I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 132: SVOP: Chapter 132

”It’s a pity. If you were a true dragon-type Mythical Zoan, you might have really been able to hold me back until reinforcements arrived!”

Vladimir raised his sword high, and frost power coiled around Frostmourne, transforming the blade into a ghostly blue.

The next moment, he swung his sword down, unleashing a sky-piercing ice blade from afar.

At the same time, the Ice Dragon Queen opened her mouth and roared, emitting a cold light dragon breath.

”Frost Breath!”

Whoosh whoosh whoosh!

The dragon breath was cone-shaped, first colliding with the Fire. Immediately, the two forces, one cold and one hot, invaded and canceled each other out, and thick steam spread throughout the sky.

But this stalemate was only for a moment. Azure was, after all, the Director of Impel Down, and his combat power was far above the Ice Dragon Queen. In just one second, the Frost Breath was scattered, and the scorching flames gained the upper hand.

However, at this moment, the sword that Vladimir had been preparing was complete.

Suddenly, the surrounding temperature drastically decreased, as if it had suddenly entered winter.

The sword that Vladimir slashed down easily cut through the Fire, and its momentum didn’t diminish, falling straight toward Azure below.

”What?!”

Azure’s eyes widened, his expression horrified. This time, his attack was several times stronger than before, but even so, it couldn’t break through the other party’s frost power.

”My flames can incinerate even Aokiji’s Ice Age. What exactly is your frost power...!”

His vision was filled with an approaching ice storm. Under this large-scale attack, with his massive body, he couldn’t dodge at all.

”I’ll freeze your soul along with you! This is the full power... Winter’s Wrath!”

Large swathes of frost power fell, and in an instant, this torrent of frost swallowed Azure’s body. Including Impel Down behind him, it was transformed into an ice sculpture castle under this strike!

Whoosh!

The frost swept past. Just the aftershocks had already frozen large areas of the surrounding sea.

And as the primary target, Azure had become a sculpture under the night, sparkling, with an expression of shock still on his face.

His consciousness, along with his soul, was frozen. For him, the world had stopped at that moment.

And behind him, the world’s strongest prison, symbolizing ”impregnable walls,” had also been turned into an ice crystal castle, as if it had existed for countless years, with no sign of life.

On the ghost ship, Doflamingo’s expression was shaken, and his heart was churning.

This was the first time he had seen the Lich King go all out. Although he had been able to guess that each of Phantom’s members was at least admiral-level, what he had seen now had greatly shaken his mind.

”This person not only controls souls, but also possesses freezing power that surpasses Aokiji’s! How is that possible... How can there be such a monster!”

Doflamingo thought to himself, finding it a little difficult to accept.

That strike just now, even if it were someone else, the result would probably be the same. Even the entire Great Prison was frozen. Even if the Navy came with a fleet, it would be the same fate.

On the dragon’s head, Vladimir breathed slightly.

Winter’s Wrath could be said to be his strongest application of frost power. Similar to Aokiji’s Ice Age, it consumed a large amount of stamina.

At full power, it was impossible to use it continuously, and he wouldn’t be able to use it many times.

However, fortunately, Azure’s body was huge, and as a target, he couldn’t dodge at all. Otherwise, it would have been difficult to deal with him.

If it were someone like Kizaru, who possessed the ability to move at the speed of light, he wouldn’t be able to hit him even with three chances.

”It’s over. In order to eliminate future troubles, I’ll harvest his soul as well!”

Thinking of this, Vladimir jumped to the top of the ice sculpture, then slapped down with his palm, and soul power extended out, extracting Azure’s soul, peeling it layer by layer, and forcibly grabbing it out.

If it were in a normal state, it would be difficult to succeed, but at this moment, the other party’s soul had been frozen, and he couldn’t resist at all, so it was easily harvested.

”1500 soul power! As expected of a Mythical Zoan.”

With a chuckle, Vladimir returned to the ghost ship and again whistled, ordering the two sea kings underwater to drag the ship away.

”Let’s go. If we don’t leave, Navy Headquarters support will arrive.”

Vladimir said in a low voice, turning back to look at the huge ice sculpture at the entrance of the Great Prison.

Back then, when he had just become the Lich King, he had been frozen by his own ability for three days and three nights, which showed the power of frost.

Vladimir dared to bet that if the Navy didn’t have special means, they wouldn’t be able to unfreeze Azure without spending a week or two.

Of course, if they really unlocked the ice seal, what they would get would be a soulless corpse.

”By the way, are you not going to take your undead army?” Suddenly, Doflamingo asked.

Hearing this, Vladimir chuckled, his eyes fixed, and called out, ”Appear, my undead army!”

In an instant, the undead who were lingering inside Impel Down, one after another, appeared on the ghost ship.

...

Not long after, five warships arrived at Impel Down in a mighty manner.

However, what greeted them was only that huge ice crystal snake statue, and behind the snake statue, Impel Down, which had existed for countless years, had been transformed into an ice fortress.

”Too late...?”

On the deck, Akainu’s expression was grim, and he said, gnashing his teeth, ”Damn Shichibukai! This matter is no longer something that Headquarters can decide. Report to the superiors... report to the Commander-in-Chief of the World Government!”

The bald man climbed onto the Ice Dragon Queen’s back wing. Then, the person and the dragon flew toward the island in front.

Watching them fly away, Vladimir then withdrew his gaze and stepped down from the bow of the ship.

”Line up.”

He spoke softly, and immediately, on the deck, hundreds of undead uniformly shook, then stood up straight.
