Super Strong Little Divine Farmer

Chapter 865: Chapter 866: Mutant Warrior

Sam looked down at the Array Plate beneath his feet, his face contorted into a sinister sneer: ”Kid, no matter what tricks you use, you can’t beat me.”

As he spoke, Sam’s iron fist struck at Lin Chen once again.

”Boom!”

Accompanied by a muffled sound, Sam’s fist smashed towards Lin Chen once again.

However, this time Lin Chen didn’t dodge or avoid; he swung his fist to meet Sam’s iron fist head-on.

But this time, it wasn’t Lin Chen who was sent flying, but Sam.

Sam stumbled back four or five steps, his face filled with shock.

”How is this possible!”

The spectators gasped in surprise, knowing just moments earlier Sam had been dominating Lin Chen in the fight, but now he was pushed back by Lin Chen.

With a ferocious expression, Sam said: ”Kid, I’m going to kill you.”

His body, like a bolt of lightning, rushed at Lin Chen again, and the two figures clashed intensely once more.

However, this time the situation was completely different from before. Sam’s punches, both in strength and speed, seemed to be restricted, and he couldn’t perform at his full capacity.

On the other hand, Lin Chen was like a fish in water, continuously launching attacks at Sam and landing blows successively.

After over a dozen rounds, the situation on the field had completely reversed.

”Boom!”

After another collision, Sam’s body was sent flying again, crashing heavily to the ground.

Sam looked at Lin Chen in horror: ”What did you use to stop me from exerting my full strength?”

Lin Chen smiled faintly: ”This is the power of five thousand years of Chinese civilization. Kid, use any skills you have; if this is all the strength you’ve got, I’m ready to end the fight.”

Sam’s face twisted into a malevolent grin: ”Kid, you’re the first one who’s forced me to use a genetic enhancer. Fine, I’ll show you that your five thousand years of civilization are nothing in front of our American technology.”

With those words, Sam took out a syringe filled with green liquid and injected it into his arm.

As the needle jabbed in, Sam let out a fierce roar, and his aura surged dramatically.

Lin Chen frowned, having never anticipated that American genetic technology had advanced to such a formidable extent that it allowed someone to continually break through their limits using a chemical agent.

Sam’s eyes brimming with intense murderous intent: ”Kid, prepare to die.”

As his voice fell, Sam’s body charged towards Lin Chen again.

Boom! An iron fist almost tore through the air and slammed ferociously towards Lin Chen.

Feeling the formidable power of that iron fist, even Fairy Mu Yun’s face was filled with apprehension.

Everyone held their breath for Lin Chen.

Unexpectedly to everyone, Sam’s mighty iron fist seemed to be obstructed just one meter away from Lin Chen.

”Defensive Array!” Zhang Yu’s eyes lit up.

The Mysterious Five Elements Array, capable of both offense and defense.

However, Sam’s attack was too formidable; even though it was blocked momentarily, the air began to crackle with the sound of breaking.

Eventually, with a loud bang, the barrier in front of Lin Chen was shattered by Sam.

But at the same moment, Lin Chen also disappeared without a trace.

Having swung at empty air, Sam’s face twisted with furious rage.

But just then, fog surged suddenly in front of the mountain gate, enveloping Sam in an instant.

Surrounded by fog, Sam’s expression grew even more gloomy as he felt that there seemed to be murderous intent everywhere around him.

At that moment, Sam felt a sudden booming under his feet and his expression changed to see two streaks of fire shooting directly at him.

Sam’s face registered shock, and he leaped aside in a flash.

However, before his feet even touched the ground, two ice blades flew out from beneath the soil.

”Damn it!” Sam was scared out of his wits and his body was flung backwards in the air.

Just then, two vines shot out, twining around his legs.

Sam’s eyes sharpened, a flash of gold in his gaze, and he shot out two beams of golden light, cutting off the vines wrapped around his legs.

At the same time, Sam felt a tingling on the top of his head, and as he looked upwards, his face turned deathly pale to see a large golden net descending from the sky, tightly ensnaring him.

”Boom!”

This series of attacks was linked one after another; though Sam was powerful, his reactions were overwhelmed, and he was eventually captured by the golden net.

If it were a regular Martial Artist, being covered by the golden net would have already rendered them devoid of the ability to resist, but Sam had taken gene-enhancement potions after all.

With a furious roar, his body swiftly swelled, and the golden net was actually shattered by him directly.

But almost at the same time, Lin Chen finally appeared, palm cradling a four-colored orb, abruptly appearing in front of Sam.

”No!” Just free from the golden net, Sam had no strength to dodge and watched helplessly as the four-colored orb heavily smashed into him.

In an instant, a thunderous boom resounded in front of the mountain gate of Jade Maiden Peak, with gold light shining in the fog, causing the entire Jade Maiden Peak to tremble.

Fairy Mu Yun and several elders hurriedly protected their disciples.

Finally, when the light and shadows faded, a figure slowly walked out from the mist.

”It’s Lin Chen!” Seeing that figure made everyone’s face shine with joy.

But the expression on Brigg and others turned exceptionally ugly, as they saw a figure lying in a pool of blood within the fog.

”Sam!” Brigg’s face turned pale; Sam was a genetically engineered warrior crucially nurtured by his country—they had invested countless resources into him.

Yet this invincible gene warrior, perceived as nearly undefeatable in their minds, had just been defeated by Lin Chen right after making his appearance.

Everyone had witnessed Sam’s might just now, but now with Lin Chen defeating the seemingly insuperable Sam, shock was quickly replaced by awe.

Just how formidable was Lin Chen’s strength that he could defeat a genetically mutated warrior who surpassed human limits.

Zhang Yu took a deep breath: ”Lin Chen’s control over formations has become so powerful.”

Zhang Yu understood that every attack from Lin Chen was a perfect utilization of formations; he step by step cornered Sam into a death trap, continuously weakening his power, ultimately delivering a lethal blow.

Brigg lifted the fallen Sam, seeing his body gruesomely mangled from the backlash of genetic potion combined with Lin Chen’s attack; he had already passed out.

From the condition of his injury, even if he woke up, there was no question that he’d be a cripple.

Brigg’s face twisted malevolently, he had brought many elite disciples this time solely to crush the spirit of the Huaxia Martial Artists, yet now his elites had been disabled by Lin Chen, how could he possibly justify this back home.

”Kid, we came here to spar, but you struck so ruthlessly, I must seek justice for those disciples.” As his words finished, Brigg’s body appeared in front of Lin Chen like lightning, his claw-like hand reaching out to grab him.

Fairy Mu Yun’s expression changed, regardless, she never imagined Brigg to be so shameless, to actually make a move against a junior.

But Brigg’s reasoning was simple; Lin Chen’s strength was too terrifying. If left to grow, he would inevitably become a severe threat, so he decided to strike fatally to kill Lin Chen, nipping this terrifying talent in the bud.

Feeling an oppressive suffocation approaching, Lin Chen’s expression suddenly changed, the opponent’s strength was too great, beyond his ability to defend against.

However, Lin Chen didn’t plan to surrender without a fight, a cold aura emanated out as he prepared for a desperate battle!
