Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

His kiss was domineering and lingering, his eyes carrying an icy, unquestionable force that wouldn’t allow her the slightest chance to dodge.

Nicole’s heartbeat sped up in Jose Floyd’s arms, her breath stolen by his kiss, her cheeks burning hot.

Jose Floyd’s left hand was still clamped tightly around Nicole’s waist. The fierce kiss made him lose control, his palm rubbing against Nicole’s body through her clothes.

”Jose Floyd...” Nicole’s reason finally clawed back a little. She turned her head slightly, avoiding Jose Floyd’s thin lips, her breathing uneven.

Jose Floyd’s long fingers withdrew from Nicole’s back and slid up to her brows and eyes. His gaze fixed steadily on her face as he spoke in a low voice, ”Have you ever loved me? Nicole, towards me, is it really nothing but endless hate?”

Nicole was silent for a long time, staring at her own outline reflected in Jose Floyd’s eyes, her fingertips digging deep into her own palm. After a long while, her low voice finally sounded, ”Jose Floyd, there is no way I could love you. You killed my brother. The person you killed was my blood brother.”

”I’m asking if you ever loved me! I’m not asking whether it’s possible for you to love me! I’m asking you, in those five years, besides putting on an act, did you really not feel the slightest stir? All the good I did for you in those five years, did your black heart just eat it all?!” Jose Floyd growled, his voice razor sharp and icy.

Nicole didn’t answer. Her gaze turned a little flustered and helpless, and she quickly lowered her eyes to hide everything.

”What are you hiding from? Nicole, you’ve never been good at anything, but your turtle-shell act is damn near perfect! Don’t want to answer so you just drop your head and stay quiet, why don’t you just tell me straight out?!”

Nicole bit her lip and looked at Jose Floyd, sneering softly, ”How exactly do you want me to answer? You killed my brother, that’s why I got close to you. Without my brother’s blood on your hands, I never would’ve even met you, Jose Floyd! And now you’re asking me if I fell in love with my enemy? Fell in love with a man who already has a fiancée? Jose Floyd, I may be cheap, I got close to you for revenge and stayed your woman for five years, but I’m not so pathetic that I’d go be some homewrecker!”

”And where the hell do you get the logic to call yourself a homewrecker? Were you some side piece when we first met years ago? A woman like you, who has nothing and doesn’t even know how to please a man, you’re really flattering yourself, thinking you could even qualify as a homewrecker!” Jose Floyd swept a blatantly mocking glance over Nicole’s chest.

”...” Nicole was so furious her teeth clenched.

”Let me tell you something, Nicole. I’m already investigating your brother’s death. The results will be out in a couple of days. If his death has nothing to do with me, just you wait! Everything you owe me, I’ll make you pay back, every last bit!”

Nicole stared at the indifferent Jose Floyd, her expression pausing, a cold clarity in her eyes. ”I heard your voice with my own ears on the phone with my brother! I also heard the gunshot with my own ears. By the time I got there, my brother was already dead! Jose Floyd, you’re telling me you didn’t kill my brother?”

”I said the investigation results will be out in a couple of days! Nicole, if I didn’t kill Wade, then you owe me a life! Don’t forget when you stabbed that knife into my chest back then! If it turns out Wade’s death has nothing to do with me, you remember this—you owe me that life!”

”If my brother wasn’t killed by you, Jose Floyd, I’ll pay you back with this life! I’ll return the debt I owe you from back then!”

Jose Floyd’s long fingers clamped around Nicole’s chin, his tone cool and flat. ”If Wade wasn’t killed by me, then this life of yours belongs to me for the rest of this lifetime. Other than me, no one has the right to take it.”

His voice was cold and merciless, but his eyes were dark and fathomless.

If Wade wasn’t the one he killed, then Nicole could forget about ever leaving his side for the rest of her life!
