I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 238: SVOP: Chapter 238

”The Great Pirate... Shiki!” Kedaruk’s expression changed slightly.

Vladimir also turned his gaze sideways. Unlike others who needed Observation Haki, he only needed his naked eyes to see clearly.

On that huge flying ship stood a man with golden lion-like hair, arms crossed over his chest.

His feet were amputated, replaced by two sword blades.

A ship’s wheel was stuck on top of his head. At this moment, he grinned, looking down at the black sphere below.

”A mysterious power!” He stroked his chin and grinned: ”This black sphere has altered the gravity inside, even light cannot penetrate...”

The Shiki focused intently; no one knew what he was thinking.

Vladimir remained calm and was not surprised by the Shiki’s appearance. After all, the Flying Pirates had already arrived at Cake Island, so his appearance was reasonable.

”Not hiding up in the sky like a coward, but coming here to die, Shiki?”

Vladimir flipped his hand, and instantly, the power of holy light condensed into a silver-white spear.

Then, the holy light spear suddenly shot out from the dark sphere, crossing hundreds of meters in an instant, heading straight for the Great Pirate Shiki at the bow of the flying ship.

”Ha ha ha... Dream! Where did you come from?”

The Shiki laughed loudly: ”Ten years ago, I never heard of you powerful guys!”

Whoosh!

The holy light spear exploded, holy light engulfing the entire flying ship.

Boom!

Before the holy light spear could hit the flying ship, it exploded violently.

The powerful holy light illuminated the sky, turning it white in an instant.

This enormous ship was reduced to ashes within seconds under this strike.

”Ha ha ha... Very strong! A master as strong as you cannot remain unknown. Where exactly did you come from?”

Above the exploding holy light, the Shiki floated in midair, gazing at the huge black sphere below.

Shiki Shiki, the legendary great pirate, captain of the Flying Pirates, one of the world’s five recognized flying-type Devil Fruit users.

For example, Marco’s Mythical Zoan Phoenix form belongs to the five flying-type ”Bird-Bird Fruit” category.

Shiki’s Float-Float Fruit also grants flight ability.

No need to develop skills; just eating the fruit naturally grants flight.

He was once on par with Whitebeard Edward Newgate, Pirate King Gol D. Roger, and others, already famous before the Great Pirate Era.

Back then, after Roger completed conquering the Grand Line, he was captured. Shiki couldn’t believe it and broke into the Navy Headquarters alone, fighting Vice Admiral Garp and Fleet Admiral Sengoku fiercely, destroying half the Navy HQ before being captured and imprisoned in the sixth level of the deep sea prison.

Two years later, he cut off his own feet to escape the shackles of Seastone, causing chaos in the prison and escaping.

For the next ten years, he remained silent until recently, when the Big Mom territory was thrown into chaos. He suddenly appeared, raising his arm and recruiting troops. Many New World pirate crews pledged allegiance to the Flying Pirates.

Recalling this man’s past, Vladimir admired him but couldn’t help mocking: ”A loser who lost to Roger and was eliminated by the new era still wants to stir up trouble in the world? Don’t make people laugh. Be smart and hide trembling in some corner of the world. That way, you might live the rest of your life in peace.”

Hearing this, the Shiki’s face darkened, laughing angrily.

”How many years has it been? No arrogant person dared to act recklessly before me. You’ve got guts!”

This was heartfelt. Usually, when pirates heard the Shiki’s name, no matter how many years had passed, they would instinctively show some fear, since they grew up hearing his legend.

But Vladimir was different. Aside from his strength, he wasn’t afraid at all. His knowledge of the Shiki was just a line of intelligence.

Not to mention the Shiki, even if Roger were resurrected, it would be the same.

”But I’m not here to fight you.” After a pause, the Shiki snorted coldly: ”You are the Sky Ruler, one of Dream’s three main officers. You should have a way to contact the captain. I want to meet your captain, Emperor Vladimir.”

”Hmm?” Vladimir raised an eyebrow, somewhat surprised. He had thought the Shiki came for the Red Stone.

Seemingly guessing his thoughts, the Shiki continued: ”The Red Stone, that thing is meaningless. If I want to go to Laugh Tale, I will personally find the place Roger reached. I have no reason not to find it! No need for a signpost!”

”Heh heh heh... As expected of someone on par with Roger. Your ambition and vision are on a different level from those others.”

Vladimir sneered. If Laugh Tale were so easy to find, Whitebeard would have reached it long ago.

And the ”others” he mentioned naturally referred to the three major powers.

Kedaruk’s expression was unsettled. The Shiki’s sudden appearance attracted the Archangel’s attention. Logically, now was a good chance to escape.

But his pride wouldn’t allow it!

As one of the three leaders of the chaotic seas, standing at the top of the pirate pyramid, fleeing in panic would be shameful. He would lose face to continue.

”Only one chance! Kill him!”

His eyes flashed fiercely. Kedaruk quietly drew a dagger from his waist.

The dagger was small, but its blade was made of rare Seastone, a weapon specially prepared for Devil Fruit users.

It was originally made to kill Andy Poland, since awakened Ancient Zoan users were almost unkillable, with incredible regeneration and endurance, but if their abilities were neutralized, they were much easier to deal with.

At this moment, without hesitation, taking advantage of the Archangel’s focus on the Shiki, he launched an attack.

”Die!”

Shouting wildly inside, Kedaruk’s fluid spread out, half his body turning into a storm, easily rushing behind Vladimir.

In eternal darkness, a blade glinted coldly, stabbing toward Vladimir’s back.

Right at the heart!

Even for a top-tier Yonko-level expert, a stab to the heart would cause serious injury, if not death.

Just as the dagger was about to pierce, suddenly, the figure in front disappeared.

In an instant, Kedaruk’s Observation Haki lost Vladimir’s presence.

The next moment, the wrist holding the dagger was grabbed fiercely by a large hand.
