I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 129: SVOP: Chapter 129

”King, I currently only have one ability: mind control!”

The Banshee’s voice was sharp, and she respectfully replied, ”I don’t have any combat power and I’m very fragile. My ability is only a single one, and as the name suggests, I can control the souls of others. Whether or not it’s successful depends on the strength of the target’s will.”

Mind control!

Vladimir raised his eyebrows. This ability was much better than pure combat power, and could be used to do many things.

”Very good. You will directly obey my commands.” Vladimir nodded with satisfaction, then said to the other 11, ”As for you, in addition to receiving orders from me, you will temporarily be under the command of the Ice Dragon Queen.”

”Yes, King!”

The eleven quickly nodded.

Unlike ordinary skeletons, these eleven retained some of their memories and personalities from when they were alive, because they were very powerful before.

However, that didn’t matter. Vladimir could revive them, and he could also kill them with a single thought. There was no possibility of betrayal or disobedience.

”There are many excellent corpses here. Follow me and continue to strengthen the undead scourge!”

After giving the order, Vladimir turned and left the small clock prison.

As he walked, he said in a deep voice, ”You are not as powerful as you were when you were alive, but I can strengthen you and gradually give you even greater power, provided that you complete the tasks I assign.”

”Yes, King! Your orders are supreme! All those who defy you are our enemies!”

The twelve were very clear about their current situation. The person before them was an existence beyond the level of human life. When they turned into undead, they understood what the undead were.

Vladimir nodded, calmly giving the order. ”Now, I’m giving you your first task: kill all the prisoners on the sixth level!”

”Yes!”

Immediately, the twelve began to act. After rushing out of the small clock prison, a round of slaughter quietly unfolded.

A moment later, screams and roars came.

Vladimir walked slowly, and along the way, blood flowed like rivers. He collected soul power and revived the dead bodies.

The only regret was that the success rate of transforming the undead wasn’t as high as he had imagined.

Occasionally, there would be failures. For example, Vladimir would inject 1000 soul power, but in the end, a skeleton would come out. Although it was a high-level skeleton, and its combat power was comparable to dozens or hundreds of elite bone skeletons, it wasn’t an Abomination or a Gargoyle.

As the slaughter continued, Vladimir’s undead army was rapidly growing.

From the initial 12, in just a dozen or twenty minutes, it had expanded to hundreds, and was increasing at a terrifying rate.

However, at this point, Vladimir’s soul power was almost exhausted. The speed of collection couldn’t keep up with the speed of consumption.

Just at this time, fierce fighting sounds came from above the prison. The next moment, a strong vibration came from above, and a fist of purple poison broke through the thick stone wall.

The Ice Dragon Queen’s body crashed down from the large hole.

Boom!

The dragon howled, and the Ice Dragon Queen fell in front of Vladimir, her skeletal body covered in poison, looking very painful.

”King!” The Ice Dragon Queen said in a muffled voice, ”I’m very sorry. I couldn’t stop the two of them.”

Whoosh whoosh!

As soon as her words fell, two figures fell down from the hole, one after the other.

These two were Magellan and Azure. They immediately saw Vladimir and the dense undead army behind him.

There were large skeletons, gargoyles, abominations, death knights...

The two changed color. ”What’s going on? You slaughtered the prisoners!?”

Hearing this, Vladimir was unhurried, as if he didn’t see the two of them, walking to the Ice Dragon Queen and reaching out to comfort her head.

”You did a good job, holding them off for so long.”

”Hmph, that damned bone dragon really took a lot of effort.” Azure sneered. ”Lich King, you killed my ’molted clone’, so you’ll be staying here forever!”

”Hehehehe...”

Vladimir let out a low laugh, slowly injecting the remaining soul power into the Ice Dragon Queen’s bones. ”Revive, my undead army!”

Eerie blue light flashed, and the Ice Dragon Queen was nourished by the soul. Her eyes immediately recovered from their wilted state, and the damage to her body was visibly recovering. In an instant, she returned to her peak, and was even slightly strengthened.

”What!” Magellan’s eyes widened, his face full of disbelief.

He had spent a lot of effort to deal with this bone dragon, and finally managed to kill it with the Director, but the Lich King restored it with a wave of his hand.

”What exactly is your purpose?” He frowned deeply, saying with anger, ”Breaking into Impel Down just to save one person?”

M. Caesar Clown. What was so special about this person that the other party went to so much trouble? He was just a scientist from Headquarters, not particularly outstanding, and couldn’t even reach the level of Vegapunk.

”Who knows? My purpose has been achieved.”

Vladimir slowly took out a white Den Den Mushi and dialed.

A moment later, the phone connected, and a series of roars came from the other side.

”How’s the situation?” Doflamingo said, panting, ”I’m holding off Shiryu of the Rain alone here. If you don’t hurry, I won’t be able to hold him.”

”Prepare to retreat.” Vladimir was in a good mood, laughing softly. ”By the way, release some more prisoners, cause a big riot, so they don’t have time to pursue us.”

”Heh, understood!”

After a brief conversation, the two hung up.

Vladimir jumped on top of the Ice Dragon Queen, waved his hand, and ordered, ”Undead army, stop them! Let’s go.”

Whoosh whoosh!

The Ice Dragon Queen flapped her bone wings, flying again, towards the large hole above.

”Want to run!” Azure was furious, attacking with hatred. ”Candlelight!”

He opened his mouth and roared, spewing out a large amount of flames, as if to turn the hole into a sea of fire.

However, just then, three figures suddenly rushed out.

These three were pitch black, wearing armor, and sweeping out with long spears, stirring up a gust of wind that blew the flames elsewhere.
