I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 237: SVOP: Chapter 237

Kedarck could hardly believe it.

The divine utterance of the Great Angel actually caused the whirlwind vortex he had created to vanish, and even more shocking, he could no longer control the wind elements again.

The scene he previously experienced with Kizaru also happened to him once more.

His fruit ability was sealed!

No—accurately speaking, it wasn’t sealed, but he simply couldn’t control natural elements anymore. His fluid still existed, but he could no longer summon the wind and waves.

”What kind of ability is this!?” Kedarck stared at Vladimir with wide, fixed eyes.

Although he couldn’t see clearly, he knew that guy was in that direction.

”A devil fruit that can erase others’ abilities... I’ve never even heard of such a thing!”

Devil fruits are incredibly diverse, with countless strange powers. Perhaps a mythical Zoan-type angel fruit truly exists, but there’s no way a fruit that can erase others’ abilities exists.

”Ignorant. Who told you I’m an ability user?” Vladimir looked at him calmly. Others might fall into darkness, but he wouldn’t. To him, the world was still broad daylight.

At this moment, looking at the pirate Kedarck, Vladimir’s eyes carried a hint of sympathy.

In this world, when people see supernatural powers, their first reaction is always to suspect a devil fruit. When Akainu first saw the Sea King, it was the same. Although the Sea King was in the water and theoretically shouldn’t be an ability user, the initial instinct was still to fall into this strange cycle.

Hearing this, Kedarck’s heart trembled. He suddenly remembered that the people of the Phantom are mysterious and bizarre—no one has ever heard of any member being a specific type of fruit ability user.

”This is trouble...” he thought.

Thinking of this, Kedarck felt extremely troubled. Rationally, fleeing was the best choice, but with most of his pirate crew wiped out, how could he just run away?

”Great Angel!!”

At this moment, a furious roar sounded.

A black-haired giant ape suddenly swooped toward Vladimir, its eyes filled with hatred and rage, in a berserk state.

”Roar!”

A deafening roar immediately sent out harsh sound waves.

This sonic attack covered a vast area. Even Vladimir frowned slightly, feeling his internal blood flow become sluggish.

”Giant Ape’s Roar!”

The loud roar carried murderous intent, directed entirely at Vladimir.

The impact of this roar made Vladimir feel his body slow down for a moment.

Just like a normal person suddenly experiencing a loud noise at their side, their body would stiffen for a brief moment—Vladimir was no exception.

And in that moment, Andy Poland threw a punch.

”Gorilla King Fist!”

This punch was mighty, as if covering a whole stretch of space.

”Excellent body technique. The mastery of Haki isn’t bad either.”

Vladimir recovered swiftly, retracting his six wings, and immediately blocked the attack.

Bang!

This berserk punch struck his wings, producing a thunderous muffled sound.

Vladimir was knocked flying, but in the next instant, his six wings spread again, stabilizing his body in midair without retreating more than ten meters.

”What?” Andy Poland was stunned. ”How is that possible? No Haki defense, yet my hard punch with wings caused no damage!”

That was just three pairs of wings!

He believed his punch could crush a small mountain, yet it only pushed Vladimir back ten meters.

”Hahaha...” Vladimir chuckled lightly. ”Have you ever experienced the speed of a body at sonic velocity? The pressure endured during flight is even greater than your punch.”

As he finished speaking, Vladimir’s figure turned into a streak of light, instantly crossing over ten meters and appearing in front of the giant ape’s chest.

”Mach Impact!”

Boom!

Vladimir exploded with sonic speed, with all the inertia and impact concentrated in one punch, crashing directly into the giant ape’s abdomen.

With a loud bang, the giant ape’s nearly steel-hard skin, even with Haki defense, was dented and collapsed under this strike.

”Ugh!”

Andy spewed a mouthful of sour liquid, and his massive body fell to the ground.

No—within this space where gravity was reversed, the ground was actually the sky.

Not far away, on the floating island, Kedark’s expression changed drastically, filled with horror: ”What kind of speed is this? Even my top-tier Observation Haki can’t track his movements!”

His explosive power was too terrifying; even ”listening” couldn’t keep up.

Speed exceeding the speed of sound naturally results in this kind of outcome.

Vladimir exhaled lightly, gazing at the black-haired giant ape.

The opponent fell to the ground, then, under the pull of gravity, rapidly crashed toward the floating island.

”A five-star Great Angel, with a speed five times that of a two-star, can reach supersonic—only... such speed can only burst forth instantaneously, and cannot be maintained for long.”

For the current Great Angel, he could only sustain this speed for one or two seconds before needing to slow down.

”With this speed, I can suppress these people!”

Vladimir’s eyes flickered, and an idea suddenly formed in his mind. ℯ

But at this moment, a loud laugh echoed—coming from the sky, beyond the birdcage.

”Heh heh heh... Such an intense battle! Navy, pirates, Phantom—everyone’s watching. The Crimson Stone?”

Above the dark sphere and the birdcage, within a cloud, a massive flying ship slowly emerged.

In an instant, several Observation Haki waves extended toward that direction.
