to watch over his brother to keep him from being naughty, so he had to go along.

However, this wasn’t what he wanted; he preferred being at home. Since Gao Shenbin and others were coming, he had things to keep them busy.

But now that his brother wanted to go, he had no choice but to agree and follow along; otherwise, there was no one to keep an eye on him there, which would give a bad impression.

Yu Ze indeed thought too much; Yu Chen simply wanted to go there because of the warmth in the household.

But Yu Ze didn’t know, so he didn’t say much, and they went together.

”Take your own food with you; eat when you’re hungry.” Since Yu Ze didn’t object, Chu Molin didn’t add anything else, but reminded them to prepare themselves.

Now that Dongfang Li had to take care of a little one, sending two more over might be difficult, so bringing their own food wouldn’t trouble them too much for a while.

Even though it was his brother’s house, Chu Molin didn’t want to impose on them too much.

”I understand, Dad, don’t worry. I’ll take good care of Yu Chen.” In Yu Ze’s heart, with Mom not at home and Xue Ling also away, he would take on the responsibility of being an elder brother.

At such times, doing anything else would be impossible, so he must fulfill his duties as a big brother to help his father lighten the burden.

It’s not the first time he’s taken care of him, and Yu Chen always listens to him.

Therefore, no matter the situation, it’s good because this is what he should do.

”I’ll leave Yu Chen to you then. Make sure you watch him and also take care of your own safety, alright?” Chu Molin wanted his younger son to be well, but he also wanted his elder son to be safe.

They’re both his children, and he doesn’t want to see either of them hurt.

Regarding this matter, he has his intentions; once they settle in, he can wait for his wife by himself, without having to take them to the pier to face the cold wind.

In this matter, he’s selfish, since he cares about the children’s health, because they are born from his wife, and he doesn’t want her to return someday to find any injury with them.

But this hasn’t been discussed with them, so he doesn’t want them to follow him there again, as it’s truly cold.

”Hmm, we’ll behave. Yu Chen, are you ready?” Yu Ze looked at his brother. He was the one who first spoke, but if he’s not prepared, it wouldn’t be right.

Now that Father was about to take them away, they had to get going. This result was what they wanted.

”Ready, let’s go.” Yu Chen brought along two picture books but didn’t bring any food.

”Sit properly, don’t move around, got it?” Chu Molin put the two children in the car seats, gave them instructions, and then rode off.
