I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 107: SVOP: Chapter 107

”An interesting question, would we Phantom not investigate your background when seeking your cooperation?”

Vladimir chuckled, his golden fox eyes firmly watching the other party, bringing Doflamingo a mental pressure.

”Not only the identity of the Celestial Dragon, including your origin, as well as falling out with the Holy Land, even killing your father, a series of intelligence, we know everything.”

Hearing this, Doflamingo’s pupils shrank, the fear of Phantom in his heart becoming several points stronger.

The members of this organization were not only powerful, but even their intelligence work was so outstanding, able to dig his background clean, it was impossible without a top intelligence organization.

Continuing to listen to Vladimir recounting his past, Doflamingo couldn’t help but drip cold sweat, it was too terrifying.

”Stop! I know, anyway, let’s talk about serious matters.”

Seeing that he had already shocked the other party, Vladimir stopped while he was ahead, ”Then let’s talk about business. First of all, we have to kidnap the target person.”

”Who is the target person? It’s not Vegapunk, right?” Doflamingo couldn’t help but say, ”If it’s him, it’s very difficult, he’s heavily protected by the Navy, the guard force around him is not ordinary...”

Vegapunk, a legendary scientist, rumored to master scientific strength more than 500 years beyond the world.

Such a person, their status even surpassed an Admiral, belonging to a key figure in the Navy.

”It’s not him, it’s one of his colleagues, a scientist in the Navy’s Science Unit.” Vladimir smiled slightly, saying the person’s name, ”M. Caesar Clown.”

”Caesar Clown?” Doflamingo’s eyes flashed, ”I’ve heard of him, his nickname is C.C, a person who often opposes Vegapunk, he’s very young, it seems he’s not even thirty. Does this kind of person have artificial Devil Fruit technology?”

”He doesn’t have it, but he will master it.”

Vladimir snorted coldly, ”Don’t doubt my intelligence. I’m just telling you, what to do next.”

”Then tell me.”

”First of all, this person often conducts some inhumane experiments, human experiments are even commonplace, recently, the Navy has already arrested him, and is detaining him at the Headquarters Marineford.” Sure enough, he wants to rob someone from the Navy Headquarters!

The corner of Doflamingo’s eyes twitched, the Phantom lunatics were really fearless.

If it were him, he wouldn’t dare to think about it, he would only use a more gentle method to achieve his goal.

”How exactly do we operate?” After a moment of silence, Doflamingo had no choice but to ask.

Having already boarded the thief ship, he had no way to get off, wanting to get off, he still had to ask if the other party agreed.

”It’s very simple, I will enter Marineford with the identity of a Shichibukai, directly facing Sengoku and others, using collecting debts as a cover, restraining their attention, then I will deliberately cause a commotion.”

Vladimir said calmly, ”As for you, then you use your Celestial Dragon identity, enter the Headquarters, play it by ear, first find the detention location of Caesar, then consider how to rob the person.”

”Me alone?!” Doflamingo opened his mouth, ”Are you kidding me? Do you think I have your kind of combat power?”

”Don’t worry, there will naturally be other Phantom members assisting you at that time.”

Vladimir remained calm.

Of course, everything above was him duping the other party, in reality, he was preparing to sell Doflamingo, and then personally rob the person, as for selling the other party, would it cause the other party’s betrayal, he wasn’t afraid at all.

At worst, he would settle the score with Doflamingo afterwards, it wouldn’t affect the big picture.

”Unreliable...” Doflamingo shook his head, but didn’t dare to refuse.

His strength wasn’t as good as Nine-Tailed, but he also had confidence, even if the Navy knew what he was going to do, they wouldn’t dare to do anything to him.

”However, I think you also have other plans, if there’s an accident, use this to contact me.”

Saying this, Doflamingo took out a white Den Den Mushi.

Vladimir casually took it, couldn’t help but saying, ”Eavesdropping-proof white Den Den Mushi, this is a rare item.”

Putting the thing away, he slowly got up, walking towards the wide open window.

”The plan will start tomorrow, five days later, I will enter Marineford, then, you come in through the regular channels.”

”I know. I will be ready, if there are other situations, use the phone to contact me.”

”Then, see you at Headquarters.”

Leaving a sentence, Vladimir leaped, jumping out of the window, then with a few flashes, quickly disappearing from view.

Watching him leave, Doflamingo sat on the sofa without saying a word, after a while he got up and left.

”Damn it, he didn’t even mention the distribution of benefits, obviously not putting me in his eyes... but never mind, they still have to rely on my power, wanting to manufacture Devil Fruits, they will definitely need a very large source of materials, just the construction of the factory, still has to rely on me!”

...

That night, Vladimir set off, transforming into a Sea Dragon, directly passing through back from a huge hole ten thousand meters deep in the sea, returning to the first half of the Grand Line.

Along the way, he couldn’t help but create a group of sea beasts again.

And in the following five days, Vladimir continued to use True Dragon Blood, to continue to strengthen the army.

Finally, he managed to gather 40 sea beasts before the plan was executed, forming a small-scale army, letting them enter the sea area near Marineford, waiting for orders.

On the day the plan was executed, Vladimir directly found a warship at sea, and forcibly boarded it.

Not long after, Navy Headquarters, Fleet Admiral’s office.

”Flee-, Fleet Admiral!”

”Flustered! What’s the matter?” Seeing a Marine running in in a panic, Sengoku immediately scolded.

”A wa-, warship has been hijacked!” The soldier gasped, saying very quickly, ”It’s now outside the Gates of Justice, requesting to open the gate!”

”Hijacked?” Sengoku was stunned, ”A warship in the Triangle Current?”

”Y-yes!”

”Damn it! Who dares to be so bold!” Sengoku was furious, slapping the table, ”Who is it?”

”Sh-, Shichibukai, Nine-Tailed Fox!”

Hearing this, Sengoku was immediately dumbfounded, these Phantom lunatics, were they ever going to be done, if they didn’t cause trouble every few days, they wouldn’t feel comfortable!

Forcibly suppressing his anger, Sengoku gritted his teeth, and asked in a deep voice, ”What’s his purpose?”

”Sa-, saying...” Secretly looking at the Fleet Admiral, seeing his black face, this soldier was immediately frightened, stammering, ”He said, collecting debts! And, he also brought a video Den Den Mushi, wanting to live stream the debt collection process...”

After hearing this, Sengoku’s eyes darkened, and he almost fainted from anger.
